There were a couple of issues with my order, but the company handled things promptly, fairly, and showed that they cared. That goes a long way with me and I would recommend to others.
I recived everything but, I think they overlooked the Tundra as they didn't include a carrier bearing spacer. First drive with the kit installed I have bad driveline vibration. Currently waiting on them to respond as to wich spacer kit I need or if it was simply excluded by accident. Also, the bp51 struts didn't come with a spanner wrench to adjust the preload, also waiting on a response from Mudify about that. 3 star review because they don't have anyone that can answer these questions after hours or on the weekends.
Hello Jason, as we discussed, the vibrations are mainly due to not adding enough weight. During the weekends and after hours, our only communication channel is the support chat. Do NOT believe their 2-3 fast shipping option. I ordered last Tuesday evening, and the following Wednesday, I'm still waiting for my order. I had plans to install the lift and head out last weekend, but had to cancel. I called and voiced my frustration, especially since all package info was not sent to me, and both the customer service rep and his manager assured me the last of the parts would be shipped that day (Friday), and delivered Wednesday. Keep in mind this is already two days behind, and I have still yet to receive the front assembly. The best they could do was offer to charge me for overnight shipping fees, or to pay for all shipping to return the items. Awful!

Customer Service is great. I called before ordering to double check a few things and got the answers I needed. Shipping was fast. Wish it was packed a bit better. There was no damage to anything but the box was in rough shape with minimal packing materials.

Hello, I ordered the Bilstein 5100 series shocks with the Bilstein coils. The coils don't quite sit right in the seat on the shocks. The Coils are level on both sides the seat is offset to allow the OEM coil to sit perfectly. After three days of trying to get in contact with them they finally called me back and informed me these coils don't work with the shocks and they will not except returns because I installed them on the truck. The website said this will work for my vehicle, but it doesn't work for these shocks. Very frustrating!

The Bilstein 5100 shocks are specifically designed to work with factory coils, and the coils you selected are actually intended for the 5112 kit. On our website, we specify that the 5100 kit is designed to be used with the stock front coil springs.

I had a great experience with your website. I had initially ordered a different year model bull bar and called as soon as I noticed the issue. I called and y'all were happy to help remedy the issue quickly. The only issue I had was with shipping. The truck driver had issues unloading my bumper and managed to mar the finish. I did not notice this until I installed.

I went to Mudify to order the OME nitro charger kit for my 2021 4runner. I ordered the medium rear springs intentionally, but they sent the light rear springs. I was told they sent the light springs for that kit but why give the customer a choice of spring tension if they are going to send what they think the customer will need?!?!?! Miguel stated he would send a return label but it's been quite some time already and have not received. Definitely not buying from them again and buyer beware.

Regarding the springs, we take pride in selecting parts based on our proprietary formula, developed over 17 years of experience, to achieve the desired lift height. Please note that these selections may not always align with Australia’s ARB application guide.

There was a quality control issue with one of the OME upper control arms. The part was replaced in a somewhat timely manner.
Truck Rides Great and is very capable now. Probably rides better than stock. Could be new tires but it really does ride nice and much more body control.
Eddie was great to work with through the QC issue.
I would recommend working with these guys.
Very satisfied with the lift, the installation took about 5hrs, with no real issues. So far lift rides good and it makes the truck look way better.
