If your child is truly petite then this is the perfect place for school uniforms. For one they make skinny fit pants for small waisted children. Secondly, their pants have the adjustable buttons inside the waist which means as your child grows so can the pants. The clothes also wash well and not as expensive as other stores. I spent 100.00 and dressed my child for the entire school year.
I also love their ugg like boots for girls too.
I recently bought $20 worth of masks for my elementary students to wear in school. What a waste of $50. The masks are too thick, restricting breathing, and they are rough, far from soft. And they wash terribly, ending up in a ball needing to be ironed! They are not returnable so I'm out a lot of money for unwearable masks. Tried to be helpful with my students and got burned by Old Navy,
I was in a store they ordered me a 0-3 month outfit to match a older sister outfit then I coordinated a total of 10 people to match for family pictures they not only sent the complete wrong outfit but the wrong size as well they have the outfit in another state but refuse to overnight the outfit so it gets to me in time even though they admit this was totally there error. They have the ability to correct their mistake but refuse to I will not be shopping old navy or any of the other stores owned by them this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
We must stand together against corporations that devalue women. Old navy westlake ohio and maybe the rest of the stores no longer carry plus size clothing in the store. How hurt that must make the plus size girls and women feel. Women need to stand together my kids are canceling their cards as am i, its a hateful message to send.
I love shopping at Old Nay and receiving my Naviest Rebates. I try to go in and buy as much as I can and spend less than $1.00. By combining store discounts, percentages off and my rebates, I can walk out of there with bags of items and pay less than a dollar. Get your own Old Navy credit card and watch the savings come in. (I am not a paid spokesperson for Old Navy) I just love Old Navy!
I ordered one item for my wife on Black Friday, Nov. 26th, 2020. Supposedly it was shipped the following day. It's now December 15th, and I still have not received it. After many phone calls they are telling me that my money will be refunded (let's hope so), and that the order was cancelled. How can any company operate this way? Surprised that they're still in business! I'll never attempt to buy anything from Old Navy again.
Ordered on june 19, says i will receive within 10 days. On june 23 got a message it was shipped. On june 27 that was changed to order pending/calculation watch for further info. Now july 2nd no goods, no response. Never again. At least stay in touch, say iys out of stock or what ever. COMMUNICATE
I've been shopping at Old Navy for years now and the only problem I've ever had is their sizes are a little snug compared to other place I shop from.
But the clothes is always quality and have good customer serivce.

I visited the Old Navy at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale Wisconsin and was asked to pay $0.15 for a bag to carry my purchase out which is ridiculous. I will not shop at Old Navy anymore there are no signs posted saying you need to bring your own bag it made me very uncomfortable and it could give the assumption that I was stealing not cool

I applied for a new credit card for purchase Sat. 10/2/21. The cashier told there was a special 40 % off For new charge cards coupon that I could use for 48 hours. Online or in-store. Since the store didn't have in stock several items.
I have looked through the receipt and rewards packet and can not find the cc number to use the card. Trying to order 10/3/21. & emailed CS.
Today Monday 10/4/21 after your phone lines opened. I spoke to customer service, one girl couldnot help me, said she worked for the bank.
I transferred to someone who said they couldn't give me a coupon code that had expired. Was transferred to the main hold recording for the third time.
Was that a sales gimmick to get me to sign up?
Truely finding this experience horrible.

Purchased 3 pairs of stonewashed jeans for my sons for christmas. Already one pair has ripped from the crotch area straight down the interior of the leg. Will never purchase anything ftom old navy again. Certainly a total embarrassment to me. Will look elsewhere next time
Old navy is one of those places you can always depend on to be able to run in and find someone simple and affordable to wear. I love old navy because it's cheap. But keep in mind that word i just used "cheap" which means the product quality isn't that great and I find the material wears out very fast. I don't get clothing lasting long but who cares when you're paying next to nothing for it.
My one rule about old navy is unless you absolutely love it and must have it... never pay full price for it. I find that they quite often mark their stuff up way too high at full price. In just a couple weeks it all gets marked down any ways.
My one pet peeve about this store is the fact you never really truly know the cost of something. Sometimes i get up to the register and it says on sale but wasn't, or vice versa it was full price and now $5.00. Damn if I knew it was 5.00 I would have bought more. It always makes me wonder what else is cheap and hiding out on me in the store.
I like the general quality of the clothing and this is the only reason I continue to shop with Old Navy. The APP is exasperating! Customer service, the same. Shipping is extraordinarily slow. 3 day shipping is actually more like 10 days to 2 weeks! Dobt bother paying for expedited shipping! You'd be better off dumping your money down the toilet! Try calling for help? LOL! You'll hold forever, get disconnected and nothing gets resolved. You're not able 5o view the Customer reviews either! What's going on Old Navy?
It's been a while since i shop Old Navy over the holidays i ordered some jeans and 2 shirts to my surprise the quality is great the jeans are a keeper and the shirt quality is a great quality I am now a customer again. Please do not slip on the sales they always have sales very cost effective and budget friendly. I did have an issue with delivery and customer service was very helpful she reordered my item had them delivered.
I was loyalty customer for Old Navy for years. I used their reward credit card to pay my purchase as well. I set up auto pay linking to my bank so I don't have to bother to check balance. Last year, their system removed my auto pay setting and started to charge me late fee. I filed complaint to them and they refunded my late fee. I set up auto pay again after i paid off everything. This year, it happens again. I barely check my email and there is no letter until i got a card cancellation written note stating my card is deactivated. I contacted old navy, they said no refund this time and my card can't be activated, and i need to pay penalty around $170. Why i need to pay for penalty when something is wrong with their system. I won't go to old navy again and won't recommend any of my friends to go.
When I was paying for my clothing I was going to use $100 bill. Old Navy has a machine that checks to see if the bill is real or not. It failed. This $100 bill came straight from the bank. They would not let me use it. Obviously it was the machine. They need a new system set up!
My order stated it was delivered- and it was not. I've been on hold 35mins today. Chat is never available and no email address is listed. Not sure what's happened to Old Navy, but this is the worst I've ever experienced with them. Not good at all
The worst. Customer service has really gone down since the pandemic. I have reached out to them multiple times and have been lied to and have even gotten money stolen from me.
My first experience. Multiple of my orders have been partially cancelled for no reason. I was told because I ship to a PO BOX. I have never in the 6 years I have been a customer had an issue with having items shipped to a PO BOX. Also they never gave me a giftcard. I had to call multiple times to get a code of no value that I used and value was stolen from me because my order got cancelled. The worst BUYER BEWARE!
Bought some pants at Old Navy for my daughter, they did not fit her we tried to return them for something in the store or for store credit to no avail. She was given a ticket with a number to call we have called several time to no avail. We are not asking for a refund but a store credit. Please have someone call us to resolve this. Please call me at *******701. With the pandemic we had not had the opportunity to go in person.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a dress and mailed it back within my 30 days and since they didn't receive it on time I was not issued a refund, I was told it would be returned to me. That's complete bs!
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
