I would give them a 0 if I could - had a sale counter buy 1 get 1 free on simple t-shirts. Checked out it was almost $47. Really for $10 t-shirts? Never thought to look at the price (my mistake) because I never thought a t-shirt could be 42. Horrible never going back
Over 3 of my bras have broken with the wire popping out stabbing me. These are new less than 3 washes. New bras wire poking me under the arm. Uncomfortable.

I have been a customer of Lane Bryant for many years. My dissatisfaction is not with the merchandise but with the credit card. After having the card for about three months I had a balance of about $68 and went to one the local stores in my area. I asked about the TOTAL balance on my card and paid it off then. I now have a balance of about $101 after making the payment. I had NO purchases. My balance consisted of two late fees of $30 and one late fee of $37. When I was finally able to get on line, if I had not made a payment by the due date of the current Month, that next fee would have been a late fee of $42. It seem that although I had paid the balance OFF, there was a residual amount of interest of less than $5. My balance of $101, consisted of $97 worth of late fees. To "add salt to my wound", when I initially called customer service to ask for my fees back, i was " conveniently disconnected". I didn't curse nor was I berating but I did let the rep know how upsetting the situation was to me. The "disconnection" occurred when I asked her to ensure that the ONLY fee they were able to refund me had better be the most recent and highest of ALL THREE fees. The one for $37. Subsequently, I had to call again and repeat my story. Setting up online is not a "smooth" process and in my defense, because I know I had paid off the balance in the store I wasn't expecting a subsequent bill. Good customer service is vital. The disconnection was "too convenient". I waited a little to see if I would receive a call back as I know they have my phone number. You have to verify your phone number every time you place a call. However I was not valuable enough to receive one. How much longer will I have this card? I'm certainly not inclined to remain a customer after this scenario.
Using their website on a phone is beyond difficult. It's not formatted for phones so the left side of the screen is cut off. Customer service is useless. They have no access to your order or your cart therefore you have to provide every stitch of information that you already tried to enter in the to the website. Including the SKU number of the article you want to buy. Outrageous and horrible.

I like the clothes that I buy here, but was very dissatisfied when I returned an online order to the store for a DIFFERENT SIZE, not a REFUND but for a smaller size and I was told I could not do that nor could I get a refund … I had the receipt and I had only had the merchandise TWO WEEKS! Lane Bryant you lost a good customer!
My name is Marci Wilk and I want to say thank you so much for the patience that Assistant Manager Theresa gave me when I was having problems finding a good bra. She helped me so much that I finally found a fantastic bra that fits and is comfortable. Its such a pleasure shopping at Lane Bryant and if I need help there's always someone there to take care of me.
I went to my local lane bryant, great service BTW, the ladies were super helpful and attentive...however when I went to use my lane byrsnt cc it declined me, mind u I hardly use my cc unless I'm needing new bras...long story short it declined me because they had shut done my card for not using it in a year so the lady reran it and it approved it but still kept declining my purchase, so we called and the representative on the phone told me that I was not approved. 1sT of all why why would u even turn my cc off?! I will not be shopping there again, not because of the service but because I have always paid my cc on time and just because I hadn't used it in a while they decided to turn it off. I do not recommend getting a credit card through them.
I ordered an ivory fanny pack style purse for an event. I received a black one. I called and the lady said she will send me an ivory one. If I ordered again so I did. She said that she would expedite the shipping so I could receive it on time. I received it a day late for my event and it was BLACK again. When I called they tried to get me to buy a 3rd one... I feel like" fool me the first time shame on them fool me the second shame on me". I'm not an idiot. But I am upset. We got know where. I'm not going to keep purchasing the wrong item so they can keep sending me the wrong color.
I was in the OakView store in Omaha tonight. Maria checked me out. She was brusque, gave me no greeting, no pleasantries. Not even a "Thank you." Like she was doing me a favor by checking me out. Well, there are other retailers for plus sized women, I will go where my business is appreciated instead of a burden. It's a shame LB, you used to do better than this.
My wife has been with Lane Bryant for years. She buys most of her work clothes there and has for 20 odd years. She had a credit limit of $1100. Never approached anything close to that when shopping but nice to know it was there if she needed it. Her last spree was around $700. We made some payments on it and when it got to about $325 or so we paid it off. Turned out that I paid it a couple of days late. My bad. First time this has happened. So there was a late fee and a finance charge on it. We paid it off about a month later. $28 I think. That might have been in January or so. Now in May my wife goes to buy some clothes online and it is around $250. She doesn't have enough credit for that. They dropped her credit limit to $200. Well I call as I have signed up as a authorized user to find out what is happening. Well they now can't talk to me about the account. My wife has to be there. They say call when she gets off. 5 pm PST they put me on hold and then say that they are closed and call back at regular hours from 8 am to 7 pm EST. I work early mornings and my wife works later. In all the time that we have ad this account she has paid this bill 1 time in person at the store. No clue as to what her username and password even is for this account. I called and the person I spoke with said that I could call 24-7. Not true. Maybe automated but not to a person. She was rude and not helpful at all. They will be losing our business. I will celebrate when they close their doors. We will now go anywhere but there. Whatever the problem that there was could have been dealt with in a nice manner. As I said I did pay that last 2nd to last bill late. But being rude is not needed. Telling me that I can call at midnight and speak with a representative was not truthful. If i need disrespected and lied to I will call a politician.
Took my granddaughter to get her bra and Alyssa, from portage Michigan store, was an incredible help very patient very helpful I was very pleased

