Quadratec always has good choices, fair prices and quick shipping. Use them for my 2005 tj and now for my 2021 Jeep gladiator. Just received the Weather Tech tailgate liner fir gladiator. Could not be happier with it

Beautiful top and relatively easy install, there is a seam in the drivers side door edge that is upward facing that will fray and look bad over time, I wrote Quadratec and have as of yet not heard a response. A seam in material is going to happen but the open edge should be downward to not allow water dirt etc. or just use an extra foot of edging and not have a seam at all. It is about 10 inches up the upper door skin on the drivers side so I get to see it everytime I open the door...

I have already ordered several times in their shop and everything is cool. They have a very wide range of goods so you will find exactly what you want, the prices are reasonable and very cool staff who can give great offers.

Even when it says in stock you may find it is not after you purchase the item. 90% of what i ordered arrived in a reasonable time... My bumpers and wheels took an excessive time and im still waiting for my front bumper 2 months later.

My order arrived fine however it was delayed for 4 days. Dont know if it was because of the weather or the truck just took a wrong turn out of the parking lot. I will be installing parts tomorrow and will see then how they fit.

Worst customer service experience in a long time. Part number for item ordered was incorrect and got the wrong part. Multiple calls yielded no answer. Email was not answered until over a month later and it stated that my issue had been resolved (not true at all). Now I am out 35$ for return shipping, UPS is 35$ richer, and I still have no part. I tried to leave a review but the next time I checked to see if they replied it said it had been rejected and I was not allowed to leave another. STAY AWAY!

Crazy fast shipping! Items were large (bumper, skid plate) and still were at my door 2 days after ordering. I have never seen items packaged like this, second to none. I am very confident when ordering from Quadratec that my items will arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Fast shipping. Good quality products. Definitely a place to use for all kinds of Jeep parts and accessories. Very helpful people with any questions I had and quick to answer. I will be shopping with them again.

Orderd A part from this site because it said fast shipping and needed it fast to get my vehicle ready for a vacation 4x4 trip. Sent messages by text but no response back. After about two hours total on hold and 12 days later still no part and it shows it never even left town. I was offered a refund because they are out of my parts. Unfortunately I can't get my money back until they do a tracer. Now I'm out $259.00 and have one day to find my parts and get my vehicle fixed before my vacation 4x4 trip. Found my parts at another site but won't get to me for three days. I now after a planned year vacation can't make it in time.

The only reason Im giving this 4 stars is because the instructions are not clear at all. We had to pull up a video on YouTube to help us install it all. It took us 4.5-5 hours to complete it. One person can take put the top down but it definitely works better with 2 people. The top was hard to latch but once it was latched 24 hours it was easier to do. I'm pretty happy with this product over all and thankfully no leaks. We've had 3 straight days of nonstop heavy rain and no water has gotten it. It is pretty quiet compared to other soft tops.

Great first experience, With all of the shipping issues going on right now i did not expect my order to show up on time. It did which was a bonus, Parts where all well packaged. I will be a returning customer.

The package was poorly packaged in an oversized box which was completely crushed by time it arrived. Since it was a license plate holder it was undamaged, however I would seriously talk to the people in shipping about there choices of box size and the stuffing inside, since a more fragile item would have been returned. The return cost with poor customer satisfaction cost money. Have them get their act together.

The top was the wrong one. I called to talk to a sales person and spent over an hour on hold. Spoke to jess she was a great help trying to solve problem but you didn't have what I needed in stock I am waiting for a return label so I will fill out the rest of survey when I see how my return is handled

Easy to find what I was looking for, simple checkout process. Item delivered 3 days after ordered. Install directions were good. Cannot stress enough to leave brackets loose until all bolts are connected to the brackets and to the side rails

Ordered parts 15 Jan, absolutely NO information on when it was shipping. Finally on 13 Feb they tell me should ship end of Feb, six weeks after ordered and paid for! Cancelled ordered 13 Feb. Guess what showed up 18 Feb with a ship date on the label of 17 Feb? No refund yet and they say won't back date refund till day ordered. Sounds like a scam to me, instantly charged my credit card but could not cancel order in four days? Cancelled order but still shipped it? Hmmmm. They now have to come get it and I still don't have my refund, will be calling the Credit Card company to dispute the charge since I have all the documentation. This is not the service Quadratec should have. Already ordered and received parts on 13 Feb from Amazon in one day.

Questionable customer service. I purchased the product online and after a week never received tracking nor ETA. After sending them many emails I received a response that my product would not be delivered until February 1,2023. Despite the fact that they had charged me immediately upon clicking purchase. When I attempted to cancel, they told me they would have to check with the supplier and if they agreed they would refund me. This is not customer service. This is behavior from a company that deals with less than reputable suppliers. Shame on them!

This is my fifth of sixth time ordering from Quadratec. I am always thoroughly amazed by the prompt shipping times. I ordered a dead pedal/foot rest for my Jeep Wrangler JL around 7:30 PM on a Wednesday and it shipped before noon the next day. Received it by 1 PM on Friday. It can't get much better than that.

I have used Quadratec for all my Jeep upgrades. Their product offerings are the best and suit every budget. The quality of their products is great. The customer service is excellent. Any time I have had an issue they responded professionally and promptly always making sure my needs were met. I will continue to buy my Jeep accessories from Quadratec as they have proven to be a reliable and trust worthy company.
