I ordered a phone cover for my Samsung phone. I paid for it via Paypal on the 19th March and I still haven't received it. I have raised a dispute on Paypal as the tracking number supplied shows that it is not moving at all. I have read reviews on Facebook stating that people do not get their deliveries. I paid over $20 for a phone cover and I am not prepared to just throw that money away. Beware of this company! Company website no longer exists!

I ordered a Chihuahua door mat, thought it was cute and really wanted it. I emailed (no contact phone #) MANY times to find out where my order was. It was about a month. Not one answer back via email. Thank goodness I went thru PayPal so my credit card is safe. I called VISA and explained I did not receive my order (even tho I already paid my VISA bill on a previous month) and they gladly gave me a credit that very same day from this company. This is a bad company. They have zero customer relations! Stay away! All 1300 5 star reviews on their website are BOGUS!

I ordered 2 months ago no item and no response to my 4 emails. Don't waste your money! I wish I would of read the reviews first, I would of never bought from them!

Ordered a phone case. Took several weeks (arrived via a slow boat from China, literally). Did not receive the case ordered. Emailed company via website requesting correct product or refund. No phone case, no refund and no response at all from onepunz.com (I still email each day, hoping for some kind of response).

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. They SUCK! I ordered a month ago and they are not answering my replies. I will not order from anyone again unless they have a phone and an A+ rating

I too have not received my order. I ordered a sewing machine broach on June 30,2018. I have emailed a few times no response, would really like the to know if it was shipped at least!

Ordered two daushund items, lamp and clock. It's been nearly a month and no items have shown up. I wrote them several times but no one is responding. May have to report them to the federal government exchange commission... If I don't get the items or money back it's on...

Having purchased, and paid for, cushion covers which were advertised and sold as a pair, only one cover arrived. I have contacted One Punz twice now regarding this, but they have not even had the decency to reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Dissatisfied customer
