I ordered 2 dresses to test the site out on fit and quality both of which were nice. I had no trouble with shipping and the dresses fit better than expected. Happy with my service. No complaints here.
Legally businesses cannot charge people for sending unauthorized packages, or packages that people never placed an order for. I received an order that I did not make, and lulus decided to charge my card on file for it. This literally is illegal. Will be reporting as fraud.

Cork wedgie strappie sandals fit perfectly and LOVE them. I am size 5.5, so that is hard for me to find a good shoe fit. I had to return clothing items because they were too big. I am very petite. Unfortunately a smaller size not available, because the bodysuit (tops) were adorable and of excellent quality. Lulu's quickly & efficiently processed my order and my return. Excellent experience on my first try shopping on Lulu site.
I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes (heels) and 3 dresses and all fit like a glove! Shoes are ALL padded and extremely comfortable! This is no doubt my default shopping for clothes, shoes and accessories! Shipping is high priority and packages very well!
I used to like Lulus.
Until i placed one of my many order with them and they send first only 3 items and one was missing - I call waiting about 30 min to get a rep and he send me a replacement waiting about a week for it and for what it was the wrong item. I am waiting
For an other 30 min until someone texted me - Then Lulus wanted me go to the UPS store in the middle of a pandemic to returned the wrong item otherwise I was going to get charge for it. When I ask for pick she send me a link where i had to pay to get this pick up. So far this year i have placed 3 orders with Lulus for several items.
I don't want anything to do with Lulus they lost a customer.

I purchased 2 dresses from Lulus. One dress, which was a final sale, had a stitching defect that wasn't disclosed in the description. After contacting Lulus customer service they sent me a return label and refunded me for the dress.
When it comes to buying online, any girl would hesitate however, when it comes to lulus, I never go wrong. I have bought so many gowns/dresses and even hats and jumpsuits. It's always perfectly made and I always get complimented when I wear one of their dresses.

Would not order from here again. Shipping is toooo slow. I ordered a dress I plan on wearing and if it doesn't fit, I'm afraid I won't have time to find something else. I'll stick with Amazon from now on.
EDIT: A mere few minutes after I left this review, Lulus contacted me and made it right. Karen advised UPS was having issues with delivery so she contacted them to cancel that order and is reshipping my dress to arrive Monday 4/10. Thanks Lulus
Lulus took a WEEK for my order to ship. And another WEEK for the order to be delivered to my house. So that's like two weeks for something that should have taken 5 days to get to me. Never in my life has something taken sooooo long to get to me. Not to mention Lulus is located in the US... That makes no sense.
Also, the clothes are overpriced and are bad quality! Never buy shoes from them either. They will fall apart within a few wears. I'm so angry. Never shopping there again!
I was a bit upset with Lulu's customer service but they eventually reached out and waived a fee for reshipping - they put effort into helping me out and I wanted to be sure to edit my negative review for that reason! <3 Thanks!
I loved the two dresses that I bought. The zippers were hard to close. One had too much room for cleavage, which I don't have. I literally had to ask my daughter to help we zip up the dress. Use better zippers!

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Yes, the quality of some of the more expensive dresses is a bit lacking, but the cotton bodycon dresses are A++, esp the price point! I have purchased from the site on 4 separate instances. Shipping is relatively quick. And when I wanted to exchange, someone who spoke English fluently answered! Not outsourced to India. And then when I garphed my return up (sent back the wrong dress), customer service was totally on top of it. I will return to the site again and again for my bodycon dresses.
I ordered the Black Backless Shift Dress. Very cute. I hand washed it and line dried it and the dress shrunk. However, I contacted Lulus and Karen in customer service contacted me within hours and resolved the situation. I highly recommend this company as the stand behind what they sell and they truly value their customers.
I definitely would not recommend Lulus.com! I recently ordered a pair of booties on this website and due to the fact that they did not fit I decided that I would like to return the shoes. Unfortunately, they somehow "forgot" to place the return mailing sticker inside of the box, creating difficulty and inconvenience.
I've always had really good experiences buying from Lulu's. I've loved everything I've gotten, and I always receive a ton of compliments! All of the pieces are really unique and cute. Would definitely recommend!
I ordered the dress and waited several weeks after it said it was shipped only to find out it was "lost at the warehouse" and I was never told. Upon calling, it took a bit of work but a new dress was located and shipped out to me. Thought some sort of a discount would have been provided but no consolation for the trouble or delay was given. Luckily I love the dress! Had I not called I would have paid for a product that I never received.

Bought this as a reception dress. It fit true to size. Quality was fantastic. The adjustable straps made it easy to get the appropriate length (floor skimming in the front). It was such a romantic dress. Sadly I never got to change into it, so I returned it.
My experience was simple and quick, I received my clothes before the expected time so I was super excited! The website is easy to navigate and you can always catch a good sale. I love the selection and all the variety.

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
