I cannot speak on returns but I did read reviews on here first and was hesitant, but I'm so glad I placed my order. The site does tell you if something runs small. I sized up one size in the shirts since they had a note that they run small and they fit perfect. The pants also ran small and I ordered one size up and they fit perfectly as well. (I ordered a 40 and I'm usually a size 8) but for the people saying the sizing is off I definitely would recommend actually checking the size chart on the website because I had ordered based on google I would've ordered a 41/42 which would have been too big. Everything I received was the correct size and the quality is good too. Again can't speak on customer service but I would definitely order from them again! Also shipped extremely fast.

I would not recommend this company. Their return policy is ridiculous. There are plenty of other companies you can order from without such stringent return policies. The orders take a long time to come and if the clothes do not fit, if they do not have it back in the warehouse within two weeks, they will not give you a refund.

I ordered a sweater for the first time from this website, what I received was completely different, like I ordered from aliexpress. The item is completely different, it has paper-like material and smells absolutely horrible, because it's probably second hand, it looks like it's been washed and worn a lot.
Definitely not worth the money. Extremely poor quality, the form is incredibly terrible. The pictures they show on website are not bad but when I received them, I was extremely disappointed. I feel like I was cheated. I ordered from Na-kd two times but I had to return both because of poor quality. Also, be careful about their return policy, they say you have 15 days to return your package from the day you received your order, but when I sent it back after I received my order 12 days, they said I can not get the refund because my return came in their warehouse after 15 days. I have bought so many stuff online but I have never known any company that have a terrible policy like this company that they calculate refund eligibility based on the time they received your returned items, not the date you started shipping the items. Considering with the price, Zara is way better. Never buy stuff from them again.
Let me inform you what happened. I placed an order with Na-Kd in December but decided to return. I registered the return, 2 days after I received my order, but I did not receive any confirmation email with instructions on how to return, despite the automatic message telling me I would and also I did not have a returnlabel. Checking the website on returns you will find all kinds of contradicting and unclear information on how to return so I reached out to Na-kd customer service and created 3 tickets in the next days. No response, only an automatic message that a response could take a while due to high volumes.
Than finally 8 days after my first ticket I get a response with instructions on how to proceed. So I delivered my package at the DHL point on Jan 2nd. Jan 10th I receive a return confirmation that Na-kd received my return and on January 16th i message that I am not in time, I will not get my money back and that I get a voucher for the order value of 195 EUR.
I wish I had first read the reviews and warnings from other customer. I filled a complaint at the customer service and I hope for a proper response from Na-kd and that is refunding MY money.

I returned the clothes due to very poor quality 5 days after receiving the package. I live in Lithuania and the package had to be shipped to the Netherlands. Shipping took a long time and it is completely out of my control, even the shipping provider showed that the package came much earlier than I received the email from NAKD that the parcel had reached their warehouse. Now they are saying that they will not refund me because the parcel reached them after those 15 days and sent me their gift card. What am I supposed to do with this gift card for 224EUR? I don't want to buy anything from NAKD.
This is not normal, the shipping time is absolutely out of the customer's control. I counted, and even if I had shipped the parcel back ON THE SAME DAY AS I RECEIVED IT, IT STILL WOULD NOT HAVE ARRIVED ON TIME.

I am sure you guys are familiar with Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 13,1:
1. The trader shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including, if applicable, the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 11.
It's been quite some time (more than 14 days of course) and I still have not received the refund.
The first time I ordered with them I was mostly happy with my purchase, but the jacket I ordered was pretty cheap polyester and the seams in the pockets started coming out after the first wear. They didn't fully come out so it wasn't a huge huge deal for me. I'd also gotten a pair of pants in a sz 34 that fit me perfectly, which is normally difficult for me to find. My second time I purchased a pair of ribbed leggings that were listed as sz 34/X, they were huge - easily cut to fit maybe a size S-M. I immediately requested a return and somehow it took over 6 weeks JUST for them to send me a shipping label. Pretty sure I was forwarded to 6-7 different customer service people, just to even get the free return label. Overall they have some nice styles but the quality is mostly low and there is no consistency with sizing.
I am completely disappointed. The set that I ordered came with pen marks on it, it was used and they refused to give me a refund straight away.

Please read this: First thing, I purchased from the NA KD online store and waited a long time until I received my order. Second, I wanted to return pants that were big on me and encountered the worst customer service of my entire life. There is no phone to call and no one to talk to. I asked for the label back in the mail several times until they finally sent it to me. But it was not okay. You need to coordinate with the shipping company the return of the order and also pay for it. I'm so sorry I bought items from Na Kay and I will never order from them again. I do not recommend you to buy from this company because it is not friendly and very frustrating to contact them and return products. Now I'm stuck with items I'm not interested in, and I wasted my money in vain. Do not make this mistake.

