I ordered from Lulus on Feb 14th. I was a little concerned since the reviews were somewhat mixed but I received my package earlier than expected. Everything was great quality for the price! I order two dresses, a t-shirt, and shoes. I was nervous that the shoes would not fit, but they are perfect. Everything I ordered was on sale. I will definitely be ordering again!
I LOVED my Power of Love jumpsuit and received SO many compliments on it the entire night I wore it! Great stretchy fabric and easy to move in. I felt so sassy & pretty! I am 5'2,115lbs and 32C. Hope that helps! It helped me with my purchase when I read the reviews!
I love the clothing! The return process is super easy. I usually purchase several outfits, try them on, keep some and return the rest. It is totally hassle-free. Lulus responds quickly and efficiently.
They are great. I ordered 3 items and when I got my package I was sent a shirt instead of the dress. I called and they apologized for the inconvenience and they sent me the right item asap. I did return the other items as well just because I didn't like the dress for my prom and didn't have any issues with it. I called twice and they didn't get annoyed with me asking so many questions.
I ordered two dresses and only received one dress and they sent a hoodie which was never on my order. I emailed and explained what happened to process a return. When they processed my return they did not give me credit for the dress I never received and charged for but for the hoodie which was less!

You originally used a coupon on this order, and your state applied sales tax to your purchase. The coupon and tax are factored into the item's price, so you originally paid $48.65 rather than $54.00 which is the item's base price. We have fully refunded you for the cost of the dress.

Great quality plus they ship really fast. But if you buy clothes and you're from Canada, the prices are in US money and you're gonna pay shipping and really high customs fees. I bought 3 shirts it cost me 35$ plus 15$ for the shipping.
The first time I bought two shirts and it cost me 25$ of customs fees.
I returned a dress, absolutely unused and brand new, and they refused to refund it due to animal hair and lint! They are a scam company. I have dealt with numerous online stores that have NEVER tried to pull that!
I am so happy with the purchase I made. The quality of the product is great. I called and chatted with the customer service and they are responsive and responsible. I cannot add how happy I am with the quality of the product and my experience with customer service.
The only drawback for me was the extra delivery charge to Canada. I was charged an extra 72$ which is 40 percent of the product price. It includes taxes, duty fee, and processing fee, which I believe is an insane amount of money. I chose Lulus because of the affordability and I think I won't purchase anything from Luluis anymore because it's not that affordable after extra charges. If I lived in the US I'd definitely buy my clothing from Lulus but for now, I won't.
I have ordered 3 times from Lulus, 2 orders I've already received and one that i just placed a few days ago. Great clothes, great service and pretty fast shipping. My first order with them was in December and received everything within a week. The last order I placed a week ago and received 2 out of the 3 items already, they quickly sent an email to let me know one item was backordered, and a few days later I got the email that they now had it back in stock and it shipped. I had one return from my order in December and it was super easy and fast. Will gladly continue to order from Lulus!
I have a very particular body shape & the sizes provided don't work with my body. ( I have size D cups, slim stomach & waist but thick thighs) I did have to get it altered but product was very nice & I loved it.
I was recommended Lulu's by a bridal shop owner. So happy she introduced me to the company. I am getting remarried in a few weeks and couldn't find a dress appropriate for the occasion. Very small wedding at our house. I love the dress, I am a M/L and I had to get an XL which was fine. Returned the other one and was credited right away. The communication with the company was excellent. I will recommend them from now on and will buy again from them. The dress is beautiful and well made. And the bonus, the dress has pockets and I LOVE pockets LOL Thanks
Ordered from them a couple weeks ago, I paid for a fast delivery and it didn't come in time. They day the package arrived I wasn't home and they said I had to pay a 12$ fee if I still wanted it, I decided to get a refund but they had to keep a 15% restocking fee and 7$ for I don't know what. Anyways, I only got 20$ back for a 60$ order. Never ordering there again, I just lost 40$.

One of our supervisors reached out to you on 11/4 (via email) when the package arrived back at our warehouse. We offered to a) re-ship to a corrected address or b) cancel and restock your order. Since we did not hear back from you by the deadline given via email (11/11), we were forced to cancel/restock your order due to non-contact.

I bought Vegan shoes, but the glue on the sole was from china, The sole was loose and i glued it myself. I don't want anything made in a country thats animal tested. Is the glue on the sole animal tested, I should have sent them back Anne

Never again they never respond to emails when you waste plenty of money calling international they are rude and not helpful! There dress sizes are wayyyy off unless they sent me a large instead of a medium which would not surprise me cause my dress arrived with no tags. Still haven't received a refund and still haven't received the smaller dress!
I placed and order for a dress a week in advance. I payed extra shipping to have it shipped on a Friday, however it is days later and still nothing. Am I supposed to paying extra in shipping for my order to arrive late? I needed my order for the weekend and when speaking to a representative they did not help me whatsoever and suggested that I just returned the order all together. How is that supposed to help when I need the dress that day? I will most certainly not order from here again.

If your order was placed after 10:00 am on Friday morning, it would not process and ship out until the following Monday, as these express shipping methods are only offered as business day select options and we do not offer weekend delivery. I am not one to purchase things online because I am in between sizes. But I am SO glad I ordered this. It really is true to size according to the size chart. I received so many compliments and it was perfect for my bridal shower. I would HIGHLY recommend it.
They do not pay for returns and are not able to generate return labels for you. So if you need to return any items that do not fit or you changed your mind or you don't like the quality or whatever else and you are not in the US you will be responsible for all return costs and headaches to process the same!

Everything I've bought from Lulus always fits perfectly and is always a quality material. I've been purchasing dresses from their site for over 2 years and the quality and sizing of their clothes are always consistent
They sent me the completely wrong dress. It was a different size and style than the one I ordered. I called them right away and the right dress was shipped the next day. I was very frustrated but they did mend it pretty quickly.
Miranda was so professional AND sweet at the same time. After being unable to print my return label & it had expired by the time I made it to UPS, she sent it in a pdf immediately. She handled my issue in no time.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
