Tophatter is luck of the draw. There are some decent sellers on the site, but as many have said, most of it is cheap Asian junk.
Now if you want some pretty jewelry, and don't care that it will tarnish, break, etc after wearing it awhile, then this site is for you.
Word of warning though, don't let the rush of being the Winning Bid make you overpay for this junk jewelry. It's very easy to get carried away.

If you won the bid it will tell you " congratulations" if your pymt went through it eill then tell you it's been shipped. If not paid for it will ask for your cc # again.

In your account area you should be able to see if the item was paid for or if it still waiting for payment.

To answer your question, if you go to "my orders", you'll see the item you won. If the payment went thru, it'll show it there.

I was a seller on tophatter and got kicked off when I told them to stop stealing from the sellers. The good sellers (the ones that try hard to find unique things and quality things) have all left because they've turned it into a dollar store. Go to thelandofodz.com where everyone like me have gone to. See you over the rainbow!

Yes, look at your order history and it should tell you if a payment went through for this ring. I agree that this company sucks. They are unresponsive to multiple requests. And it is hard as hell to return an item. I sent a request but three times to a seller to return a product I purchased from them and they never responded. I finally had to open a dispute with tophatter before my issue was resolved. I will never shop on their website again.

You can go to the ring that you won and there should be a place for you to write a comment or feedback. I went under feedback many a times to complain! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! MOST OF THE STUFF IS JUNK! The things that was junk, I complained and they sent my money back and told me to keep the piece of junk.

My card declined. I messaged them. They sent me a message back asking if i was using a card they accepted. I said yes its a mc. I tried again and declined. My card was locked up after that due to fraud. I had to get a new one. So i would be careful and check your account. Thankfully my babk locked my account until i went up there and issued me a new card without charging me a fee.

To make 100% sure, I'd call your credit card company! If it didnt, be thankful! It's all junk. Ordered 3 rings from there, in a matter of days and 1, I had to fight to get. 2 of them said sterling silver, even stamped 925. BUT BOTH TURNED COLORS AND I Had checked out. Not real sterling silver at all. 1 ring was stainless steel and held up pretty well so far but I will never order from there again.

Call your credit card company -
Don't deal with them. I want to mention that I am having fraud with Raise.com bc the people who went thru Raise.com to sell their gift cards or egifts cheaper to me had used part or all of the card.
Ex: selling a $100 Outback card for $80 but after someone purchases it thru Raise.com - they spend part of it! My credit card company is going to help me by starting a dispute w Raise.com!
