I was ready to sell them my 1987 Ford Crown Victoria when they handed me a "receipt" to sign. It wasn't a receipt, it was a "hold harmless" agreement. I refused to sign and someone at Victory tried to convince me that it was just a receipt but I know better. Look up "hold harmless" agreement on Wikipedia if you want more information before signing one of these things. Note: they waited until they had put their own name on the title before springing this on me. There was only one copy.

My car was on its "last legs", so I needed to have it hauled away. After several paltry offers from local wreckers, I remembered the classic commercial from Victory Auto Wreckers, so I called them. The friendly rep gave me a generous offer, a pick-up date for two days later, and a pick-up time between 7 and 10 am. I was also promised a phone call one hour before arrival. As promised, I received a phone call at 7:15 am, and Keith, the driver, arrived promptly at 8:15 am. After a quick inspection and some paper signing, I was given the promised amount of cash, and my car was put on the tow truck. Keith was friendly, respectful, and made good use of everyone's time. He was very professional. I wish all business reps were like him. I highly recommend Victory Auto Wreckers to anyone. AAA+++
The on line service operators and the tow truck operator were extremely professional and friendly. Moreover, I was able to arrange for a prompt pickup on a schedule convenient to me. Those factors, plush cash on the spot for my auto, makes VictoryAutoWreckers, an entity worth patronizing (though I hope I do not have to do so again). Also, It was interesting to find out from the friendly tow truck operator (Cruz) how the business operates.
My Victory Auto Wreckers experience was amazing! As soon as I pulled up I was met by an associate who asked if I was selling my car to which I replied "yes." He asked for my title, compared to Vin # and had me go inside to their office. I was processed in less than 10 minutes! No appointment needed! It was easy to get an idea of what I might get back. The make & model all easy prompts. Having that tool made it easy. Columba & staff were so nice. Especially being so HOT.
Requested to have my car picked up from Murphys Automotive in LaGrange Park on Sunday. Came and picked up car next day and received cash of $280.00 for 2005 Ford Taurus. Highest price for the quotes I received from the other salvage yards in the area. Have used Victory 5 times in the last 6 years. Excellent company.
