I ordered a few clothes from OldNavy and they fit my closet really well. Their sizes are so perfect. And I absolutely loved their long skirt collection. They were so vibrant in colour and length was perfect too. Surely going to shop more from here in future.
Try to shop on days there's a sale going on (you can really save a lot). The quality of their clothes is awesome. I have three girls and the jeans were passed down to all of them. That saved me a lot of money!

I ordered 4 pairs of jeans for myself and a 3 pack of shirts for my 8 month old. The jeans were discounted to $9 each. The package got delivered to my post office. Upon arrival, the package was opened. I pick it up from the PO, not noticing the opened package. The package had no shipping label and had only one pair of jeans. Customer service refunded me the money, but I was told that they currently don't ship but a message would be left on my account to ensure that I get the same price for the items if I do buy again…
So why is this an Old Navy problem and not the shipping carrier's? Because the seal was never ripped off of my package… the piece of plastic
that you rip off of the adhesive that is then stuck to itself to close the package.
TLDR - customer service was helpful, but I wouldn't order online again since people don't know how to properly seal packages
After watching the most disgusting commercial how Old Navy supports BLM, transgender etc... I will never shop with this company again! I will blast this all over the internet. This is a left wing company that went beyond inappropriate with their advertising! I can't wait until it bites them in the azz!
I absolutely love this site. They have good quality items and always have a lot of them on sale, so you can have your goods for a very good price. They also have a common sing in for the whole website, that includes Atlheta, Piperlime, Banana Republic, Gap and Old Navy itself. The clothes use to be true to size and they deliver in the time promised.
I am Very delighted to receive the items that I purchased. Exact items, right sizes and received on time! Love my flip flops, they are very strong and lasting. Got my flip flops using for almost 2 years now and can still got a while ahead.
I ordered 3 sweaters from old navy online as a gift to send to my brother.I ordered them and when they arrived they still have the security tags still on them. Which i didn't notice at first because i bought them as a gift and immediately just put them in a. Gift bag and brought it to my family's house. Later in the day venting my brother saw the security tags and i was so embarrassed since they were for his first day of work. I called customer service and asked to be refunded or atleast sent new sweatshirts with out the security tags still on them and Sharon in Custer service said she can not issue me a refund for the items i bought. She told me to go to the store and have the security tags removed. The nearest old navy from where my brother is located is 15 miles away. I thought it was horrible Custer service because i have shopped there so many times. Even a gift card to reorder my purchase would have been fine but it is disgusting how that is how the company treats customers.
First, 50% off at checkout did not happen, filed a complaint and the response was to beg me to try again. I tried 7 days ago and the 50% was credited so i placed an order. 7 days and I am still waiting for the order to ship. Two requests for status have been ignored. I will cancel the order and take my business elsewhere.
I purchased an item on sale online and went the store to pick it up. They said they no longer had the color I bought. I said that was fine, I'd pick another color instead (all the colors were on sale at the time.) They said they would have to charge me full price because it was no longer on sale or I could get my money back. What?! Any other store wouldn't do this. Terrible customer service! I won't be shopping at Old Navy again.
6 Weeks ago I ordered 10 mask I was told they are on back order. I was ok with that. When I tried to sign into my account it keeped telling me I had no account. Yet I am bombarded with emails. After calling them ( I was on hold for 2.32 hours) I was told they would ship out the next day the 17th of June and I would get a tracking # emailed. The masks still have not arrived and neither did I get a shipping confirmation or Tracking#. After reading the reviews I learned that this is a ongoing problem with Old Navy. I wish I would have checked before ordering from them. I tried calling again the first few times I got a recording that they could not take my call at this time when I was finally put on hold I was on hold for 3.37 Hours and gave up. Long story short, this is my first time ordering from Old Navy and it will be my last. I will not recommend then to anyone. STAY AWAY
I would like to thank everyone at customer service for always being patient and doing their utmost to whichever problem needs to be resolved on my behalf. They strive to do the utmost for the consumer today and this is hard to find.
I usually buy denim jeans for everyone in my family. I find the quality of tee shirt is poor. They use poor quality fabric that doesn't hold up in the wash. They do have decent quality on cotton and flannel shirts for men.
This store has a good look and a good idea but lacks in delivery.The biggest problem with the products is all the square cuts and baggy fit. This apparel is designed exactly average which is good for that one specific body type but not great for anyone else. Sometimes there is a good find and sometimes there is nothing Walmart doesn't have but cheaper.
I order a lot of my daughters clothes from oldnavy.com and I have never been disappointed, they are great and customer service is so friendly and helpful in updating on when and when my orders will arrive!
Can I provide a negative rating? I ordered some jogging pants from Old Navy. I got notification items were delivered, but never got any packages and was charged in full. I have tried calling for weeks and have waited for HOURS for customer service. No chat options. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced!
The old navy in Meridian is absolutely disgusting. The managers were so rude and disrespectful to the customers around them. They also weren't helping their employees when they were asking for help because they were too busy laughing. I feel so bad for the poor girls who have to work in that environment. I wouldn't wish that upon my worst enemy. I plan on never coming back.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
