I purchased a few pairs of size 10 long jeans online; the inseam was too long once I tried them on, and they felt too loose and baggy. I could pull them off without unbuttoning them. This was strange to me because I've always worn a size 10 long in jeans. Round One was my fault because I didn't check the sizing chart.
I then reviewed the sizing chart and purchased a few pairs of size 8 regulars with an advertised 32-inch inseam. Once they arrived I found they were an inch shorter than the advertised 32 inches. Round Two is OldNavy's fault.
Their return policy is very good, at least.
I wish I could give them no stars but that's not possible. Old Navy cancelled my order then when I called to reorder the same thing they said they can only ship it to my house and not a ups pick up location... my package then tries to be delivered and says it cant because the representative (without telling me) had it sent to a surepost. I called old navy explaining to them that I need to know where my package is because I was never given an address. They proceeded to tell me there's nothing they can do. Even though they are the shipper they wont contact UPS to see where this package is and as an inconvenience offered me "10% off" which you can get a better deal if you go on the website or walk in the store... they were completely unhelpful and did not have any compassion for the package they messed up twice.
I could not found my coupon on my iPhone and your employee, Jordi was beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When checking out another employee, Lori was very friendly also. It is so refreshing to find such great service and friendliness. What a great experience on my shopping trip with my granddaughter!
I have just received a delivery and an item was missing even though the email claimed that the order was complete. I called customer service and waited an hour and then hung up. I called back later and I've been waiting 45 minutes, still no answer.
I won't be ordering again.
Used to love Old Navy. Over the years, the quality of the clothes has nosedived and the prices have climbed. Much of their stuff now can't survive a few passes through the washing machine. We joke that their t-shirts are disposable - wear once, throw away.
I will most likely never shop at Old Navy again. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I liked the way the clothing fit and I liked many of their styles. However, after viewing their website for at least the past year, I can no longer find something that I would buy. They have tried to cater to a broad group of people, yet they have excluded my body type. All the shirts are made to make you look sloppy and unfit. Or their fit is made for a curveless woman. There is not Perfect Tee anymore. That was the best fit for my body-type and I am sure many others miss it. And it really was the "perfect tee", with the best fit that had curves and you didn't look like a slob. Why, if Old Navy wants to be so inclusive have they excluded a demographic? I would give zero stars if I could.
I used to shop at oldnavy.com often. I haven't ordered from them in years because their website navigation is terrible. I just went to see if they have improved and it's actually worse. Sad because I love their clothes but I don't have time to waste trying to navigate the site. Make it like it used to be.
I order from Old Navy all the time, but that is stopping. I sent back a package of return items in another package. I was told the inside package was never received, but I have tracking for the package they were in. I had 65.00 worth of clothing in the bag that now, I just have to pay for because someone decided not to match up my invoices. The person I spoke with said that is all she could do. I was trying to save Old Navy some postage, but I won't be doing any of that anymore. The agent was not really interested in helping me, so I am chalking it up to a bad experience.
I wanted to order 10 face masks from Old Navy, but didn't want to pay for shipping on a $20 order. So I ordered three tops (that I didn't really need) in order to reach the $50 minimum for free shipping. According to the website and my order confirmation, I would receive the order in 5-7 business days from the date shipped which was 7/31/2020. The UPS tracking site and the Old Navy site both indicated the package would be delivered on 8/6/2020. I have yet to receive the package and both tracking website have no additional delivery information since a destination scan in Jacksonville, Fl on 8/6/2020. Who knows when or where my package is currently located. So buyer beware! Don't trust that you will actually get your order in the 5-7 business days promised on the Old Navy website!
I order from Old Navy on a regular basis and am never disappointed. Their products are great, and they have never messed up on any of my orders.
I requested an exchange on a pair of jeans because I didn't like the fit, and they were very accommodating. They paid for the return shipping and sent me a new pair right away.
I ordered few clothes for children and selected 2-day shipping as I wanted them urgently. They were not available at any of the stores near me otherwise I would have bought it from the store. Nevertheless, two days after ordering there was no sign of my package so I called the customer support only to find out that my package had been lost by the courier and they would ship it again, thus delaying it by another 4 days cuz there was a weekend ahead. I was furious and devastated by this. Not only I was going to receive the order after the event for which I originally ordered, I had to go to children's place and purchase something immediately, which resulted in additional expenses and unnecessary stress.
I ask her about my rewards and my points. She then ask me if I enter my number. I told her she never told me that. Then she try to play ig off saying it got my points. I know it didn't. Ned to retrain ur staffs. Not happy at all. I'm a very loyalty customer too.
I shop for ALL my clothes at Old Navy. Love the clothes. But the Old Navy by Barclay Center is a mess. Not enough people work there. Everytime I have to wait in line for like 20 to 30 minutes maybe longer.
I wanted to return an item. Step #1. I entered the web address on the shipping label, it does not load. #2. Search for their web site, go to their web site, follow instructions for returning an item, enter Order Number, error message, instructions to call 800 number. Ridiculous, they make it a hassle to return items, waste of time, there are better sites to shop from.
For the most part, I like Old Navy. I find the clothes to be high-quality while most prices are low. I do find select men's items to be a little bit on the expensive side. When it comes to those items, I prefer to shop clearance racks at higher end stores where I can get clothing of even higher quality for an even lower price. For example, the men's button-down shirts are often over $25. I can find even higher quality button-down shirts at Macy's on the clearance racks for $15.
I love Old Navy! Their online shopping is easy and has a huge selection. The clothes fit really well and are true to size. I'm always happy with the quality. Best thing is they ship really fast. One time I was out if town and needed a sweater for the next day... a big snowstorm that I hadn't packed for. I went online and ordered 2 sweaters. They arrived the next day! Very good company to order from.
Ordered my toddler some school shirts and she hit the send button before I was able to change the address. I immediately emailed and said that the address was incorrect and I needed to change it. They said basically too bad you $#*! out of luck. IF the person at my old address returns it, THEN I get my money back? Why can't they just change the address or even ship to store 1 min after placing the order? Just lost a lifetime customer!
They sold me pants with the sensor still on them! The whole point of ordering online is so I don't have to go to the store. Well that was a waste bc now I will have to go to the store for them to remove the sensor. Lost me as a customer
I did not get any of my gifts from Old Navy. They sent them to my previous address although I had gotten purchases at my new address. I called when they sent an email saying it was delivered to my previous address and I could not understand the representative. They could not speak English very well. I will NEVER buy from old navy ever again. Go elsewhere to a company that values their customers. Old Navy could care less!
On is now on my 'avoid at a cost' list. We are soooo sick and tired of one of the most irritating commercials. I don't know the crazy monotone woman is but she can't sing, the words to the song are idiotic, and I have no idea how anyone could think that commercial makes me want to go to their store.
I simply change the channel to avoid the commercial, and watch something that doesn't have this commercial. We won't be shopping there.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
