“The new norm”

Purchased a cap lock. Shipping was not quick as advertised. Needed to return item have called their answering service in the middle of the day twice with no return call. Also emailed with no answer. So certainly not hassle free when it comes to returns. Went to their web site to write a review. No area to do but somehow there many 4.5 reviews on the website with lies. Maybe there was a time when they were true but not now in my opinion.

I ordered, and paid for, 20' of seal for the rear window of my truck cap on 2 March 2021. I inquired (left a message with their answer service) the last week of March. As of today (20 April 2021) I have still NOT received my purchase and have still not received any sort of response. I sent yet another request for information on my part today and I anticipate the same level of response for my latest inquiry. Radio silence. (NOTE: The only reason I gave them a one (1) star is that "No Star" is not an option) Is there something worse than No Star?

Ordered tonneau cover supports for my truck, they didnt fit. Contacted customer service they had me ship my items back(at my cost) tracking says it arrived over a month ago, they have since ignored my messages and calls.

Ripped me off over $130.
--Stay away from this company!

I placed an order for over $900 for a Subaru Tonneau Cover in October 2021 and never received it. At first there was an issue with delivery saying it wasn't deliverable but they'd solve the issue right away. Well, that never happened. I lost count of how many times I called their support line-- it's a generic person that acts semi-concerned and takes your information down to leave a message for the manager who will never get back to you. Trying to contact someone via email is also null as they've virtually ghosted me. At this point, the only option is to go legal because I can't do a chargeback or file a dispute on my credit card because the whole delay on shipping made it past the statute of limitations. My recommendation would be to absolutely AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a part from these idiots. They sent me the wrong part. I called them several times. Never called back. Avoid these screwballs.

I purchased a pair of lift struts from Siraweb. When I received them, they were not the size and specs as advertised. Their only reply was that per the manufacturer site, the size is correct and that I should take this up with the manufacturer. I did not buy these from the manufacturer, I purchased them from Siraweb. Because the specs were not correct, I should not have to be subject to their ridiculous return policy.
I send pics and videos documenting my argument on the specs but they still just insisted that they go by what the manufacturer publishes, and the problem was between me and them, not Siraweb...

We understand the a part's specifications may not meet the application needed. Tim was offered to return his order and receive a full refund, however, he refused to return products. As with most stores, they will not issue are refund without the original product being returned. The specifications are listed on the website as courtesy and are consistent other auto parts stores across the country. Sometimes specification do need to be corrected after being verified, however, we did act in good faith to offer a full refund, but asking for the part to be returned is reasonable.

SO NOT order from this vendor. They took my money. I received no acknowledgement, no answer to phone calls, no answer to emails. Only when I filed a complaint with PayPal was there any response of any kind. PayPal had put the monies on hold so they quickly refunded my payment. BUT still no response. How can you run an online business with this kind of service: NOT! PP-D-*******. Receipt not shown because I don't want my Paypal account number shown.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect any response, any acknowledgement, any phone (they use an answering service to screen calls) support of any kind!

EDIT:
Once I got a call back from them and voiced my concerns to them they really came through. They gave me a direct contact and stayed on top of my order. We were satisfied with our delivery.

Starting to think this is just some fictional company. Of course i found exactly what I need on their website but no stock quantities. Most REAL companies you could call and ask. Not these guys. They use an answering service, which is the same lady that answers every time, that say they will get a message to them. I have now left my 6th message with no return call. Hmmm. Do not think I will be purchasing from them!
