This has to be one of the most unethical companies I have ever worked with they do not care that their sellers are misleading customers to try to fatten their pockets... sure the few of us that get upset have to go through all the BS to try and return items with some sort of guarantee! Not like we have a warehouse and the staff to do it for us... when issues are brought to tophatter they are either ignored blown off by the very limited customer service you get, before they cease any contact! It's always the customer's fault, they bear no responsibility I think I remember eBay losing that they bear no responsibility part, there are enough people here to bring a class action suit on its offices in the United States namely San Francisco California

They still have no clues, they offer no help no useful suggestions, no way to resolve this matter and no way to reach "customer service"
Why did they even bother responding if they offer no solutions. And still have my money and can't or won't guarantee it's retuned if the item is sent back to the sellers that mislead you to begin with!
