The sites customer service on instagram as well as emailing is superb they reply in good time and give great help where needed. Helped by Caitlin and she was really helpful and great. No problems at all!
I was extremely happy with the customer service at Oh Polly. Both Jess and Gina were incredibly helpful and so nice! They made sure all of my questions were answered and replied to my emails really fast.
It's been about a month since I purchased my bathing suit. The tracking number that they sent me does not work. I left two emails since they do not have a customer service number and no one has responded. I am unable to receive any information! This website is a complete hoax!
They helped me with an issue I had regarding an order. They are also really nice. The only problem is that they take longer to ship than what they say. It's been a week since I ordered and I'm still waiting
I would give it 0 stars if I could. WORST Customer Service EVER. Sent something for a refund over 3 months ago and they refuse to return my money! I have NEVER experienced this with an online retail store. I spent a ridiculous amount of time emailing back and forth with no resolution in sight. I have the return postage receipt and all proof and still nothing.
Read the other reviews. If you are going to order from them be careful and best not to return anything cause you won't see your money again! That store and customer service is a JOKE.
Oh Polly's Customer Service is one of the many reasons why they are a great brand. Their clothes are not only high quality, their CS is also the best. They always make sure they help you fix any issues you are experiencing and they never let their customers down. This after sending follow ups and being assured that it takes 48 hours

From payment to delivery and having to pay more unexpected costs.

I had a stain on my leggings nothing big just a mistake from the warehouse, I complained and Jess was so helpful! She gave me 2 options in which they would replace and cover shipping costs or a 20% refund & keep the leggings. Replied quickly on DM!
I've been messaging Annie over the past couple of days and she is just amazing! I was unsure which dresses were in stock in my size due to a glitch and she went and sent me the names of each dress in stock in my size! She couldn't be more helpful I will not hesitate to contact their customer service again! Clothes are also fab as always and delivery was so quick!
I made an error in my shipping address, did not create an account, did not have an order number (all my errors), but used the contact form and received quick, thoroughly helpful and friendly response from customer service, completely fixing my problem.
I had a couple of issues with my order, so I messaged the customer service team. I had a response almost immediately from Yasmin. She was so helpful throughout and was so kind. No query was too silly for Yasmin to deal with, she made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help. Everything was sorted in such a short space of time that I even got to wear my oh polly dress on my birthday!

Ordered around April 10 no shipping updates since April 13 stuck in Madrid? Contacted and they sent another April 28 and it went to the same area as my first, stuck in Madrid with again no updating tracking at all. I'm literally so pissed off to say the least, absolutely horrible feels like it just wont even come at all. 3-4 days my $#*!
I was so happy every time I bought leggings from this company but this time I bought a couple of stuff and one of the leggings was ripped so I'm not gonna buy stuff from this website anymore. I'm really sorry for that but this actually never happened in this 4 years buying from oh Polly but now I'm kind of mag and upset.
Had a bit of a panic when trying to exchange wrong item sent without any paperwork, but fear not Elyse took care of everything, stress free. She even went that bit extra, allowing me to keep mistaken item to donate to a local charity. Great service & top quality products
The quality of the clothes and bikinis etc is not good at all, prices are ridiculously expensive, their sizing is awful- they don't do sizes larger than a 16 and their clothes are SO TINY and fit terribly! Bo and Tee their "sport" brand is just as bad! All the sizes are super small fitting, not stretchy material, uncomfortable to wear and even sore! Totally impractical, and returns seem to be impossible. Don't waste your money on fast bad quality fashion!

I actually bought 3 dresses from them, before things got weird and I am just in loveee! Haven't wore them all bc haven't been able to go out. I wore one for Easter! Love the material feel really soft and fits like a glove. I am 5'2 130 and got a size small... their colors are can't wait to buy more

The first time I tried to place an order, Oh Polly made a mistake in the invoice paper so I had to pay extra ~80 euros as a tax. I didn't have a possibility to pay that, so I had to return the parcel back to them right from the customs house since they didn't offer me any resolution. Oh, and by the way, I left with no clothing for my birthday (thanks fo messing it up!)
The next time I tried to order, they did the exact same mistake, but this time they told me that they can compensate me the taxes, so I took my parcel from the customs house after paying the taxes and sent Oh Polly the receipt, but they started asking me for some other papers and documents as a prove that I didn't have any more.
Summing up, I don't think that 3 dresses are worth ~270 euros + lots of time wasted on waiting + driving to the customs house and so on. Especially that it was totally obvious that it's Oh Polly's mistake.
If you have the extra money, time and nerves then definitely order from here :)
Oh polly's quality of clothes and customer service is unmatched. In regards to customer service, I was helped by bethanie brown; whom quickly sorted my issue. My experience shopping with the brand is always 10/10.
I have shopped at Oh Polly several times. I'm happy with their products, and prompt and caring customer service. When I contacted them they replied promptly. Graeme was very helpful and friendly. I will continue to shop at Oh Polly online.
Took two weeks to reply to me with regards to my return and when they did they sent me an email saying the product looked worn... are they being serious I tried it on once and sent it back as I bought a few options to pick from. Not only did I have to pay for my return but they are not telling me the product I'd bought had been worn when it was sent back with the tags on. This two piece is a light pink blush so I fully made sure I tried it on fresh out the shower with zero make up tan etc on. And then it just happens to have a mysterious mark spear on it. CON ARTISTS
