The emails to not give refunds came fairly quickly as the product did not.
Whereas I contacted customer service through their website, they just say that the order is correct and do not answer questions that are relevant, as why I paid what I did and not get the items.
Sell faulty and damaged merchandise that is impossible to return. They will offer 20%. How can they operate in the US?
There is no way to call this company... You can only reach them thru email
