Order was delivered quickly, even with crazy snowstorms coming through my area and the products were very well protected in the packaging.
Quality product. OME is top notch. Fast shipping with no delays. Shipping fairly heavy U bolts in small cardboard container without any additional wrapping padding was not ideal. Box was torn open at one end and probably would not have made it another day.

This is not a product review, but rather my experience would modify. It was my first order and so far so good! They seem to have a better handle on drop shipping than most other off-road part retailers. I'll buy more parts from them in the future.

Overall Mudify delivers, even if it takes a couple tries. The original product I bought was actually out of stock, which came to light after I had ordered it. Then the part that was sent instead didn't fit my truck at all. Then the replacement for that part came as a single unit, instead of two. Finally got the second unit for my order, and all is well. Daniel from customer service was very helpful through each step, and made sure I received the correct items. The man deserves a raise. Shipping times were speedy.

Excellent customer service. Delivery took a few extra days but I think that was a carrier issue. I did have to follow up as the order was split into 3 shipments that all had different tracking info. No big deal and overall very satisfied thus far.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Took a week with no confirmation so I got a hold of Mudify to be told Bilstein suspension parts were on back order but could use ome for replacement. Told them yes. Took another week for all my parts to trickle in and the front struts were not pre loaded as they were supposed to be when I talked to the rep on the phone.
Good price but didn't know it was only one leaf spring ant first. Ther then that they com in pretty quick, Also the customer service is then best I've had.

Was informed by Mr. Wheels that struts would be assembled in house and shipped to me, simply bolt on new assembly, no perch mounts sent and rear blocks were 1" instead of 2" as stated. Disappointed to say the least
The experience and everything was great except my packages were ripped to shreds with parts loose out of their boxes. Half of the packages i received were open from damage. I think that this is completely unacceptable.

The process seems a bit disconnected. They couldn't answer online, they didn't call back as they stated. It took a day to make contact who stated they would send tracking information, which didn't happen and two days later it arrived. So you'll get it, you just won't know when...

Ordering process was smooth, but I opted to pay for assembly. This then caused confusion with FedEx shipping resulting in a 1-week delay from original schedule. Additionally, the assembled struts were not aligned properly so still needed to disassemble myself and reassemble correctly. Huge waste of time and money. Consider assembly yourself if you choose to purchase through Mudify

I am completely frustrated with every step of the warranty process. Mudify notified me that it was over a year and Bilstein will not cover a 6112 strut that had separated and leaked all of its fluid (I have never been off-road). I contacted Mudify 6 weeks ago to let them know the issue. After a few weeks they shipped me a 5100 rear shock (what am I suppose to do with this? I need a front strut). I notified them twice before they shipped it that I didn't need it but they shipped it anyway. After I received it I informed them again that I needed a front 6112 strut not a 5100 rear shock. I was then told that I didn't buy the strut from them. I had to send the invoice to them again and was told that they looked at the wrong invoice. I was then told that Bilstein stated they are looking into it since the strut was put together (put together by Mudify) and it may not be covered. Today I find out that it will not be covered since it was over a year since I bought them and they are only covered for 12 months. Why does Bilstein's website states Limited Lifetime Warranty for this particular strut? Bilstein has resolved this issue.
Like most others, I received my packages in different shipments over a span of a few weeks. Yesterday I had the opportunity to take it to have it installed. I purchased the 2.5" kit with medium springs due to me adding a bumper, winch, lights, and roof rack (as stated in the purchase area). The front came out as I expected raising it approximately 2.25-2.5 inches. The back was actually raised 3-3/8 to 3-1/2" using the recommended springs (296). The rake is really bad. I do not recommend this combination. I weigh 250 pounds and stood on the back and it dropped 1/2 inch. I know it is only 1-1/2" higher than expected but now I have to go back and get it fixed.
Poor inventory control: item was shown available online but it was actually not available, found out after the order was placed.
BAD experience never again. Lift kits took a while to get delivery.
Front Coil over was not set at requested height. I asked them if they have instruction or manual that I can use. And their Response was a plain "no". Wth
They Refunded $100 thinking that we are good but never respected the time and inconvenience they made.

Everything turned out great... but, there is a bit of room for improvement which would save customer's and Mudify employees some time.
An email from shipping listing the number of boxes coming would have prevented me from from contacting service to say my rear springs and front coil overs were missing. Then, when they provided the tracking number for the rest of the order, it would have been great to know that there really were 2 tracking numbers. After I received the next box containing my front coil overs, I had to contact service again because I didn't have the rear springs. Service found another tracking number for the rear springs. If only I had all 3 of these in the beginning, we all could have been more efficient and less stressed. But you guys were courteous and prompt with the service and for that, I am grateful.
I bought a lift kit for my 4th gen 4Runner two weeks before I needed it. I received all of the rear parts quickly. A few days later I got no updates on my front assembly. I spent a week contacting them getting the same run around bs. Didn't ship till 12 days after ordering. When I received the fronts, they were set to the wrong height and I paid $190 to have them properly assembled. Do not buy from them what so ever under any circumstances.
