I have shopped at Oh Polly several times. I'm happy with their products, and prompt and caring customer service. When I contacted them they replied promptly. Graeme was very helpful and friendly. I will continue to shop at Oh Polly online.
Took two weeks to reply to me with regards to my return and when they did they sent me an email saying the product looked worn... are they being serious I tried it on once and sent it back as I bought a few options to pick from. Not only did I have to pay for my return but they are not telling me the product I'd bought had been worn when it was sent back with the tags on. This two piece is a light pink blush so I fully made sure I tried it on fresh out the shower with zero make up tan etc on. And then it just happens to have a mysterious mark spear on it. CON ARTISTS

Lauren was so helpful with an order mistake I had made regarding inputting the wrong address. She was friendly, very polite and just a credit to the team. She assured me that the mistake would be changed (changed within an hour may I add!). Thankyou Lauren!
My dress was lost in the post and I messaged through what's app and had a reply from Samantha right away, she sorted the problem and sent the dress out in time for my birthday again through Express delivery, no extra costs! She was lovely and very helpful, was also bank holiday weekend and she still helped through to get me some answers. Quality of dress is lovely and worth the money. Thanks team for you help
They dont deserve the bad reviews they get. Their dresses are gorgeous and the quality is perfect. Lauren from customer service is very helpful and quick to sort out issues. My experience was amazing.
My daughter ordered a dress for her birthday and it has been lost in delivery. Tracking information says that the post office received the package. The post office says that there was nothing in that package they don't have anything to deliver to my daughter. And now apparently in order to get refunded for something that you never received you had to buy purchase protection. To me that sounds like a scam pay extra money and we'll guarantee that you actually get the item you ordered? Shoddy customer service my daughter spent her hard-earned money as a 19 year old to get a dress to wear for her birthday which is long past and never received the dress. Will never order another thing from oh polly again.
I have had mixed experiences with Oh Polly's customer service, however Ellie on Oh Polly Help Instagram was an exception. She was able to refund me the difference when a promotional code wouldn't worked. Super quick and easy. Can't thank Ellie enough.
I do not understand at all how this company has SUCH negative reviews. The quality is gorgeous, like not anything resembling fast fashion, the team was nothing but incredibly helpful when I had an issue with the straps on one (out of 10 orders) of my shirts (like legit above and beyond). Even told me to keep the original shirt that the strap had stopped on as the Covid crisis is making it a little hard to get to the post office. THEN gave me 20% my next order for the trouble on top of it... to the women complaining about the sizes being too small: it's UK sizing. Not sure how you missed that but the sizing chart is attached to literally every item. Maybe figure out your own measurements before writing $#*!ty reviews about a pretty decent company!

Absolutely disgusting. Received a dres that does not fit! Tried to return but didn't receive a return label. The label had been taken from the letter before they posted this to me! Never even stated where to send this (which drop off point!) after countless times to contact them regarding these issues. Using email, Instagram and Facebook and then being completely ignored on everything I am not stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and £30 down!
Absolutely horrific customer service. Will never ever use this company again!

Bethanie was fantastic... her replies were so quick! She was extremely helpful and gave me so many options. My top had broken which is unlike oh polly or bo and tee because their clothes are always amazing quality. I am really grateful for her assistance in this matter and I am a very happy bunny. The website overwrites addresses and auto populates nearby locations, it has happened to me twice. However this time my husband ordered and didn't know this happened until he got the order confirmation. We have reached numerous times through email and social media and have not received any contact back. They dont provide a customer service number therefore if you have an issue you are just out of luck. Do yourself a favor and order anywhere else.
WARNING this website is a scam! The social media pages may look like they are a professional company they are not! I refunded an item of clothing a month a go and they have no refunded me. I have sent them 5 emails and no response! They are scammers absolutely cowboys! Do not order from here unless you want to lose your money
At first had a tiny bit of an issue, my order had gone missing ( no surprise really as of the covid and the mail being so overwhelmed) but I contacted oh polly and they managed to get me another order out ASAP... all thanks to molly & Sophie & Sarah's for their fantastic customer service:-), 3 very friendly girls so thank you! Brits must have small tits because all of the dresses were cute, but the cup size for a 34C would not hold my left nut! Now the girlfriend is stuck with no return shipping assistance and these Oh Polly morons are too stupid to even have a contact phone number. She is even ordering more dresses from them against my advice. Don't buy from these jack offs unless you are a flat chested waif with money to waste.
Hi Jeff - thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the sizing of our pieces. We use standard UK sizing and always include sizing guidance within each product description - ie. Our satin pieces contain little stretch so we recommend sizing up in these. For dresses containing cups, these are based on a D cup which is the average size in UK. If you're above a D cup, we'd always suggest sizing up in these styles. With regards to returns, you should've received a label within your package or alternatively you can create one on our website. We have a US returns address which is: Oh Polly c/o WN Shipping USA 475 Doughty Blvd Inwood, NY 11096 and refunds/exchanges are processed within approximately one week. I had a small concern regarding a return I made. Customer service got back to me in a timely manner and was very helpful. April made sure my concerns were solved and I understood everything perfectly. I will definitely recommend Oh Polly to all of my family and friends. Thanks for the help!

So I ordered a dress for an event, not only did it take two weeks to come but it came in torn and damaged. They keep trying to give me partial credits I want my full refund, not only did the inconvenience me but gave me a damaged item.
This company is terrible. The size chart was completely wrong and they don't cover the shipping cost you paid when you return it, instead you pay an additional $5 when you return it. Worst company I've ever bought anything from. I'll never buy anything from this worthless company ever again. I hope they go bankrupt.
