Would shop again! Finding the right parts and placing the order was easy. Also given peace of mind knowing that they delayed (by only hours) the shipping until I confirmed my ship-to address (where I'd be installing the product), since it was not my billing address. Great customer service!

Fair, I had missing lock nuts. 5/16" rod clamps cracked into two pieces when tightened.
Called Manufacture and they offered to replace but I already had gone to Ace and bought new parts.
Highly over priced for what you get.

I've ordered from quadratec before no problems and crown is a good manufacture. However, I found out that my jeep blew a head gasket 2014 wrangler. They are replacing the thermostat but they will not use my parts now I need to return this part and pay for shipping so not your fault but I'm not very happy about the whole situation. I'm either going to try to sell it or just return it and lose money.

One item was not shipped in the box as indicated but the issue was resolved based on the stated shipping weight of the package I did receive.

I do not like the chat function and prefer an actual live phone conversation, goes much quicker for me but I'm sure your operators can handle more calls simultaneously.

This is hogwash! I am still waiting for my order made April 8 and it is now June17! And it was not cheap! UNBELIEVABLE!

There were two identical products. I could not for the life of me figure out the difference between the two. I guess one was last years version... Look it up. 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee floor mats and rear liner. You will see the duplicates.

Yep, they whistle a little, but some elec tape is a quick fix.

1 of 2 shackles was received. I called customer service and they refunded me the missing part however this packing/shipping error caused me 2 days of delay in fixing my vehicle. So I'm not happy that the warehouse employee didn't take better care of fulfilling the order correctly.

I had high expectations but got low results.
Quadratec has an amazing reputation and an incredible selection of goodies for my jeep. I've ordered from them in the past with no problem. This time I ordered a high ticket item and they shipped me the wrong one. After trying to contact them three times and getting no reply I finally gave up and it just installed the skid plate lights from Oracle. They look great but they're not the yellow fogs I had hoped for.

Ordering from the website is always easy. Product descriptions and fitment have been spot on. Best of all the shipping is usually faster than quoted. Overall very happy with Quadratec and will continue to use them in the future.

Quadratec has been great in general. Good website, fast shipping, etc. The two star rating is because the Crown door check arm does not actually fit an XJ door. (Or maybe the bolts spacing is different for some years?)

Placed my first and only order with Quadratec. Was given 5 days for delivery. On the 5th day no order so emailed there customer service ( everytime i called 5 hour wait - No wonder horrible service) the email said "I apologize for the wait. We are expecting this item to be in within the next 1-2 weeks. As soon as we receive our shipment we will be getting your order out to you as soon as we can. You will not be charged until this item has literally shipped out. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us through email or our Customer Service line at *******037." No Notice and when i did reach someone they said that one of the parts shipped just today. I paid for what i got cancelled the reset. They offered no apologies no care for loss of business. I told the customer service rep on phone i was posting this in the Jeep chat forums his response was "I dont care do what you want.

Very easy to find and order. The tail light doesn't quite exactly match the original, so I'll need to replace the other side as well. If I had known that, I would've ordered a set and saved money and time. Install was super easy, but no instructions or screw were provided.

Just a note you should not put a limit on how many characters needed to be entered. If I only have 15 letters or less to write and your system will not take it, It discourages me from writing anything.

I tried to update my order to add one extra set of D rings to my existing order. Never got thru last night. Sent an email. No response. Sat on hold today for over 30 minutes with no answer. Ended up ordering a second order and paying high shipping instead of adding to existing order. You guys suck at customer service. Great marketing, but you suck.

Add questions about the order emailed twice no response called 5 times 4 out of the 5 sat on hold for 45 minutes hung up finally got through to be told they would give me a code by email which never arrived 3 days later called sat on hold for 45 minutes again to be told you won't receive that until Next month terrible customer service!

There was too long of a delay in receiving product. Please don't underestimate shipping days. It was 3 days longer than your invoice said it would be. While I still will order from Quadratec I have also ordered from a competitor and will shop around more. Please get better at getting items to customers.

Good! First time install took a little longer than I expected. But overall it's a very high quality product. I would recommend this top for anybody wanting to replace their worn-out top. Had severe storms last night and my Jeep stay dry on the inside for the first time in 3 years. Would buy the stop again.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Tried numerous times to contact them regarding an order. All emails, phone calls, and a letter sent by the US postal system were all ignored. Avoid them at all costs.

Called earlier to ask if you carried a part and was told "No" and then found it in Google shopping from your company. Could have saved several hours of searching if the person would have looked it up.
