Talked to them a couple of times to ensure I was getting the right coil springs which were hard to find for my Lexus GX470 no lift application. Shipping was timely and it was an excellent transaction. I would use them again.
Very horrible place to buy parts for your vehicle. I ordered 2 rear shocks, after 10 days I still have not received my tracking information. I called almost everyday psd and customer service always tells me that they will sent it to me in the afternoon but they didn't. I remember the name of the customer service rep. (Samantha) and it's always her whom I spoke to every time I called. Promised to send it to me or call me back but nothing. They should be thankful I gave them 1 star.
I received all my dobinsons MRR suspension packed well only to find out the front rebound adjusters were non existent. It has been a week and no resolution. I was told to ask my tech there is a small bag with the components…. I did the installation myself and it was missing I sent photos of the issue. Because its third party retailer the communication is slow. Id rather work with dobinsons direct. The 2 interactions I had with Mudify didnt help. I told Miguel I went to install the rebound adjusters and found they were not in the box the box did have 2 holes in it no damage to the goods but possible parts were lost
I placed my order, and whether by my mistake or the website, my 6112s came unassembled. I did reach out immediately after my order through email and chat about the setting I wanted them at because there wasn't an option at check out. But they came unassembled anyway. I reached out again through the phone number this time and they sent me a prepaid shipping label, assembled the shocks to my specifications and shipping them back to me all within about 10 days. I was fairly frustrated and likely rude in the process. Had I known that they would've 100% made the situation right, I perhaps would've had a better attitude. I owe them an apology, my gratitude and my loyalty. This is also to state that they beat pricing from everyone including the guys with deals on the Tacoma forums. If I need something in the future, I will be shopping with Mudify. Customer service and pricing is on point!
I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience! Daniel was exceptional, he went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. On top of that, the shipping was incredibly fast! I received my order sooner than I expected, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend these guys. Will definitely be back for more!

From beginningto the end, had a great talk with the customer service made me feel comfortable with the parts that I was looking for the type of lift that I was looking for made me feel comfortable and when I had a question, I called them. They were free to answer and they didn't give me no runaround. Answer my question and I appreciate that it's hard to find.
Ordered a Lift Kit and had a problem with a shipment sitting and Contacted by email and got a fast response and reshipped the lost shipment and I was in business. I would use Mudify again because of the Customer Service alone..

Mudify processed and shipped my springs order hella fast! I was expecting longer because it came all the way from Florida to Cali, but got them only 3 days after they shipped. BAD experience never again. Lift kits took a while to get delivery.
Front Coil over was not set at requested height. I asked them if they have instruction or manual that I can use. And their Response was a plain "no". Wth
They Refunded $100 thinking that we are good but never respected the time and inconvenience they made.

I bought a lift kit for my 4th gen 4Runner two weeks before I needed it. I received all of the rear parts quickly. A few days later I got no updates on my front assembly. I spent a week contacting them getting the same run around bs. Didn't ship till 12 days after ordering. When I received the fronts, they were set to the wrong height and I paid $190 to have them properly assembled. Do not buy from them what so ever under any circumstances.
