It's my first time shopping at Lulu's and I'm very happy and impressed with the quality and the accuracy of the size. I'll definitely recommend it to everyone I know and it has become my favourite online clothing shop. All of their styles are trendy and classy. The only downside is they only order limited qty for each size so you need to be quick!
I had an excellent experience with Lulus; they put me at ease by connecting me to a stylist. Once I spoke to the stylist, which was the same day I requested one, she went over a few dresses with me. I ordered 2, one for the ceremony, the other for reception, & I was SO satisfied with both. I'm so happy with Lulus, their prices, & material, & customer service!
I ordered express shipping for my wedding shower and the box never showed up. I was devastated, so I contacted them for a refund. They basically said I have to start an investigation with UPS which could take 8 days then they would consider a refund. What I ordered was not super cheap so it was really challenging to figure out a back up plan. I ended up having to where the same dress I wore to my engagement party. Here I am 15 days later with no refund. I do NOT recommend, I will not shop here ever again.
AMAZING! Everytime i order from Lulus.com I get my purchases on time and they are exactly what i ordered. I love their clothes it's sometime a bit over my budget but it is worth check out and shopping there i love them.
I love and adore this site. So many cute items and at a decent price for us CND. I had to stop buying from them though because the duties are so much! It's too bad. I order three dress and had to pay over $90 duties. I did have to send 2 back(1 was on sale so I couldn't) and I did fill out the form for our government duty free and they did give me back $60 because I had to return them. It; s too bad! LULU can you please figure out a way to work with them. So much more business would be had here.
I have been ordering from Lulus for a while now and have ordered tons of clothing from them. I have never had a problem with returning clothing or exchanging. I recently received a pair of pants that tore the first time I wore them. I reached out to customer service unaware of what to expect and I must say aside from them responding quickly, they really wanted to make everyting right. Thank you so much Lulus! I appreciate everyone one of you for your quick response and giving me all my options.

Love the quality of all products! Beautiful colors, great materials, excellent styles! I purchased from Lulus, earring, sunglasses, dresses, tops, shoes. Love them all! True to the size! Great prices! I get compliments all the time on all my purchases! I'm recommending all my girlfriends the site. A couple already purchased as well and they love it!
Clothing all looks really cheap and poorly made... fabric does not lay right on the body. Sizes are extremely disproportionate; you can be an xs in one dress, small in the next, and medium in the third, and they still may all look bad. Clothing does not form to body the right way, prepare to have to get everything altered. Pictures online with the models are very misrepresentative of the clothing. One good thing is the return process is easy, which is great because I had to return EVERYTHING!
Started out as a loyal customer - NO MORE! I don't know who the incompetent people running this place are, but this is RIDICULOUS! Do NOT count on Lulu's to get your return right when you send something back. I returned a pair of leather sandals. Instead of crediting me the $138.00 I paid for them, they credited me $12 for the cheap, plastic pair they would not let me return (and I wanted to - ugh!). Then they argued with me and told me I was too stupid to know which sandals I returned. Then they gave me store credit (store credit? Really? So I can have the pleasure of a repeat experience with you?) for a partial amount instead of the FULL refund, because THEY screwed up! This loyal customer is GONE!

Houston, TX has certainly grabbed on to this amazing site of stylish clothes, So simple and yet effective. I'm loving everything all the way to the basic designs so so in love with how you guys really take the time to put the shoes together so well with each set of different styles & accessories. Shipping is verrryyy slow. I ordered a dress I plan on wearing this Saturday for my Junior prom and if it doesn't fit, I'm afraid I won't have time to find something else. I'm really upset I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation and it's been 9 days! (It was supposed to come on April 20.

First time ordering from this site and paid extra to get my clothes shipped early since I was going on vacation and wanted the items for the trip (obviously). The package says delivered but it clearly wasn't. Contacted customer support and all they could do was open an investigation with UPS and have me wait 8 days and then maybe they could give a refund or send a replacement if the dispute is resolved... WHAT? I've never had such awful customer service. This has happened before and other companies will immediately send me a new package with the same items while they investigate.
Maybe you're a small company, but please 1) give me a refund for the shipping and 2) expedite a new order so I'm left a happy customer...
I loved this dress when I seen it and was skeptical with ordering online but after looking at the reviews I had to give it a try. I am in love with the quality and shipping time. I went to David's Bridal to compare and still chose my Lulu's dressbover them all.
Shopping at lulus is always a great experience! The clothing, shoes, and accessory choices are amazing where you can find something for every event and the prices are reasonable. Customer service is great as well.
Their quality has gone down unfortunately. I have shopped on LuLus site for several years, but their material quality has gone down, and prices have gone up! Wrap dresses are always odd fitting, and only look good in the photos because they pin then in the photoshoot. I am going to take a break from an future orders till they get their stuff back in line!

