The SS drivers side mirror I bought moves quit easily in the wind. I don't dare tighten it anymore. Disappointing. The SS hood latches seem too short. They just barely extend enough to catch. Only extended the old ones about one inch. More like two inches on the new ones.

On 5/20 ordered and paid for a set of 4 floor mats for my Jeep. Received the package on 5/23 and only the back floor mats were in the box. I reached out the next day, they asked me to send pictures, which I did immediately to Sean in customer service. They had to file a "warranty claim" whatever that means. I have since reached out to them 3-4 times and all I get in return as we are reaching out to the supplier for an ETA. I never get a return email as to a status or an actual ETA. Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. IF I ever actually get my floor mats, I will never do business with them again.
Ordered four tires for my Jeep after verifying via their online chat that the tires would fit my Jeep. They sent 15" tires for my 17" rims. Sent them back and reordered the right tires. They delivered three. The fourth tire traveled from Maryland to New Jersey, back to Maryland, to Texas, to Tennessee, back to Maryland before finally being delivered to me. Partially a Fed Ex problem, but if Quadratech had sent the right tire the first time it would never had happened.
I ordered 3 different items over a week ago and have not received one part yet. Try to contact their customer service line and their never open. Even tried e-mail and only got a vague reply. No shipping info or tracking info either. I even paid extra for 2 day shipping for one part and still haven't received that either. I don't think I will ever use this company ever again. Now I've got to struggle just to figure out how to get my money back. Beware of them.
I am not going to order online any longer because I want to verify the shipper first before ordering. FedEx has repeated on delivering my packages late or not at all. This causes me to miss deadlines on getting my product out to my customers. Quadratec is getting this review because they should know better than to use FedEx for anything. USPS or UPS are the only two that continue to deliver on time, every time.
I ordered a part from Australia that was in stock. It didn't ship after a week and I was told it had to come from another warehouse to the one that ships internationally. Four weeks later and multiple phone calls and emails, it is now out of stock and won't be available for another month. No-one can explain why it didn't leave the original warehouse and how it ended up getting sold elsewhere. It is disappointing that a large company cannot keep track of stock and keep the customer informed. I have cancelled my order and to date, a competitor has been much more helpful and informative.
I ordered two items that cost me $500, after 2 months of them not showing up and no one contacting me I finally checked my account only to find out they returned my items without me asking or without telling me. Because I guess I never paid the border fee which I would have if anyone had contacted Ted me in regards to the fee. Regardless they refunded me just over $300 so not only did I not receive my items and was not notified of at all of what was going on they gave me a partial refund on something I never even saw. Complete $#*! would never order from them again they just made money off of my products and resold them and I never received anything. ( I am not from the states so the conversion is roughly $500 for me compared to the American dollar)
The shipping was bad. I live in city so it needs to arrive when it says it will. It said Monday, two pieces arrived Saturday before would have been stolen if neighbors did not save. Trunk piece arrived Tuesday and than free door guards days later. That's just nuts
Have tried contacting multiple times. Had unanswered emails, and chats. Got someone on the phone after holding for over 40 minutes. They were going to look into something and call me back in 5-10 minutes and never did. Will not purchase anything from them ever again.
I bought a couple Rancho front shocks for my Jeep Cherokee, as the website said they were in stock ready to ship. They send out a standard automated confirmation email. 2 days after I place the order, I receive an email from them saying "One or more items in your order are shipping directly from a third party vendor, we will send you notification when they ship." 5 days go by, I email back requesting a tracking number or at least notification of shipment stating that I purchased with the impression that they were in stock. Go to check my credit card statement online, turns out they cancelled the charge and presumably my order without even every informing me!. Have never had that happen before. Still haven't heard from them now, 9 days after ordering. Horrible customer support. Just lost out on my $100 from this order and any future business.
Bought a product from here. Missing parts. Contacted quadratec by emailing there customer support. Took them two months to get back to me and they basically told me sorry about my luck. I can return the item. Idiot's it's already on truck.
I recommend taking your business to extreme terrain. I have nothing but good experience with them. Quadratec is only about screwing you over. They don't even deserve the one star I had to give them.
My title says it all, going into detail is just more frustration with these people. They simply cant do anything. If they screw up our order getting anything from them is like pulling teeth. Once the have your money your screwed. I've been buying Jeep parts for 30 years and finally gave these folks a shot at a couple things and they screwed hem both up and now do not want to give me my money back even though the readily admit they messed it up. Save yourself and run as far from these idiots as you can get.
I have had very little success with quadratec and general. My biggest issue is with the quality of some products and then getting them successfully returned. It took me numerous phone calls and several weeks to get and under seat drawer replaced.

I ordered an item for my wife's Jeep which arrived two days before Christmas in a large beat to $#*! box. I did not open the box, but instead wrapped it up for opening on Christmas morning.
Inside was a radiator for I assume a Jeep instead of the hoist I ordered. Now I only paid $150 for that hoist and a radiator is worth way more, but I was happy to get a refund and return the item. After printing out the label and reading the process I learned that they do not pay for return shipping even when it is their $#*! up.
UPS store charged me $40 to ship this radiator.
Now I have one pissed off wife, $40 less in my pocket and no gift to give. If I was TS I would write a song that says I am never ever going to order from Quadratec again.
I bought a bunch of items from the site and for what showed up, it was great. They shipped the wrong bumper twice and it took me 3 weeks to get the shipping label back on the first one and the second one is still in my garage. Every time you call it is a 30-40 minute wait and the people who answer the phone are not that helpful. I have emailed 3 or 4 times, no response. Disaster. Wouldn't order from them again until the get things fixed. 4wd.com until then.
I ordered a hitch receiver for my JK. The associated wiring harness was shipped loose in the box with the receiver and its connectors were smashed and unusable when it arrived. I immediately contacted Quadratec and was told they would ship a replacement free of charge. That was months ago. Pure lip service. I have followed up numerous times and they have gone completely radio silent. I absolutely would not recommend doing business with this company. I really don't get the positive reviews. A litmus test of a good company is how they handle issues like this one. Beware.
