Need explanation why the code is not valid
This is exactly what I was looking for. The material feels great, and the fit is really flattering. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend.
Stay clear of this company! I ordered two dresses size 14 and 16, I am normally a size 14 but even the size 16 was tight and would not fit, the material also felt cheap and not as described, when I asked to return the items I was told that that Curvedream UK is based in the USA and although they claim on their website that Online purchase made through curvedream.co.uk can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date, I would need to return the items to their USA warehouse at my own expense for a full refund and was offered a partial refund of 80% and to keep the dresses. This shows the quality of their merchandise if they can afford to give customers 80% refund without the merchandise returned!

I used a measuring tape to take my measurements before ordering anything from the site in June. Having measured, I ordered a number of items of clothing costing over $200. Nonetheless, every single piece I received was at least one to two sizes too small, so the measurements they include on the website are wildly inaccurate. I ordered a number of linen items that looked pretty on the site, but the linen is poor quality: rough, literally transparent, and unwearable without another layer beneath. When I asked to return the items, I had no idea. I was about to embark on a multi month correspondence. They first refused to issue a return code despite the issue being with their own sizing charts on their website. When I insisted, they came back after a couple of messages with options either to mail everything back and pay a steep shipping price, or to give me a credit to use in the future and keep the other items (they suggested giving them away). When I took the second option, they replied with an endless series of questions, one question per message, which has stretched out for almost 8 weeks now. "Which shorts would you keep?" I replied I would keep the shorts not made from linen. Several days later they came back with "What was the item number for those shorts?" Seriously? There was only one pair! Then we did the same with a shirt. I still have no refund or authorization to ship back to them because they keep asking for more. Suffice it to say I will never order from this company again.

The actual ordering process was easy and a good experience. When I received the 3 tops however I was very disappointed. I ordered one size up from their recommendation and all 3 tops were way too small. Also the fabric was very thin and not the quality I was expecting. Lastly the colors were not true to the website pictures. I absolutely never give these types of reviews but this was truly disappointing because I was so excited by the pictures. I returned all 3 tops but wished I didn't have too because the pictures on the website were so beautiful. :(

Very disappointed on the process to return items. Very clunky and not easy to get done. No return slip in bag to return which makes it very inconvenient. Then I was told if I don't email the tracking # to you after I get returns in the mail, I won't get any refunds at all. I did email with that # so I'm hoping that I will see a refund of the items I return back on my credit card.

Returns are impossible! Scam! I tried to return items that did not fit. Kept getting the run around from the seller. They kept asking if I wanted to keep clothing that didn't fit. Not giving the return address, just asking if I wanted to keep the items. Then when they finally gave the return address after three emails, it came from a different email address that of looks like spam. Just a horrible experience. I am not out of money and stuck with clothes that DO NOT FIT because they give you the run around until you are outside of time for their return policy. Never again.

Kind of difficult to figure out how to return my items. I followed the size measurements, but I would have gone a size or maybe two bigger. I really don't like the material either because it's too thin for a tank top that I had in mine. Please let me know how to return.
I was looking for something that was both stylish and comfortable for my work-from-home days, and this is it. The fabric is incredibly soft and stretchy, but it still looks polished enough for a video call. It's truly the best of both worlds. I've already ordered another one in a different color!
