I ordered 3 items. 2 I haven't put on yet. 1 item, an antennae, doesn't fit, although it states it fits my vehicle. So happy with quick delivery, but not so happy about that antennae. And I really can't say anything about the other 2 items except they were delivered without any issues.

Everything was great that was in your control. Not happy with FedEx dropping the package in front of my garage on a day when it was raining. I ordered a PAPER air filter. Just a few steps more and they could have left it at the front door under the porch. No rain.

I thought this would be excellent for my needs, and everything should have been there for the tune up minus the plugs. However, the description shows that I should be good to go when I get the plugs... but my 2000 will require the coil adapter harness. I am also unsure about the plug wires, as the #1 wire is at a 90 degree angle and no room to properly fit. I swapped the #1 and #2 wire, and went together much better.
On the positive side, I believe the look and feel of the product is all of high quality!

Are missing parts from my order. I contact them from the first day and yet they didn't give me a solution.

I just spend more than 1100 usd for nothing.

The customer care is not existing, I feel like they steal my money.

Most places have these same front fox shocks on back order (few week to few months). Quadratec was the only store that had them in stock. I have been ordering from quadratec since 2007 and have always been satisfied with products and service.

Great this time. Order arrived on time and not damaged.
I ordered the front doors last year and the driver side came in scratched. Instead of sending back and dealing with that hassle I just had an Auto Body Shop shoot the door.

I've never had a problem with any product I've purchased through Quadratec, from an aftermarket air conditioner to door seals. This is a great company for Jeep parts and I'll continue to purchase from them.

Quick, easy & good prices. I accidentally ordered from a dealership instead of this site originally & the price difference is amazing. I quickly cancelled that ordered & placed my order here. It arrived in days & was complete!

Quadratec took care of the issue with defected headlight. Shipped me a new set of lights super quick. Unlike the Oracle Lighting, who wanted me to jump so many hoops just to get a replacement part.

There was a lack of follow through by customer support. It looks like I will now have to remove the parts installed and send everything back. I believe the manufacturer placed some incorrect parts in with some correct parts.

Waited for the product only to find out it was not longer made be the manufacture. Had to re order.
Would have saved time removing it from the web site to begin with or at lease recommending a replacement

Ordered some wheels which were supposedly in stock. Received and email with a tracking number saying my order was on the way. Noticed the weight which was much lower than 4 wheels should weight. Contacted them to find that the wheels would not ship until early November (it was ordered 25 Sept). They were supposed to ship the day I submitted the order. Poor communication, poor inventory management. The only thing they did right was cancel my order. Will not do business with them again.

My last order got lost in the warehouse. I waited a week and called to find out where it was. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and an hour later i received an email from Fedex that the bumper had been shipped. Problems happen, The difference between a good company and a bad one is in how the address the problem. Thank you.

Received a 600.00 Lange top removal jack. Put together. Rolled it across a new cement floor and wheel and wheel plate fell OFF. Call and emailed Lange no response. Called quadratec on hold twice for 45 min each with no response. Cheap welds very poor customer response. Don't waste your money to have a jack with 3 wheel cart. Unreal

Always quick and easy when using Quadratec! The pen worked great and I like the options available to me! A rough abrasive tip to smooth out the area to be painted, a very fine paint tip for intricate work, and a nail polish type tip for slightly larger (scratch) areas. I would buy again if needed. Delivery was fast too!

I received a product that had been previously returned. The return paperwork was left in the box and all items had been opened. When you pay 1300. 00 for an item the last thing you expect is to receive a used item. I would expect a significant discount or a new item as a result. Emails are currently going back and forth to hopefully rectify this situation.

I placed an order in the early afternoon (EST) to get same-day shipping for my parts. They didn't process the order until the next day and still took an additional day to ship one of the parts. If one of the reasons people order parts is to have "same-day shipping" so we can allocate time to install those parts and you offer same-day shipping on your website so actively that it's a little splash screen prompting me to cash out my cart you should do it. And don't tell me it's a "security price tag" reason either. You need to process the order and get your warehouse people in line. Don't become 4WD. Extreme Terrain is looking like a nice alternative in the aftermarket space.

Missing parts, misleading product description.
I'm missing brackets. As well as, at time I placed order the product description says that it comes with all necessary hardware. However it does not mention that you need to have a bed rail already installed.

It was really protected in the box upon arrival. The flush mounted lights were easy to install. The bumper slide perfectly into the frame rails. The hardware fit like a glove. Super happy with the entire experience from ordering to finish installation.
