Got my parts same week
Very smooth process to place the order through and shipping was great. We've received the parts with no problems. Just waiting for the right time to install them on the 4Runner.
Entire transaction, start to finish with Mudify was a pleasure. Decided to put a lift kit on my Tacoma and wasn't sure which to go with. I called and spoke with Joel and he asked me a lot for questions and helped me pick the best setup. Everything arrived quickly and the install went smooth. The one kit made my truck awesome, big improvement over stock TRD off-road.

Easy to install, solid and great shipping time,

I ordered a lift kit on November 27th, with a delivery date of December 2nd. When i ordered this lift i spoke to a salesman on the phone and he told me it would be in by the 3rd or 4th at the latest since my air suspension went out I'm down a vehicle. They decided to ship the lift in 4 different boxes. I received 1 on the 3rd other on the 4th. It's currently December 9th and one of my boxes is still sitting at the warehouse and hasn't even been shipped after i talked to them on the 5th of December and told me the package would be here by December 9th. Here is the 9th and hasn't shipped yet. 1st and last time I will do business with mudify. Customer service has been very polite and good to talk too but whoever is in charge isn't handling their business. I don't recommend ordering anything from them if you need something i. A timely manner. Parts hasn't shipped as of the time I'm typing review. I also asked if they can next day ship and i was told i would have to pay out of my pocket for next day shipping when it has sat for 4 days in the warehouse. And no it's not shipping, it's their delay to get the products out of the warehouse.

Coilovers, shocks, and springs all arrived well protected, and more quickly than expected, in 3 separate deliveries. Fit and finish in my 4th gen 4runner is excellent.

Overall a good experience. A couple of things I found strange. One, was that I did not receive a confirmation email (glad I took a screenshot of the order confirmation page), but after reaching out twice they confirmed my order was on its way. Second, during my search for the right product on their page, I was quoted a different shipping price each time I got to the page just before payment.
I placed an order with an incorrect address that got returned to Mudify. When I called to inquire, customer service immediately identified and corrected the issue. Very pleased at the response, and they made this easy peasy! Will order from Mudify again.
Customer service was very helpful over the phone. Front shocks in my order were out of stock and would have taken 6 weeks to get in. They helped switch front shocks to a different model no problem