I attempted to return a dress I ordered. I read through the instructions in the email which state We want to make this easy. Just print your return label, place it on your package nd drop it in the mail. I do as stated and drop it off at my local post office. This was 4 days ago so I decided I want an update on the status. I plug in the tracking number to google to find out this is actually a UPS tracking number not USPS. Now I am concerned and reach out to lulus via chat and phone. I explain that nowhere in the instructions did it specify it had to be dropped off at a UPS store/facility. The representatives told me I have to drive back to the post office and try to locate the package. This is turning out to be a nightmare and not easy as stated on their site. In the middle of planning a wedding this is very time consuming and stressful.

Lulus promptly contacted me and issued me a refund and addressed my concerns.
After ordering a dress for my engagement pictures, there were shipping issues preventing me from receiving my dress when I needed it. LuLus was a dream to work with- their response time in getting back to me was insanely fast- even on a weekend. They were polite and made me feel like helping me was a top priority. They made everything right to ensure I received what I needed even though it was a shipping issue and was not directly their fault. After receiving the dress, I was not disappointed- great quality, beautiful dress! I would recommend Lulus to everyone!
Everything is great quality and you get what you pay for even if every dress I buy is over $50 it's worth it. I usually wear them to weddings and they have a huge option of backless options and that's what I go for
After I wrote my review, I realized there was no way Lulu's could have shipped my order on March 12th as the customer service rep told me on the phone, because that was a Sunday and UPS doesn't ship on Sundays. But anyway, after my review posted, Karen J. E-mailed me a stock response about Lulu's return policy along with a free shipping label. At that point I was frustrated, but Lulu's managed to turn things around.
When I emailed Karen that her e-mail solved nothing, she said my credit card would be refunded instead of receiving store credit if I shipped my items back. So I did. After Lulus received it, I was contacted by Tiffany on 5/15/17, who said if I let her know which items I returned, they would refund my card immediately, even before opening the package. She was very nice.
Today is 5/18/17, and my card has been refunded in full. I appreciate all the work Lulu's put into resolving this order.
I'm just writing this to let Lulus know they've lost me forever as a customer.
I've been having a hard time finding clothing since all the stores I used to purchase from have cheapened their products. I was excited to find Lulus. I ordered 4 dresses on March 10,2017. I was starting a house-sitting job on at the end of March, but I thought for sure the items would arrive by then. The dresses didn't arrive until March 20, the day after I left. I wasn't able to return home to get my package until last week (end of April). Nothing fit right. The pink swing dress was huge, the skater dress was cut way too low, and I had no idea how to tie the 2 wrap dresses.
I went online to do the return, but it said I had to call customer service.
I waited on hold for 40 minutes. That is completely unacceptable! I think it says something about the quality of Lulus clothing that that many people need to do returns. It wasn't until I hit the pound key to be called back that someone magically answered the phone. The service rep said as a courtesy for spring purchases they were extending the return to 45 days. That didn't include MY purchase though. I ordered it March 10th, and it arrived March 20th. But she said it shipped March 12th (according to them), so that's the day they count from. Even though it's been LESS than 45 days since I actually RECEIVED it.
She said as a ONE-time courtesy they would give me an online credit if I mailed it tomorrow (May 2nd), at my own expense, of course. Like Lulus is doing me some big favor, giving me store credit so I can buy more of their ill-fitting clothes. And I only get a refund if the clothes pass LULUs "quality inspection," and who knows what that entails! So I might pay to ship it back and not get credit anyway. And then what? They keep the clothes AND your money? Ill just sell the clothes on Ebay.
I thought I found a good company, since the clothes are made in the US. I'm so disappointed. I'll never buy from a small company again. They obviously don't care about customer service.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
