So i went through Instagram, spoke to a representative had all my questions answered, and had a nice time, as well as a heads up on everything about to happen. I see a lot of reviews about how long people waited, got product from China, quality, etc.

Waiting: They told me up front ship times were going to be long due to the process they use, and that though they were based in the US, products are made in a China factory. Get over it people, half the stuff in your life is made there whether you know it or not. I messaged some other customers they were kind enough to refer me to, and they all confirmed the wait time was a couple weeks, so i waited. Got a little impatient toward the end, but communication was there, and everything showed up fine.

Quality: I'm not sure about the quality complaints, but I've actually been beating on mine quite a bit, and after a little cleaning they're good as new. People associating China with trash quality isn't always true, and the thought in your head can lead you to see things you want to see, even if they aren't there. The mats are soft, heavy, and comfortable to want to take your shoes off just to feel them. Same quality as other brands (i go to car meets and see the others) for a lot cheaper.

Covid: As for communication again, i had a good experience with them, but then covid did happen. Every now and then i would reach out to say hi, and post just to support them. They didn't respond for a little while (the same window as some bad reviews on here) and it was when they told me they had to shut down for a little while due to the virus. That was understandable, and some people got a bad view of the company from it, and i don't blame you. Just bad timing. But i can assure you first hand their product is awesome, and i would go back to order others from them in the future.

Mistake: I'll even throw this in... i received one of my mats for the incorrect model of my car. They sent an AWD mat for my RWD. Guess what? Simple fix, no charge replacement that was rushed out, and it's been in my car ever since.