I was so excited to order from this brand and had very high expectations. The quality and sizing was terrible, the material of the tops I ordered felt like Pretty Little Thing material. I ordered size 8 trousers (bearing in mind I usually wear size 6 around my waist) however it felt more like size 4. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend
Clothes are not as pictured. The site does not have reviews for items, a clever way to control the narrative. Four tops arrived much more cropped than pictured. I will take my business elsewhere.

Look beyond the influencer hype.
They make it sound like they have easy returns on their website but my experience has been nothing but the opposite. This is my first order from NAKD and I will never be purchasing from their site again.
1) You have to open a ticket with their team to even request a label
2) You then have to call DHL
3) DHL just told me the label doesn't exist...
So here we go trying to resolve this. It should be a much simper process!
This is the second time that my order has been delayed for over 10 days. They haven't replied to any of my emails/ instagram and fb message. Really, this is ridiculous.
I ordered from here a few weeks ago and the clothes that came in were super cute and great quality. One of my tops ended up not being able to be shipped so I inquired about when the refund would be issued. When doing so I got a quick response from Na-kd with a very kind answer and a discount code for my troubles. It was unexpected but appreciated.
Ok clothes for the price. One out of the three items were faulty. Returning has been a nightmare I have contacted them several times and one response asking for what items I am retuning after filling it out online. I'll never order from this site again
My order didn't get delivered (not by the fault of Nakd but because of the postal service, but when I e-mailen them they apologise, chased the postal service down and came up with a solution to make it up to me. Often customer services are mediocre as best but Na-kd dealt with my issue in a quick, personal and Nice way. They also have really nice, good Quality clothes so I'll keep buying here.

I ordered 4 item on the 28th of June and was so excited to see that the package shipped next day. A few days later, I receive a small box from DHL with only one of the four items I ordered from the site. They failed to send three of the four items and said nothing about it. The shipping confirmation said all four items were shipped in the one box but it was a tiny box with only one dress in it. These missing items totaled $146.38!
I waited two more days to make sure another box wouldn't show up but that was futile, as the shipping confirmation for the first box claimed to have all items in it but did not. And I never received a second box.
I contacted them and they offered me a refund in the amount of $146.38. (No, they did not plan to refund me the shipping cost, it appears). This refund, according to them, was processed on July 9th. It is now July 19th and I have yet to receive my refund.
I contacted my bank and they confirmed no such refund has been posted. I contact NA-KD again and they let me know the refund was processed and that I need to contact my bank - and that's it. I let them know that no such refund was posted and now they have ghosted me.
I cannot believe that not only did they not ship me the items I ordered but that they have also stolen my money. I am out of three items and $146.38. They have lost a loyal customer and I will warn everyone I can.
They didn't offer to reship the items, they didn't offer me store credit. They just said via email that I would receive a refund in 2 to 5 days and now 11 days later, I have nothing.
They are thieves and dishonest. Please do not wait your money. I work hard for my money and it hurts to think that I tried to treat my self to something nice and I am now missing $146.38. Shame on them
These people sent me the wrong items and the return process took forever. They sent me 3 of the wrong items and when I contacted them they were taking long to respond. Not to mention their clothes are cheap looking. Save yourself the time and hassle and shop somewhere else where you are guarenteed a good shopping experience. I have never encountered such a $#*!ty brand shopping online.
Never bought worse clothes in my life. Material is super cheap looking, colors don't match the picture or video. Even though bought multiple items in the same size, some are too large and others are too tight. It is an actual joke. Stay away.

Koop nooit iets bij NA-KD fashion!
Ik heb op 4 Februari 2020 een aankoop gedaan bij NA-KD voor het bedrag van 50.35. Er is echter 220,56 afgeschreven, dit is 170,21 meer dan dat ik zou moeten betalen.
Na veel mailtjes te hebben verstuurd en belletjes te hebben gepleegd krijg ik het bericht dat NA-KD niets kan betekenen, alhoewel ik het wel kan aantonen dat er 170,21 teveel is afgeschreven en dit waarschijnlijk ook op hun rekening staat.
Belachelijk dat zo'n groot bedrijf de klant hier de dupe van laat zijn. Ik heb PayPal en de bank ook al bericht maar iedereen verwijst naar elkaar, de verantwoordelijkheid zou bij NA-KD moeten liggen.
Aan iedereen die dit leest: koop hier NOOIT iets, de kwaliteit is erg slecht en goedkoop (vandaar dat ik het terug stuurde) en de klantenservice is echt vreselijk, ik ben nog nooit zo slecht behandeld en zo gefrustreerd geweest.

Purchases 2 items, they sent the wrong size and the stitching was coming apart on the other item, very poor quality. Sending it back was a nightmare as I had to keep dealing with DHL to give them dimension, weight, etc...
They obviously do not check items prior to mailing, which is especially important since its going to an entirely different country. Sorry not worth the hassle, won' t be purchasing from them again.
