Ordered floor mats on December 4th of 2023, and the item never arrived and it has been 3 months since purchase. I have been in contact multiple times via email with no resolution. The company says they will get back but THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered car mats for my Hyundai sonata on November 1st 2023. I was told it would take a maximum of 30 days to get my product. It is now January 9th 2024 and still no sign of them. I paid 240$ CAD for these mats and they completely scammed me and didn't even send them to me. They are ignoring my emails and will not help me. I have asked for a refund even and they will not answer my emails. They scammed me out of 240$ and I probably won't see that money again. This is the worst service and company I have ever dealt with and am pressed that I was stolen from. PLEASE do NOT buy these mats!

When I first saw these mats I was immediately impressed with the stylish look, craftsmanship and the quality of the product.

Upon receiving the mats for my 2024 Mercedes Benz and after installing both the driver and passenger side they fit as expected. However, the second row did not.

I contacted the company via email and received an immediate reply that someone would get back with me, and they did.

After explaining my issue and taking a photo of the second row, I was sent and received a replacement mat, which fit perfectly.

I've ordered car mats from other businesses in the past and without question, Luxus mats are the best and have set the bar for others to follow.

The durability, design and custom fit makes these mats the best in the business.

With that said, having a quality product is only part of doing good business. The other is providing exceptional customer service and addressing issues that arise in a timely fashion.

The product coupled with positive reviews may get customers to purchase initially but it's the level of customer service that will keep them coming back. Oftentimes customer satisfaction is overlooked and takes a backseat to a business's overall profits.

My experience working with Emma from customer support and Nita was fantastic. They were responsive to my myriad of emails and took a genuine interest in wanting to ensure I was completely satisfied. And Ultimately, I was.

If you're looking for a business that has an outstanding product, treats their customers well while offering an outstanding customer experience then I would highly recommend Luxus you won't be disappointed.

The floor mats are simply amazing. The design and quality are outstanding. I will definitely buy more.

A complete rip off. When I finally recieved the product its cheap material not a legit company and NO returns. False advertising!

Placed order a couple months prior to my fiances birthday (December was his birthday) I spent a good chunk of money and they never arrived. It's now Feb 7th and tracking just dropped off the map completely a month ago. Super disappointed

This company is a SCAM! Don't buy from this company! It is a fake store front and doesn't sent you what is advertised. Then they want you to buy shipping insurance because they know they will never send you the item ordered!

We had order other covers from different companies but this one was amazing.

My order is not here after a few months and they don't have a solution because they have my money. I would not order again from them. There is a chance you will lose your money! BEWARE

I really like the mats overall! They really made my interior look a lot better! Only issue is they are pretty thick (which is good!) so they sometimes don't like to behave on perfect fitment. I have a couple areas where the mats try to pop out of place because of the thick leather material but it's really not a big deal. Overall they are a great upgrade if you are looking to make your interior look a lot more luxurious

This company are scammers you will not receive what you paid for buyer beware I speak from experience.

Customer service is great. Communication throughout the process was smooth. I purchased the black with red stitching. The delivery of the mats arrived seamlessly. The install was easy. Extra tabs and Velcro are provided. Though, I did not have to use any! It really enhances the interior and goes very well with my interior lighting!

Order the boot mats on January 9th not realizing that these were manufactured overseas and expected deliver was going to be the end of February. On February 23rd I received an email telling me that my mats had been delivered, I got home to find that they had not. When I reached out via email Luxus told me that it was a glitch in the system and that they had not been delivered but assured me they would be. They have only provided the shipping info for the China Post delivery company whcih only track it until customs. It says that once through customs it will be delivered by USPS. The problem is that I have requested the USPS tracking info from Luxus 5 times now and they continue to ignore my request. At this point I am left with no option but to leave a bad review and request a refund, which I am fairly certain I wont get as this company appears to be a scam and "Emma" appears to not really be a person as the answers that I have gotten from her seem to be AI generated.
Good luck to anyone that uses this company, I will be reporting to the BBB.

-- Wrong mats sent the first time. THREE MORE months waiting for correct replacements. Within five months dozens of the stitches had pulled out and the "premium leather" mats had deteriorated and looked awful
-- At each step communication and help from "customer service" has been limited, slow, or non-existent
-- AVOID this company. There are far superior products available from companies who actually provide service where there is an issue

These mats may look nice in the web site photos but they are junk and the company does absolutely nothing to stand behind the product. Once they had my money, all I got was long wait times, a horrible product, and silence!

Speedy service from ordering to delivery. Very good quality and value for money. Easy to fit extra tapes supplied for use if necessary. The mats fit really well and look fantastic. Easy to wipe clean so they do exactly what they're supposed to do.Very Pleased.

And customer service did not care send me one replacement but still didn't fit right. And what about the back seats and passenger? Also they have tried and tried to get my reviews off saying I'm lying. I've had to send proof to trust-pilot avoid these scammers these matts are made cheap in china and not made to fit correctly. Worst customer service ever.

First off, the mats look so good with my car and other interior items I've purchased. Makes the car look like a legit luxury car. I got the diamond pattern with blue stitching. You can choose from different styles and many colors to whatever suits you. And second, easy to clean, just vacuum like usual and if mud or dirt smears, just use a cloth and wet if needed‍. Boom Bam, easy fix! Easy 5 star!

I placed my order on Nov 2nd. It is such a shame for your company. After more than 2 months it is January 6th and I have not even received my parcel yet. Worst purchase ever. I find out your product on Alibaba website for less than 100CAD. Such a shame for your price and your customer service.

Absolutely love the product. The quality in the finish is great, it really does enhance the interior of the vehicle. The one thing I think they could work on is the packaging, it seems as if it was all just crammed into a small, unmarked, basic cardboard box, but besides that everything was great. The customer service is also amazing, highly recommend!

No mats as of Feb. 25,2021! They have my $400 and I have no mats. I have emailed three times they say they are checking and no one returns with an update!

Great mats for the car. Completely redesigned the lower half of the interior. I gave it 5 despite the quality of the tabs that secure the mats, you'll need Velcro stickers in some spots.
