Was unable to find the specific replacement old man emu shocks for my truck on any other site as they had been a discontinued product, mudify also shipped it out fast and had great customer service when I couldn't find a tracking number.
My leaf springs arrived fast, however, FedEx obviously did not want to lift them so they slid them everywhere. Side are all scratched up and plastic sleeves on brackets broken off. Not Mudifys fault so far so good, installing this weekend.

Everything showed up as expected. Only thing was the front shock packaging was a bit damaged but the shocks were fine inside. Probably just moved around a bit in box. No big deal just letting you guys know.

I had what started out as a bit of a choppy experience. They were quick to get in touch and clarify things and try to make it right. Then, they gave me some helpful advice along the way and got on a conference call with the local Toyota dealer while they were doing my lift.

I was sent unassembled rear shocks that have been used and sent back or refurbished it would appear. They have scoring and dings all around the mounting areas. The shocks they put top hats on are clearly unused with pristine paint and finish in the same areas. See the pictures of the identical used vs new shocks and you can be the judge.
The unbuilt shocks were loosely sliding in and out of already open boxes inside it. I took some pictures while unboxing after seeing the state of the packaging and these shocks. The box my OME springs came in had been stapled shut with the same staples used on the assembled shocks custom packaging. The seemingly used unassembled Bilsteins were in already opened boxes. Then, because those boxes had been opened already and not even taped shut, the metal bolts from the shocks had plunged through the outside box.
It was disconcerting to pick up the package in our mail room and have a bag of hardware thats supposed to be two boxes deep fall out on the floor and a loose shock come through the outside. It's ironic since their return policy states: 'Please note that if the product or its box is not in perfect and original condition, we will not accept the return, and it will be shipped back at the customer's expense.'
Finally, immediately after ordering I had a question on the weight load. I started texting with Miguel minutes after the order and he confirmed by answering my questions that medium was what I needed vs standard that I had ordered moments prior. I asked if he could change it and Miguel stopped responding. Then, the next day they shipped the first pieces of a standard load setup.
A few days later I sent a follow up question asking why the 2 inch lift only has 1.5 inch OME springs but comes with a 2 inch bump stop. It appears their kit will reduce travel in the rear. A woman told me I would be contacted but I never got a response.
Not updating my order with a simple option change minutes after it was placed and we chatted about it is disappointing. It's not what I expected after texting with a real person. Especially because this is a trivial change on their end that makes a big difference in the long term outcome on mine.
Had my question answered and the part in stock. Shipped quickly and received in time for my project.

Most of my order was very quick, getting to my home in 2 or three days. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars, is that the website said it should be delivered by August 9th, a Thursday, and so I planned the install for the 11th. My front coilovers did not get here until the following week, on the 13th, and so it left my 4Runner undriveable for another week. I am sure it was because they needed to be assembled.

Got each part of my lift separately and was worried when I didn't get certain parts. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly that the rest was on the way. Lift is in good shape. Nothing messed up in transit.
