I purchased this item and i was supposed to get 2. Not only did i only receive one but it's cracked before i even used it. I washed it before use and found the crack. Because it's not "new" i can't return it even though i only received the one out of two that i ordered in the first place?!? Plus i didn't even use it yet. They won't even send me the one i never received. Never again will i order from this snake of a company

Badly constructed and the relationship between the bottom and top of the shoe was off. After struggling to get my foot into the shoe the foot was about 1" back from the front of the shoe and the top of the shoe was pushing against my ankle.

I asked to return and was told that I would have to send them back to Vietnam at my cost and then would get a full refund. Or I could settle for 25% refund.

Do not buy from this company.

Inferior product made in China. This company is making money off of scamming people. Do Not Buy anything from them!

I bought an interesting tool from these guys.
It arrived damaged.
They refused to refund or replace it.
I gave them several opportunities, but they did not.
Clearly this company and it's staff have NO integrity and no interest in repeat customers.

I ordered a pair of platform sandals that were $45.00. When they arrived after several weeks, they were the quality of a cheap beach shoe... it had a buckle that would not stay closed but came loose, the shoe twisted and I hurt my ankle. I tried to return the shoes but they would not accept them back and instead said I should watch a video on how to keep the shoe strap buckled! I said I was going to notify my credit card company and they then offered me 10% off the cost of the shoe but informed me it would probably cost me $30. Plus dollars to return them to an Asian address... they finally offered me 25% and said I could keep the shoes which I already tossed in the garbage... do not do business with this company!

Lies about the descriptions of their products. Takes forever to ship and products are not as described. Read the return policy before you purchase anything. They want a $20-$30 restocking fee on a $30 product... Their return policy is a scam itself

As I am reading the reviews I have had the same experience with this company and they are horrible. Ordered the drain pan, but saw a better sale offer for the same product. Saw on their website that you will not be charged the 30% if you cancel within 6 hours and if your order replacement product, the initial order will be canceled automatically with full refund. I did just that. Upon receiving the first order confirmation, I wrote replied back, cancel this order, making a replacement order. I was given a support reference number and the email stated that someone would be in touch within 48 hours. 72 hours later I received 2 shipping notifications for both products and no one ever contacted. I reached out to their "customer service" who told me that they never received my email about cancelling - even though I was given a reference # and never mind their so called "automatically canceling" the order, that didn't happen either. Supposedly both products are being shipped but when I enter tracking number that was provided, there is no shipping information to be found. Their shipping email states that after 45 days if the product is not received, you get a 100% refund. So far it has been 29 days, but I'm not holding my breath for that refund considering everything else they state is false.

The item was very poor quality and arrived broken, seller required a video of product and them insisted in sending a replacement - which was also broken. Igadgeek and Paypal refused to refund unless I paid to send the item back to China. STAY AWAY FROM IGADGEEK.

I bought shoes from this website and when I received them, the merchandise was so cheap looking I would never wear them.

They get a zero from me. They lead you on, lie about delivery dates, ship damaged merchandise and then expect you to pay the $30 return ship and they "will decide" if they will refund your money. WHY DO CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND PAYPAL ALLOW THEM TO BILL THROUGH THEM?

So not order from this bunch, never received a pair of shoes, should have know better, coming from China, but they said they were not from China sorry bunch of thugs

I bought a pair of shoes advertised as having arch support. And they looked cute. I think the add was a pop up in Facebook. I used paypal and was charged by an individual in China. The item was sent to me with a return address in Flushing, Queens NY. The shoes were horrible quality. They probably cost $5 to make. They had zero arch support. However they were a Christmas gift, arriving on Dec 1 (purchased over the Thanksgiving Holiday). Could not find a return policy on their site, so I emailed them. I received a response back that the return policy was within 14 days and that had past. Sorry! Now this is the holidays and the US and any reasonable merchant would have a reasonable return policy. Nope they told me nope, sorry. I asked again for a refund and got no answer. So I opened a dispute with Paypal. Paypal reached out to them and I do not know what this merchant said because I cannot see that - but the dispute was denied because Paypay ruled the items were not "materially different than described." So I went back to the vendor and asked for a return. They actually offered a refund if I sent them back to an address in Asia. Why Asia? They were sent to me from Queens so they are obiously stocking domestically. So I sent them to Queens. They then offered a 50% refund so I took it because now I am tired and at least I got something for the suffering. Bottom line: this vendor should not be allowed to sell this crap to anyone, their policies are horrible, and there is little protection for the consumer. Beware.

I ordered a pair of Navy blue sandals from this company. It took them forever to get here. About 5+ weeks. Well they got here. They were teal not the Navy blue I ordered. They were supposed to be leather. I think they are cloth with an overlay of plastic. They strongly smell like plastic. I would return, but it took so long to get here that I don't think I want to go thru the hassle of sending them back.
Buyer beware before you order from thus company. I believe I have been scammed by a Chinese company. I am a bit concerned about getting ill from the strong odor of them, not knowing what the coating is.
Do not trust this company.
