The product I purchased was defective and the company won't pay for return shipping. I will have my credit card company issue a charge back if they continue to refuse. Order # *******. The way Quadratec is acting makes me want to never do business with them again.

Ordered 2 wrangler badges for my Wrangler.
No tracking.
Had to email for a ETA.which is wrong as it still hasn't been delivered.
Waiting 10 weeks and counting.

Ghosted me after my order was damaged in shipping. Have waited almost an entire month now just to receive the other half of my package. Zero word from anyone just a fed ex notification that my package had been damaged and that was 3 weeks ago. Unreliable, order from literally anywhere else.

On 5/20 ordered and paid for a set of 4 floor mats for my Jeep. Received the package on 5/23 and only the back floor mats were in the box. I reached out the next day, they asked me to send pictures, which I did immediately to Sean in customer service. They had to file a "warranty claim" whatever that means. I have since reached out to them 3-4 times and all I get in return as we are reaching out to the supplier for an ETA. I never get a return email as to a status or an actual ETA. Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. IF I ever actually get my floor mats, I will never do business with them again.

This is the Amazing site have seen ever. The most good thing is withdrawal system. Its too fast and easy. I love to use quotex. I påsfer everyone to use guotex. Really great

Bent me over on hidden fees and taxes was for a friend wouldn't own a jeep.

Ordered four tires for my Jeep after verifying via their online chat that the tires would fit my Jeep. They sent 15" tires for my 17" rims. Sent them back and reordered the right tires. They delivered three. The fourth tire traveled from Maryland to New Jersey, back to Maryland, to Texas, to Tennessee, back to Maryland before finally being delivered to me. Partially a Fed Ex problem, but if Quadratech had sent the right tire the first time it would never had happened.

Was sent two brackets for PM instead of one for PM, one for PM, one for PR. The passenger is not level, board is 1/4 higher in rear.

My tires came mounted and balanced on my new rimes. Everything came neatly packaged and in excellent condition. My order arrived quickly.

Sent used lights for my jeep. Someone returned a set of old lights for brand new KC $700 headlights that I did not receive.
