I ordered a pair of block heels that I needed for a wedding over 2 months ago, and my package has not arrived yet. I emailed the company and let them know my package had not arrived in South Africa to which they responded and claimed they had tracked it in South Africa. The tracking system is not efficient. I have contacted all my local courier companies and none of them have my order. The whole experience has been terrible and I'd like a refund because I doubt that my package will arrive.
Lulus is a great online store, they have the best bikinis for the best prices. Their items are also of good quality. Customer service is especially helpful when it comes to returns, they offer refunds in the form of store credit.
Ordered a dress from them that had threads hanging off the hem that I didn't notice until I had cut the tag off, making it ineligible for return. I emailed them letting them know and with photos for reference, and recommended they check other dresses from that supplier because I had to trim the whole thing with scissors. They immediately gave me credit for the value of the dress. Very nice of them and great customer service!
I used to love Lulus but from my recent purchase experience its very inconvenient for their return service. They charged for the shipping for return packages. Also, it really upsets me that they assumed a missing item in the return package was by my mistake. The customer service isnt helpful at all.

Thank you for leaving a review. I am happy to help you with any of your concerns. I can confirm that you were not charged for returning this package on our end. I did see 70009512 was charged. I went ahead and refunded that as a courtesy. We offer 10 days from the delivery date to postmark your return for free shipping, after that it is a $7 fee.
As for the missing item, I went ahead and refunded this although it was missing from the package upon opening. Again, I am sorry for any inconveniences. Is there anything else I can help you with to improve your experience and review?

We really put the customer service department to the test, unintentionally. Our first order my daughter put the wrong address, we didn't realise until the package was in transit, they were instantly on it and called the delivery driver and got the address changed. Our second order was fine, but I needed to extend the refund policy as I was taking the order to the U. K. and I needed more time for the returns. They were brilliant, extended it and were pleasant and courteous. Fantastic! I can't compliment them enough. I also love love love the website, seeing how the clothes look in the people that have previously bought them, it's a super idea and works so well!
Always a pleasant experience shopping on Lulu's. I actually ordered my wedding dress from here a couple years ago. I order many items I need on here. Their reviews of the items always help me chose the perfect size. Returns are super easy! Prices are reasonable!
Hello I have an coming up tomorrow 8/12/16. Ordered my shoes on Monday 8/8/16, they came yesterday 8/10/16. I love the shoes, just like In the picture but its a little to small. I ordered an 8 cause I wear an 8 but my toes are kind of hanging over the shoe. :(
Its a great experience, the clothes are as they seen. It is a little expensive but if you are looking for something really nice, you should buy on these site. They have always answer my emails and responding my questions, so the support experience it is great. I love to buy on Lulus!
In order to find the right prom dress, my daughter ordered several dresses from Lulus and another site JJshouse. We ended up keeping a dress from Lulus. It looked and fit as expected. It was super easy to return the other two dresses we ordered and the communication was brilliant all the way through. Unfortunately we had the complete opposite experience with JJshouse.
I love this site. The customer service was wonderful. I would recommend this site to anyone. I ordered brides maids dress. The dresses arrived and looked exactly like the picture. They also fit true to size. It is very refreshing to find a replicable site. So if you are skeptical trust me this is a very trust worthy site.
I ordered my two bridesmaid dresses and planned on ordering my entire destination wedding wardrobe from Lulus. But what I did not know was that my two dresses totaling $160 American would be taxed with duty at 50%. I was not told that the package I paid tax on and shipping fees already would cost me another $80. Never have I ever in all my years of online shopping been charged duty from a clothing brand. Lulus posts their receipt on the outside of the box so that no matter what it will be stopped at the boarder and charged duty.
When I contacted Lulus as to returning my dresses and getting my $80 duty fees back, they never got back to me.
I'm so unhappy with my purchase.
And the longer I wait for a response the more I spread the word to my fellow Canadians about their terrible service.
Not worth it for Canadians to order from Lulus. Their service is terrible.

We do not have a way to predict or control duties and taxes, as they're applied by the Canadian government when you import items. Because of this, it's disappointing for us to hear that your customs fees were higher than expected. I'm truly so sorry for this!

We did refund your original shipping fee, so that we can help offset the cost of these customs fees. I have been shopping with Lulu's for years and have never had a problem - though I have never had a package get lost. I returned an item like I have many times and proceeded on with my day. 2 weeks passed and I had not received a refund, so I reached out to customer service. She could not locate my return and told me to reach out to UPS and I told her I had already. Their wait times are almost an hour. She then said maybe I should go into the UPS store and ask. Though our city is now on stay at home order. FUN, RIGHT? So, she was unable to provide my refund (even though I did choose in-store credit) and I am unable to go into UPS. Lulu's is great until you actually hit a snag.

I was looking for a jumpsuit for a wedding I'm attending this summer. However, I ended up buying two dresses. Once, they arrived, it didn't fit me well so I decided to return them. But, the return process is turning me off. My return arrived to them over a week ago and I'm still waiting for them to send an email once it's "processed". Not to mention I then have to wait another week for the refund to show on my card. Never again, this is my first time ordering from them, and my last time.

Im 5'10 so I was so unsure of what size romper to buy to fit my length, but not be too big on me (I'm 146-150 lbs). I contacted the live chat and they were helpful with providing me measurements of the other sizes, but I was still unsure. I went ahead and ordered a large on a Sunday and it came the next Thursday! Of course I had to return it and order a small though. The lady on the phone when placing my exchange was very nice and gave me more information on the correct size. I again ordered it on the weekend (Saturday this time) and it came on Friday. This is to Maryland by the way. My free return label was emailed to me and I put it in the mail a couple days later. The only problem I would say is that it takes them a bit to refund your money. Other than that I had a great experience and already have in mind what i want to buy next!

It's always a little nerve racking ordering a dress online, but I found a beautiful white maxi dress on the site and took my chances. I'm very happy with my purchse. The dress is beautiful and fits nicely. Just be sure to take your measurements before ordering. For the price, the quality and shipping time were great! Thanks LuLu*s!
We have made several purchases and returns through LULU's. Clothes are beautiful and fit to size, and when we have had to return or exchange anything the service has been exceptional! Stay away from Simply Dresses! They are the worst!
I ordered a dress, paid $35 for express shipping then when it came, have to pay $30 duty fees which was never mentioned anywhere. Shipping and duty fees came out to be more than the item I ordered…. Rip off

Duties and taxes are imposed by your country's government because you are importing items. These fees are not related to Lulus.com, so we cannot predict their cost or control how you are charged. We do have a disclaimer at checkout for all international orders that must be acknowledged prior to placing an order, as we never want these fees to come as a surprise!
If you have any concerns about the amount you paid for customs fees we suggest contacting your respective Customs Department directly. As they calculate and collect these fees, they should be able to provide further insight.

My order is late and there is no way to track it. I'd like a full refund. The tracking number is invalid OR the order never shipped. There is no way to contact the company by phone (on hold indefinitely- "We are experiencing longer than expected wait times") and chat support never connects you to an representative.

The wrong dress was sent to me and when I returned it to them Lulus had said I returned a dress which did not belong to them. Which made me so confused since that was the dress that was sent in the first place. I thought I would have had a problem getting back my refund, but no issue at all! The customer service representative I talked to was so nice, upbeat and had a great attitude!

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
