Easy to use. Over a week to receive order. Power window conversion kit fit great. I had the same conversion kit already installed in my Jeep but motor went bad. Could not figure out how to get a motor for it and ended up buying a whole kit again. It would be nice if you could buy only one side or buy parts for it.

The order and delivery process went good. The directions that come with the hoist are not very helpful so use their You Tube video, that is a great help. Don't bother using the crank, use your drill to raise and lower your top. Will definitely recommend and buy this product again.

The order was delivered quickly. The quadratec premium headlights seem to be well-built and the light output is excellent. Unfortunately the lights exhibited flicker and therefore I had to purchase anti-flicker modules separately. Quadratec should do make this recommendation on the same page as the lights or even better, include them in the box with the lights so that they could be used at installation.

More than satisfied with this company. THE go to resource for everything Jeep. I'm new to the Jeep scene and even though my application is not one of the desired ones, Quadratec makes me feel included.

Easy to manage online shopping.
No info was given until I emailed over a month later asking where my product was. After I reached out they unfurled me it was back ordered. Still haven't received product.

Only problem I have with Quadratic is it takes a couple days for your stuff to ship. Not a huge deal but wish it would ship same day or next day, not 3-4 days after you order. Otherwise great products, good variety, competitive pricing.

I have noticed a decline in overall quality/customer service in the last year. Ranging from out of stock items to wrong orders mailed, there are QA/QC issues with Quadratec. As a result, I will be using four-wheel-drive hardware as their quality/customer service is better.

Quadratec is a great resource for parts for the Jeep Wrangler including all of the external items that help an owner work with, modify and enhance the jeep experience.
My only negative is that I can't seem to stop messages from being sent continuously.

My experience was quite pleasant. There was an issue with my credit card processing but i spoke to a representative that helped me get it sorted it out with ease. The items were delivered pretty fast and with no damages.

One of two Fat 50 ammo cans were damaged.
Your rep was great in sending out a replacement and a return label for the damaged can--which you should have received by now.
I believe you received the can already damaged from your supplier as the box it was shipped in did not have enough scuff/damage indication to been damaged in transit the me.

I received the product faster than expected and it was packaged nicely. However, the aftermarket replacement window I ordered has questionable fitment. I'll be going with another product next time around.

I've purchased a few things from them with no issue. Bad review is for them hiding or rejecting negative reviews. I wrote a few reviews that were honest, and informative of the issues I had with some products. A few three star and below and a few that were four and up. All the three star and below reviews were rejected by them. So basically they're hiding anything that makes them or the products the carry look bad. It's not even their name products I had issues with, it was other manufactures'. I tried calling and the phones were down. So I submitted an inquiry. Guess we'll see if they ignore that too.

The service person that I chatted with online was fantastic helping me find and select the right product quickly. The bracket on the door frame that the tops quick connectors attach to bent easily under small pressure while installing to top. I expected better quality for $650.

Quadratec has always been easy to deal with. Orders are always on time and prompt delivery. Most of the time I'm satisfied with their products or with the products they sell. This is the first time I have ever had an item specifically touch up paint that did not exactly match the color of my Jeep.

I had a few questions regarding the tire type for my vehicle and I called Quadratec right after completing the order. I was quickly assisted by Josh and he was able to give me some insight and switch my order to a tire that better fit my project. I had tried other websites and different local shops, but there were constant issues with inventory or even incorrect product delivery. No issues with Quadratec at all.

As always, shopping at the Q was a good experience. Shipping/arrival time was decent. The reviews were helpful. The layout of their app and website works well and is easy to follow. I like that I can annotate which Jeeps I own so that Q can tell me if and which Jeep a product fits. Also, I like how you can ask product questions and typically get an emailed response in just a few days.

I received the parts quickly! The parts did not fit. It took over a week for any type of response from them. They are taking the item back, but I can't get anyone to help me find the correct parts I need. Think I'm just going to look somewhere else.
