Took my money, never shipped my order. No way to reach a customer service rep. Please don't fall into this trap - they are not legit, save your money! UPDATE - I received my order well over a week after Christmas, too late for gifting as planned. Quality of product is meh. Customer service is horrendous. I stand behind my original review. Shop elsewhere where they care about you as a customer and are not just trying to get as much money as possible while sacrificing quality & service.

Took my money, never shipped my order. No way to reach a customer service rep. Please don't fall into this trap - they are not legit, save your money!
UPDATE - I received my order well over a week after Christmas, too late for gifting as planned. Quality of product is meh. Customer service is horrendous. I stand behind my original review. Shop elsewhere where they care about you as a customer and are not just trying to get as much money as possible while sacrificing quality & service.

Tip for consumers:
Please do not trust this business. Any company that has a no refund (store credit only) policy should be a red flag. Always check return policies before buying.

Products used:
We kept the products because I didn't want to go through any more with this company OR pay their $19.99 return shipping fee. I can't even fathom what trying to complete a return would be like, knowing what I went through to even GET the original order.

Order a bridal shower dress 2 months before my event, two weeks before the month of my event I email them asking for and update on the shipping as it would not updated me. Their answer? Sorry don't actually have this dress anymore we forgot to remove it from our site… it's still up and for sale now… so I emailed them asking to speak to someone… months later still no response because they are a scam

If I could give 0 stars I would. Orders on November 6th, package arrived in Ireland on December 10th and was immediately returned to sender due to insufficient customs documentation. One Christmas present a very disappointed girl will be missing on Christmas Day and absolutely no response to any of my FOUR emails. Customer service FAIL. I'm just hoping the parcel makes it all the way back and that I actually get refunded!

I ordered item on web tonight and 1 on app
To me it seems you can only use store credit on web which I tried to do but got told " error- try again" which I did but just kept getting error.
Seems that you can some offers on web but not on app and Visa versa
Got to checkout and did not ask which payment but got "order confirmed" only to find that both amounts were deducted from my bank account which I have never supplied.always use PayPal or afterpay
What's the go?

Tip for consumers:
Read all of their policies.
You can't even exchange for different size, get store credit but you still have to pay for return slip.
I purchased sweatpants and hoodie on sale, had to return them for smaller size then had to re purchase in required size and pay full price.

If there were a negative star option, I would give it. Terrible customer service – I placed an order (USA*******) on November 19,2023, and it's already December 4. They haven't shipped my order or replied to my inquiry email. Instead of explaining directly to customers, they chose to post videos talking about how busy they are. If they can't ship on time or even reply to emails, they should consider hiring more staff. I seriously don't know what kind of business model that is. With the prices they're asking, there are great brands like Nike, Under Armour, etc., offering excellent quality, awesome customer service, and always shipping on time.

I ordered a sweats set and waited a very long time for it to arrive. I love the fit and they are cozy BUT I washed them inside out in cold water and hung to dry and they are pilling. The sweat pants started pilling before they were even washed. The fabric is garbage. Too bad because they are cute. I'm not going to wear pulled clothing it looks terrible. 😢

Ordered from whitefox & reached out minutes later to ask if I could please change the delivery address, as I didn't realize it was being sent to my old apartment. Despite reaching out multiple times, they ignored me & shipped the package anyway.
Now I have no way to access the package and they are refusing a refund. TERRIBLE customer service.

Not to mention I placed a second order, and the straps on my $35 shirt snapped FIRST WEAR. Cheap and unprofessional- be careful ordering from whitefox

Complete waste of time and money. Ordered from this company 6 days ago and paid for express shipping which is listed as 2-7 days on their website. It is not 6 days later an my order is still marked as "Order Placed" with no movement. I'm extremely disappointed as I will now not have my order for vacation and will be sending it back to the company once it eventually arrives for a full refund. Not happy at all and will not be shopping with them again.

I love what I ordered and the variety of the products. One thing I would change is the shipping delay notice on the website was not there until after I had placed the order and I would have like to know so I could upgrade my shipping as I am traveling and would like my order beforehand. But I love the website and the recommendations that appear are always so cute! Thank you!

