Love love love their store! First off, they offer free shipping on ANY product! Secondly, shipping is ridiculously fast. Like I'm from California and they ship from Sweden within the next day and it arrives in like 2-3 days! They carry many brands including some of the more expensive ones. They also carry their own brand which I find more affordable but the quality is still great! Their style is very chic. I highly recommend them to anyone. I haven't had any issues yet so I don't comment on their customer service.
I ordered from here a few weeks ago and the clothes that came in were super cute and great quality. One of my tops ended up not being able to be shipped so I inquired about when the refund would be issued. When doing so I got a quick response from Na-kd with a very kind answer and a discount code for my troubles. It was unexpected but appreciated.
Never bought worse clothes in my life. Material is super cheap looking, colors don't match the picture or video. Even though bought multiple items in the same size, some are too large and others are too tight. It is an actual joke. Stay away.
The first time I ordered with them I was mostly happy with my purchase, but the jacket I ordered was pretty cheap polyester and the seams in the pockets started coming out after the first wear. They didn't fully come out so it wasn't a huge huge deal for me. I'd also gotten a pair of pants in a sz 34 that fit me perfectly, which is normally difficult for me to find. My second time I purchased a pair of ribbed leggings that were listed as sz 34/X, they were huge - easily cut to fit maybe a size S-M. I immediately requested a return and somehow it took over 6 weeks JUST for them to send me a shipping label. Pretty sure I was forwarded to 6-7 different customer service people, just to even get the free return label. Overall they have some nice styles but the quality is mostly low and there is no consistency with sizing.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL - THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU NEARLY £5 TO RETURN AN ITEM - THEY ARE CLEARLY PROFITEERING FROM THIS! CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO COPY AND PASTE ANSWERS AND DO NOT CALL YOU
These people sent me the wrong items and the return process took forever. They sent me 3 of the wrong items and when I contacted them they were taking long to respond. Not to mention their clothes are cheap looking. Save yourself the time and hassle and shop somewhere else where you are guarenteed a good shopping experience. I have never encountered such a $#*!ty brand shopping online.

I am completely disappointed. The set that I ordered came with pen marks on it, it was used and they refused to give me a refund straight away.
I have an issue with an order and tried to get hold of somebody on the phone in the Swedish branch, however the phone always rings busy. Is this a legitimate company?

Had a minor inconvenience with an article (coat fit perfectly but had a few pieces of loose string and a loose button)
I asked for return which was not possible however they immediately offered to refund 15% of the article which I thought was appropriate
The whole query was dealt with A to Z in 24h, very quick and efficient
I ordered an item a month ago for the first time. I had problems for the delivery. On the courier tracking system was showing that I got the delivery but in the end I didn't get anything. So, the problem was with the courier in Ireland and I made contact with the customer service team and they are ALL absolutely amazing. Hanna, Charmaine, Yani, Christian, Rina, Maila, Nat, Jenny, Melinda all fantastic. Customer service is great and they are all helpful and super kind. In the end they arranged another delivery for me which I got.

Im honestly so shocked by the customer service and quality of the products, ive emailed them and within minutes they responded and gave me a solution to my delivery issue. I have never encountered a faster service from other websites!
I buy from them all the time. Sometimes items dont look as great or feels like cheaper quality but returns are super easy and love their free shipping. My orders always arrive (to Canada) in less than a week and their customer service is consistently amazing. I had an order that was lost/stolen after DHL confirmed delivery to my building manager, and NAKD sent me another one without extra charge. You can shop from them pretty much risk free.
This shop is my favorite at this moment. I've never seen so kind employees in any of online shops. Always helpful :) talking to you with respect without any issues because of your problem. Amazing!

Very good and fast customer service who are willing to help you as quickly and best as possible. In my case, issue with Klarna who sent reminders to pay for something I had sent back in a separate shipment. NA-KD confirmed immediately and made sure that this was fixed, saving me a lot of time and frustration.
Im very happy with the customer service. They respond really quickly and everything works very well and quickly. If you need to return something you can 100% rely on your refund being made as soon as they receive back your product. I recommend shopping with NA-KD!
I have had some issues with the refund bcs of some PayPal complications but Nakd customer service team sorted it all out and they have been very helpful and responsive any time I contacted them. Truly wonderful company and amazing customer service. Will be ordering again.
If you have a question about something on their site, you can easily contact them and you get a respond really quickly, for me it only took 2 minutes! The response was very kind and extremly polite. I got the help i needed very fast, easy and her kindness made me happy. I have nothing to complain about!
I bought two pair of jeans and one sweater from Monica Geuze on na-kd.com. Jeans are super comfy and I feel so elegant when I wear the sweater. No problem with the delivery, although would have expected delay with Corona. I will definitely keep following their website and IG!

My order didn't get delivered (not by the fault of Nakd but because of the postal service, but when I e-mailen them they apologise, chased the postal service down and came up with a solution to make it up to me. Often customer services are mediocre as best but Na-kd dealt with my issue in a quick, personal and Nice way. They also have really nice, good Quality clothes so I'll keep buying here.