I recently bought about $500.00 of spring clothing and have shopped here for many years. Generally I have been very happy with service and clothing I have bought. I'm very disappointed this tine after purchasing a pair of Boyfriend Capri's. I wore them once for 1/2 day and they stretched and bagged out so bad that they were 2 sizes bigger in the waist. This is unacceptable. The buyer should know when they buy clothing how much things stretch and pass this info on the customers. I called about returning them for this reason and they said no I could not! Well OK... I will now continue to shop in the upper shelf brand named stores that I won't mention here, where I can ALWAYS return for an issue even if something is washed.or worn. No excuse for this except the store owners put greed and selfishness, "profits in pockets", ahead of good customers.Need to put in description that this stretches at the waist and bags out 2 entire sizes after wearing a short few hours. I do not have a camera phone just an old fashioned flip phone.
Hello on April 22,2023 I went in the Firewheel Mall in Garland TX. The Manager which was a man he was a total Jerk. I was trying to exchange or return a bra. He said we don't have those anymore. I went over to the bras and found one but not the color I wanted. He said we can not order you one. So I went back over there and I finally found one. He did not ask to help me or even ask me if I needed help. He helped four other customers but not me! Jerk! Then I took my bra up there then he said I can not do anything for you! You have to keep the bra that I wore two times that I paid 50 dollars for! Bad customer service!

I ordered items for christmas and the lady said that they would price match their goof up that never happened and that was on orders placed on december the 10th and the 11th
So now here we are in january and the same damn thing is happening again only this time when I placed my order it said free shipping or I would never have ordered it
So buyer beware when ordering from lane bryant they'll say that they don't charge you shipping and then oh you have shipping charges of 895 I'm done with online ordering which means I will be naked the rest of my life

I have bought bras from Lane Bryant three times in the past 8 months. They are supportive but the claps are weak. They all have broken on all the bras and I wash one of my bras and it burned in the dryer. This bras cost too much to be designed with cheap materials. I guess I have to find another store. There is no way I have spent over 200 for 8 bras and all the claps break. Only reason I gave two stars is because I do get good support
I bought some pants and they ripped the same day. Since I wore them, I can't get a refund. I normally only stick to panties, bras, and yoga pants, but I think I am done all together. What a waste? Since I have been ordering online and I get half off in the store when I pick up order, I decided to try some casual pants on 3 different occasions. I didn't have a problem with the other 2 and has worn them multiple times without ripping. All of a sudden a pair ripped on the first time. That put a bad taste in my mouth all together.
