I purchased Recoverit from Wondershare with the hope of recovering data from a corrupted microSD card used in my DJI drone. The program initially indicated it could detect the card and recover files — only to completely fail after I paid. Not only did it not recover any relevant files, but the few that appeared were clearly pulled from somewhere else on my system and were unreadable. It couldn't even recognise the SD card properly. The software gave me false hope, and the moment I paid, it became clear it wasn't going to deliver what was promised. I attempted to contact support immediately but found it nearly impossible to get a timely or helpful response. This product feels like a scam, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. There are better free tools out there that are more transparent and actually work. Do not waste your money or time.
I paid for a lifetime license for this product. For years I would get upgrades whenever they were available. Then they changed the activation method from just a code key to only online activation and they renamed the product. Wondershare said because of activation cracks. Then they decided that after version 12 they wouldn't provide those of us with "lifetime" licenses with any more upgrades unless we paid again. They changed the name of our licenses from lifetime to perpetual and then began to sell new "perpetual licenses" to new customers. They also dropped the feature that defeated DVD copy protection that users legally used to make backup copies of our DVDs for our media servers. If you messaged them it was - up yours -that is how it is. We paid a lot extra for the lifetime license and Wondershare Robbed us. I never bought a perpetual license - I bought a Lifetime license - I have a screen capture of my license and it says lifetime. Just goes to show that Wondershare is a rip-off that changed the terms of the license to cheat its customers
I was having trouble with my flashdisk. I was watching my movies on tv using the flashdisk and all of a sidden it was ejected. I put it back in only to realise that there were no files on the flashdisk. I was so stressed out until I used this software and I got it all back.
If you are having trouble with your external storage devices or internal storage devices conected to your computers then this computer software can really help you a lot. I managed to use it to recover lost data on my harddisk. It works perfectly for its price.
This software disspoited me. Id not even know why I bought it. I had a flashdisk that lost all of the files in it but when I checked the space taken I could tell that they were still there but I just couldnt see them. I tried using this software but nothing The files are goe and I had to format my flashdisk.
I absolutely love this entire company! I have been a customer of theirs since 2013 and have seen them grow and create phenomenal apps software. When I was introduced and offered recoverit I immediately fell in live from the ease and simplicity of it. The fact that I was able to successfully locate and eecover files from drives and files I just left collecting dust because I thought it was all forever lost, im in awe. Just mind blowing. Thank you wondershare team! Keep up the amazing work and growth!
Accidentally deleted edit project media files. Recoverit is intuitive, easy to purchase, and download to start scanning for files I thought were gone for good. Able to recover all lost files and restore my edit system to finish out my project. The sooner you use Recoverit, the better your chances of restoring your lost files.
Customer Support repeats simple words, Program does not work, also Cannot create USB bootable media, So sad that i bought this program and trust wondershare

Quite easy to follow the process of recovering files from a flash drive that accidentally had most of the files deleted.
It couldn't put together the folder, sub-folder structure that initially was on the flashdrive. But the sub-folders were there for the actual files.
Did create a lot of extra files, which was confusing. Such as. Au files that couldn't be opened by any of my audio players in my Win 10 tablet.

External hard drive packed it in, had lots of family photos and movies. Was quoted $700 and 3 days work to get them off, i downloaded Recoverit and had everything off in an hour! Fantastic piece of software, thanks so much for this. Highly recommend.

Initially I was skeptical about buying this software as I am a student and hesitant to spend money. However losing data time and again has increased my anxiety over data loss and I decided to purchase Recoverit. Now I managed to recover my files from my external hard disk and feel more at ease! I regretted not buying this earlier, else I could have saved my previous set of files lost.
