Update! Since posting my review I have been in touch with customer service as they reached out to me. The rep who I dealt with was incredibly understanding and helpful and changed my opinion on Lulu's
I have received my order and all dresses were ordered to my size but absolutely nothing fit. Not only that but I was charged $125 for customs and if I were to return I will have to pay for return and won't be refunded full amount. This site is ridiculous! I was so excited for these dresses and to purchase from this site again.
I read tons of reviews that said Lulus was a scam and don't order BUT I had a great experience ordering from them. My order came in a day earlier than expected and they fit great! I only needed one dress but i ordered three just in case and I might keep them all.
One of the dresses was not done properly, the stitching was inside out. The other dress is fine, however, it is a little big. The romper is also big and will have to be altered. I did my measurements before I bought the items and none of them fit properly. This is the first time this has happened.
Ordered a dress on the 13th and still haven't received anything email. Starting to get very nervous and agitated. Hoping things turn around. Already telling everyone in school what's going on.
Update- amazing company. All my trepidations completely gone. They went above and beyond my anticipations. I have 4 daughter's between 6-15 and will be ordering from them more often!
I love checking this site out because it's really unique and everything is so nice. The prices are a little high but I ordered a summer dress and a couple pairs of sunglasses. I loved everything I got and I still have the sunglasses (minus one that I sat on...) and the dress (my mom loves it). I would recommend this site!
Update: A representative called and emailed quickly upon this posting and issued store credit, which I feel is an appropriate gesture to make things right in this circumstance.
I ordered two dresses. They fit ok but were very wrinkled so I washed them per the instructions on the tag. Both dresses shrunk so much and one is completely unwearable. One had tears after one wash. Very poor quality! They won't accept a return whereas other companies would for such a poor quality product. They won't post my reviews on their site, only good reviews apparently. This by no means helps customers select appropriate clothing that will satisfy them if only good reviews are allowed to be posted. This company is only interested in pedaling poor quality clothing as quickly as possible, making the return process impossible, and disguising their products as great by only allowing positive reviews, and with no regard for customer satisfaction.
Just got my second order in from Lulus and again I am overly impressed. No duties this time which was really nice and got my order super fast. This is definitely my new favourite store to order from and will be ordering lots in the future :)
I have bought 3 outfits from Lulus and I have been satisfied with them. It helps to look at the reviews on the outfit you are buying and looking at the models measurements and the other ladies who leave reviews at their measurements to compare to your self to fully imagine how the clothing will fit. I am going to be purchasing again very soon from them.

I have been trying to find dresses for all of my bridesmaids that are affordable and have completely struck out everywhere else. Lulus has a wonderful selection of very affordable dresses. When I found the dress that I liked, it said it was going to be out of stock until August, so I contacted the support staff to see if that date was going to be accurate. Their response time was unmatched, and each of the members of the staff that I communicated with was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. Thank you so much lulus!
I realized that I had accidentally put the wrong shipping address for my order, so I used their texting service to contact them about how to fix it, as the dress had already shipped, and they were incredibly helpful and nice. The girl who was helping me did everything she could to help and got the address changed. I was so incredibly impressed with how quickly she responded and how helpful she was.
My prom dress was supposed to be shipping to my house on a Friday, never showed, I tracked the order and it turns out it was sent to a whole different house in another zipcode. Before checking out my dress and buying it, I made sure my address and information was correct and no errors. Now I am short a prom dress and respect for lulus. I called customer service and the operator said that either I pay a fee to get my package or there is nothing I can do since the shipping error was MY fault. Disappointed.

Shortly after this review, a woman from Lulu's was kind enough to give me a call and an email and was able to work something out. I'm impressed to see that a company can work with such diligence for its customers. Thank you.
We bought two dresses & a pair of shoes. Both dresses wear just what we expect true to size & just a great fit. Shoes were a bit small so we returned them, the return process was a breeze. Will definitely shop again soon!
I received my order but the color wasn't quite what it looked like in the picture. They had someone in the warehouse search the products in stock and found the color that I wanted. That and shipping occurred in 24 hours. Free returns, inexpensive products and really great service. Will definitely buy from them again.
I was traveling and didn't get a chance to try on the coat I purchased. When I did, I found the pockets to have an odd placement. I was charged a fee for initiating the return 3 days past their guidelines. I won't shop there again.

I've been ordering clothing from lulus.com for a couple of years now and i have been so impressed with everything I've bought. Their shipping times are fast and efficient, the quality of clothing is fantastic and their customer service is great!
I received a dress for my birthday from my husband. It has a problem in the hem so I need to return it. Turns out it was final sale. I sent an inquiry to them and they quickly got back to me that they would process a refund and gift me a credit for a future purchase. They would just like me to send a picture to their email and they will take care of the rest.

I ordered my wedding dress from this site and I don't regret it a bit! It literally fit like a glove! Received my order in 3 days and in perfect condition. Only thing I noticed was I needed to buy a slip for underneath bc it was slightly sheer. But it was a white dress, sooo. Makes sense. I'm definitely going to be coming back! Xxz

I am addicted to lulus.com. It's my go to site for online shopping, and I always find the quality of the clothes amazing. I love everything I get from there, and never have any issues with any returns I do have to make. I love their customer service as well.
The first time I ordered a dress it had a bad zipper, looked nothing like the picture, and it had a weird smell. Customer service was really nice when I had questions concerning my return. I decided to order a second dress and it exceed my expectations. The dress was a thick material seen on professional dresses like Calvin Klein, the zipper worked perfectly, and it fit amazing. I'm glad I gave it a second chance!
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