This is company is poor. I have reached out several times since ordering and nothing back. You can not track a status of an order and has been since December 12,2023 and nothing while my teenage daughter awaits her sweatshirts. They don't have a customer care option only by email and that's a joke. This will be the last time and only time I purchase. I am ready to dispute the charge. I have never seen anything like this

I ordered a sweatshirt for my niece not realizing my wife had already done so too. I emailed them the same day and got an auto reply it may take 3 days to get a response. I got a response right after an alert that it shipped three days later. They were then able to email back and forth saying they will not help me. They stink.

I ordered a cami. The picture on the website showed it as a pure white. It came in almost tan color. I contacted the site they have never gotten back to me. On the email they sent as a follow up, they said to just wait l, they will get to us. If you contact them again, that you will sent to the end of the follow up list. It has been at least 3 weeks since I sent the initial email. I would not order from them!

Purchased a pair of leggings and a sweater from the Sarah Days colab, which I love! Wore the leggings twice and the stitching at the waist started to unravel. I contacted White Fox and they got back to me right away and apologized, they offered me a store credit or a full refund and told me to keep the leggings aways. Thank you for your great customer service :) very happy with everything.

I accidentally pressed purchase without entering promo code. Immediately tried to call customer service and there is no number on their site. So I emailed them and the said there is absolutely nothing they can do to help me
Since I didn't enter it before hitting purchase. Also, no cancellations only store credit. I emailed back
And forth and they were not willing to help
At all. Now I stuck with an overpriced and over sized sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas. So disappointing

I've seen white fox all over my IG for sometime now, but finally bit the bullet and made my first purchase recently. Honestly, I am so impressed with the quality of products (esp the white fox own brand!), the customer service is amazing, prices very reasonable, and shipping oh so fast! I'll definitely be purchasing again in the future x

Ordered sweats for granddaughter Dec 8 with 2-7 day express shipping. Order won't be delivered until after Xmas. They obviously cannot fulfill their orders in a timely manner as stated by other reviewers. Also, no returns…only store credit. I'll NEVER order from this ill run company again.

Tip for consumers:
It will take forever to get your purchase and if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you can’t return it for what you paid…only a store credit. Plus…you have to pay for the return to Australia. If you live in the US…don’t buy from this company.

I ordered the partys over pants wore them once and had rhinestones literally dropping from my pants to the floor for the like 2 hours of standing not even sitting down got home and had patches missing. I emailed customer service about the issue only to be told it was "wear and tear" and they would not be doing anything for me… how exactly is wearing a pair of $90 pants ONCE for two hours "wear and tear" like are they not ment to be worn? Do not shop from this brand and definitely do not buy these pants

I placed an order last Monday 2/12/24 and still have yet to receive a confirmation of it shipping. I understand that it takes a few days to confirm the order and ship but a week is a bit ridiculous. I placed an order for a special event that I have coming up this weekend and now I will not have the order in time so I'm very disappointed.

I placed an order on Black Friday. 18 days later I still have not received any information about when they're going to ship my order. I reached out via email because they don't have a phone number on their website and got a computer generated response that they're "working very hard to fill everybody's orders" so obviously this is happening to many of their customers. Shame on you… there will definitely be a bunch of disappointed people at Christmas time with no gifts to open!

Ordered a christmas present and it took them 19 days to fulfill the order. It's been 27 days since I placed my order and the package is STILL sitting in Sydney, AU. If you can't do better than that, then don't sell internationally. Ridiculous. No way this Christmas present is arriving anytime close to Christmas and it was ordered 11/23.

I've ordered twice now from White Fox. The merchandise is high quality, soft, and comfortable. But BOTH times it has taken more than a month to review my order. I tried to contact customer service with no response. So I guess once again my kid will be opening pictures of her Christmas presents instead of actual clothes. The company needs to work on their fulfillment and shipping processes, especially around sales. Don't accept orders that cannot be fulfilled in a reasonable timeframe. It's very disappointing and I won't be making this mistake again.

I have ordered 3 times now from White Fox and all three times I spent $50 or more on each item just to be disappointed in the material quality. I would have been happy with these purchases for $20 but $50+ per item is way overpriced for the material. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to invest more into this company, but I cannot with the quality. It is not worth the money and it definitely won't last long.

I have made many recent orders from White Fox and have had a great experience every time, and although I needed to send back one of the tops that I bought as it was too small, the customer service I received was great! They were very quick to respond and were very helpful in ensuring I got my store credit and it was a very easy process considering it was an online store! Will definitely be continuing to shop there again :)
