Received two dissatisfied jewelry items, not worth bidding on. Won a few bids and they said merchant declined payment. Called merchant and it was on there end they screwed up. Lost out on a laptop, old silver coin. Probally for the best. Im done with them. Dont bother getting caught up in bidding process.

This used to be a good site but since they made huge changes over a year ago, it has gone completely downhill! They got rid of the auction rooms so now it is a giant hodge-podge of things on the homepage. Almost impossible to see the description and pics of what is selling before it disappears. Then the selling fees skyrocketed to over double on commissions charged for both the sale and the shipping, not including the scheduling fees paid, even if something does not sell. It has mostly been taken over with chinese knockoffs that take forever to arrive and heaven help you if you have a return. No wonder all the good U.S. sellers have abandoned the sinking ship! I have found them elsewhere, like Etsy or the new Madhatter Auctions. I suggest everyone shop elsewhere also.

I have tried more than5 times to get someone to respond to my request for a refund... or at least a credit. BUT no response! I received a ring that after wearing it for a week wound up turning a horrible color... returned it, but still haven't heard a word back. I also received a ring in which I ordered a sz. 5 but was in fact larger than a 5... again sent it back as instructed, and NO response to my numerous requests for a refund or at least a credit. I also purchased a lovely bracelet with stones around it... wore it one evening, when I took it off, I noticed that 4 of the stones fell out. Again no response. The same sizing discrepancy happened with another ring... sent it back and yet again crickets! Also all these items were returned in a timely fashioned, and they say they weren't(another scam)So bottom line, they have the returned items, and my MONEY$$$$... I would love it if they would step up to the plate and show some sort of customer service, and make it right... I want my money back! There is only enough room to enter one item #... and there is more than one item I want fixed. I will see how this goes before I order anything else... so sad!

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.

Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.

Additionally, our seller fees are quite comparable to other similar platforms but I understand if you aren't happy with them.
Now that we've expanded internationally items on our platform ship from the United States, China and various other countries around the world.
Under our hassle-free easy return policy, any item can be returned for any reason for up to 30 days from delivery. Return shipping labels may be provided at no cost to the buyer in some instances. If not, a store credit is issued to the buyer to offset the cost of return shipping.
