After shopping the internet I found this company and ordered a set for my BMW 340. After a brief waiting period I finally got them, and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. They fit like a glove, easy to install, and make my car look great! So happy that I didn't cheap out on inferior brands!

I had weather tech mats before these. They were effective but unappealing. The new Mats from luxus are effective and very appealing. I recommend these for anyone trying to take their car to the next level!

I was trying to spruce up my interior a bit and decided to go with these luxurious quality, premium leather diamond cut floor mats for the front and back and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised at how good they actually are. These floor mats are made from some real high quality materials, and resist stains and dirt. Real easy and simple to clean. Just wipe down with a damp rag or cloth. And the fit and finish is really top notch. Hit them up for your very own set. You won't be disappointed.

I love these car mats so far! They look so good and are easy to install! Although they did take a while to the deliver. The mats fit perfectly in my car and don't move around! They seem like they'll be easy to clean too!

I order my first set of Luxus mats for my 2012 Mustang Gt. I can say that I am completely in love. It completes my interior and the quality is amazing. It's true that it takes sometime but you won't regret it. Good craftsmanship takes time to deliver a high end product. Can't thank Luxus Mats for my custom set. I recommend this to everyone looking to upgrade there interior.

I really like the mats overall! They really made my interior look a lot better! Only issue is they are pretty thick (which is good!) so they sometimes don't like to behave on perfect fitment. I have a couple areas where the mats try to pop out of place because of the thick leather material but it's really not a big deal. Overall they are a great upgrade if you are looking to make your interior look a lot more luxurious

Great in my BMW 440i cabriolet. Arrived quickly, and look like great quality. The installation was easy, so easy I call it SLICK. They look great, and really enhance the already fine look of the BMW. I would definitely buy them again for my next vehicle. I read a review in Jan 2023 about poor service etc, my experience was full of quick responses to questions, easy to communicate with, and easy ordering and shipping. I had a great experience.

I am so very happy with my new front and rear seat custom quilted leather floor liners with the blue stitching from Luxus Mats! They fit very nicely (considering my specific vehicle has been an odd ball for ordering parts and usually stuff doesn't fit the first time) but Luxus Mats did a fantastic job and I live that they actually cover all carpeted areas to keep them protected from the elements! I highly recommend these to anyone looking for full coverage floor liners that are waterproof and protect your carpets and add some class! They make them for almost all vehicles within reason! I am very particular on trusting websites and what I see online but in this case their ratings are true and they are legit! The price is worth it trust me!

These mats hands down are great quality and even a better style than your traditional floor mats. If you're looking for something to make your ride stand out from the rest then you can't go wrong with Luxus car mats!

These mats may look nice in the web site photos but they are junk and the company does absolutely nothing to stand behind the product. Once they had my money, all I got was long wait times, a horrible product, and silence!

STAW AWAY. Scam company! They might produce some products to stay legit, but they make money by keeping your money. I ordered a full rear cargo set of mats for my 2013 Toyota 4 Runner. One of the most popular, highest sold vehicles ever made. They rang up my credit card 30 seconds after I placed my order. That was 2 weeks ago. Got confirmation of payment and an email stating my order was in place and it was starting production and that I'd receive a tracking update. Never happened. Then radio silence. After 8 days, I sent customer service an inquiry as to my status. I received a reply, supposedly by the owner, Nita Wayne, that said that they were working on my order and to please be patient. Now, today, I get an email from the "Head of Customer Support" Emma Maylander, stating that my "Order is not available" due to "the unavailability of measurements of my 2023 Toyota 4Runner" What? They don't have specs for a 2023 Toyota 4Runner? Bull$#*!! Think of all the interest they make taking $280.00 USD orders, and keeping your money for 3 months (that's how long they say refunds take) while not being able to make their advertised product for the most popular vehicles in the world. Total scammers, I'm reporting them to the proper authorities in the US and the UK. The fun part is that I work for an Airline that flies daily from my home airport to England every day. I fly free and have a ton of hotel points. I'm flying out next chance I get to go to the correct government offices to file an in-person complaint. These crooks need to be shut down!

Big puff in the middle for tha back. Not even close to fitting. The front fit better but still we're off. The passenger side was too narrow and the side piece was way off. The driver side fit the best but still far from perfect. I didnt expect them to be leather but the plastic material is so thin that I doubt they would hold up. I found that out when the eyelits pulled out of its hole from trying to fit them which then revealed the cheap and thin material. There are other sellers of the same exact Chinese mats and sell for a fraction of the price at $80 but still not worth it if doesn't fit. The customer service is a joke as they ghosted me. Buyer be ware.

This company is ridiculous. I have been trying to contact this company for over a month. There is no direct phone number they do not answer the messages online they only replied with another hold on I don't even feel comfortable placing an order when I have certain request and you expect for me to pay for item then insert the request that could easily be left out, this company Customer Service sucks don't order from this company

I ordered car mats for my Hyundai sonata on November 1st 2023. I was told it would take a maximum of 30 days to get my product. It is now January 9th 2024 and still no sign of them. I paid 240$ CAD for these mats and they completely scammed me and didn't even send them to me. They are ignoring my emails and will not help me. I have asked for a refund even and they will not answer my emails. They scammed me out of 240$ and I probably won't see that money again. This is the worst service and company I have ever dealt with and am pressed that I was stolen from. PLEASE do NOT buy these mats!

Placed order a couple months prior to my fiances birthday (December was his birthday) I spent a good chunk of money and they never arrived. It's now Feb 7th and tracking just dropped off the map completely a month ago. Super disappointed

This company is a SCAM! Don't buy from this company! It is a fake store front and doesn't sent you what is advertised. Then they want you to buy shipping insurance because they know they will never send you the item ordered!

Ordered floor mats on December 4th of 2023, and the item never arrived and it has been 3 months since purchase. I have been in contact multiple times via email with no resolution. The company says they will get back but THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE!
