PLEASE purchase from somewhere else! This company has NOT shipped my $300 order and has LIED saying it's lost at customs but it never left oh Polly! They ship me a "replacement" order with half of the order missing! They've STOPPED responding to me and will not help! This is a terrible scam company do not purchase from here!

So cheap and costly never again, I received 2 dresses with very poor quality, I am a big shopper and never wrote a bad review, I had to pay almost 150$ for custom that I was not aware of, I promise you, buying at temu would have been more worth it…

Disappointed!

So be aware if you live not in the UK and item will not fit you or you simply will not like it, you will need to pay the return fees which can be a lot higher than the original price of the item you purchased. On their website they tell you that return fees are to be paid upon posting your return. However, there is no explanation that they will not provide a courier for you, that you will need to do it by yourself and fee can be a lot higher than delivery fee! And when you tell them that they answer that that's how they work and that it was mentioned on the website. But it was not! Disappointed. Will never order again and will definitely not recommend to anyone.

Stay away - fraud

My daughter trusted this site and we placed an order. There was a complete lack of communication and tracking. A month later, we started to find out about this order. They say it was sent and they are not responsible for the delivery. Now they offer to refund about half the cost. This is very unfair.
Choose other offers from other sellers.

I ordered a dress for my birthday celebration, with express shipping. I got my order yesterday, and it is not what I ordered. It is an entirely different dress. I ordered a long-sleeved sleeve, silky burgundy cut-out dress. I received a short-sleeve red dress made of poor-quality material. Oh, Polly has NO customer service number where you can speak to someone. You can only go through a BOT that then has someone email you. All that to say, they said they can't send me the dress I ORDERED and paid for! Until I return the dress that was sent to me in error. They advised that they waived the return shipping fee. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY A RETURN FEE for an item I received in error. They acted like that was some huge deal they were giving me. I asked for a full refund, and they said no. They said they couldn't ship me the new dress until they received the dress that they had sent me back by mistake! So now I have NO dress to wear to my event, and I am out of money, AND I still have to send this cheap dress they sent me in error. I asked for a call from a supervisor but did not get one; I just got another email. Also, their dress is very expensive, and they post pictures of them, and the quality looks nice. In the dress I received in error, this dress looks like a dress I could order from Shein. The quality of the dress is poor fabric. I would never order from this site again. Honestly, I feel like I got scammed.

Not tall girl friendly at all

I think these dresses are meant for midgets because I'm not even that tall 5'6 and a half and the dress I ordered was so short on me it ended half way up my butt. It almost ripped trying to get it on because it had a bodysuit underneath that was soo tiny and not even shown to have on the pictures of the website. I wouldn't not reccomend these dresses if your even 5'4" and up there's no way it'd fit. But they did let me return it and get a refund.

***Do Not Shop Here***Would give a zero if I could. Do not shop here. They will misplace your purchased items and not take accountability on their part. I bought dresses 4 weeks prior to when I needed it and they sent it to a complete different address hundreds of miles away. They claimed they would issue a refund for the items, only to find out weeks later that they never did. I contacted them regarding this and they said the same thing that they"will issue a refund". Only this time it's more insulting. They sent a refund of $11.00. My items costed nearly $300.00. Save your money and shop elsewhere that has integrity and not trying to rob you of your money.

It's like these people don't read the chain emails. You have to keep repeating over and over again what needs to be done. My package never arrived and I have to go through 3 weeks of repeating that I visited the pickup location. It's like endless loop with these people. 0/10

No Phone Number

I have been getting many, many phone calls at Polly Products hearing at least 15 ANGRY customers per day tell me about how upset they are with Oh Polly and their clothes. While I have never purchased from this company, I do deal with their client base quite frequently. From a customer service standpoint, their customers are MAD. Oh Polly does NOT have a phone number, so double check on that number you're calling to scream at a customer service rep. Most of you are calling Polly Products and yelling at me or my coworkers instead!

I ordered a dress from OhPolly for an event and it arrived a whole week later than their promised delivery date, so it missed the whole purpose. But not only that, the sizing issue was very bad. I am a 105 lb individual and normally wear a US size 0 or 2. I ordered a US size 0 dress as it was supposed to be super stretchy, but when I tried it on, the whole dress, and especially the sleeves were so tight that it was uncomfortable to move. I did like the design of the dress so I returned and reordered it in a size 2 (they don't have free returns so I had to pay an extra $10 to ship it back). The size 2 dress took very long to arrive, but again, I had the same issue. It was still uncomfortably tight although slightly bigger. Since I had paid all this money and their refund policy isn't great (no full refund for non-UK buyers), I thought I would reorder (despite having to pay another $10 for shipping again) a different style dress without long sleeves because maybe that was the issue... and nope, the sleeveless dress's sizing was off again (mind you I ordered a US size 4 this time just to be safe). The proportions were so off and the placement of the cutout was so odd that it would only probably fit a very specifically hight-ed person who doesn't have any cleavage. All that money wasted and now I have to find someone to donate this stupid dress to. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered an asymmetrical dress for my graduation ceremony for college about a month in advance and within two weeks Oh Polly emailed and said my dress was delivered. I live in an apartment complex with only 2 roads, but for each road the apartment numbers are the same (for example, say there's a Jones Road and a Mary Road, the apartment building 1 on Jones Road has apartments 2082-2086, and on Mary Road, the apartment building 1 has apartments 2082-2086, stupid I know...) Usually if I get a package claimed to be delivered but it's not at my door, it's been delivered to the apartment with the same number as mine, on the other street. This happens often, and the other neighbor and I return the items to each other's doors ASAP (he's a male, I'm a female). This didn't happen here. This neighbor and the apartment office haven't seen this package from Oh Polly, and my Ring doorbell camera never recorded anything being delivered to my door like it claimed on the tracking slip. I immediately filed for a lost package with their order protection service, and they got back to me FAST, stating that the tracking says it was delivered to my door. I reiterate that it was never delivered, and the agent promptly sends me a replacement...But get this, the replacement never came EITHER. I'm writing this on Dec. 6th, 2023. At 4:33PM I received an email from Oh Polly stating that my replacement has been delivered; same thing, "delivered to front door/porch". I ran frantically around my apartment complex, asked the office, my neighbor, and checked my mailbox just in case, and no dice. They've ruined my experience with shopping from them (it was my very first time shopping with them, too). I'm so tired of this crap. If you have this issue, fellow reader, you aren't alone. I just gave up and decided never to buy from them again. I hope this review gives you some solace. Good day.

Costumer service is horrible I spent 175$ and was refunded 27$ what? I ordered express for my prom and they lost it it's gone and I asked to track it and they just refunded me. I wasted 2 weeks my prom is Tomorow. I hate this website never buying from again ruined my prom fire them all.
