Terrible. I have waited over a month and have not received my order. Only communication is through email. All they said was sorry you will have to wait a few more days
After watiting two weeks with no word on shipping or tracking for three items I ordered, I finally received an email saying that 2 out of 3 items were out of stock. I then waited for the third item which never arrived. Then I got a second email saying one item was on backorder and I could wait for it to come back or find an alternative. During this whole time, my credit card charge for the full amount remained. A couple of days ago, still without receiving the third item, I was offered the ability to cancel the entire order which I oped to do.

I ordered three items. I kept two but wanted to return one. CurveDream support offered me $8 to keep the item. When I said, 'No' I want to return it' They asked, "Would you accept $16?" What's up with that? Offer me $16 the first time! If I didn't accept the $16, I had to send the item back to them with a trackable shipping service which will likely cost me $15 or more in shipping which added to the $16 is the cost of the item. I'm spending the money to send the item back. Clearly, they do NOT want returns. Do not spend your money with this place. I understand it is hard to make money in the clothing business but if your margins are this tight, just say NO RETURNS. ALL SALES FINAL. That would be honest.

As of 1/16/25 I have not received my order. I keep checking the tracking information and it keeps telling me my order is at USPS ready to be shipped. Day after day I keep getting the same information but no action.
I really don't understand this situation. I have never NOT received an order, no matter the company.
I think Curvedream should resend my order.

All three dresses were not sized correctly. One of them the zipper was not sewn straight. Another hung on me to big. They were just an overall disappointment.

The dress that I ordered was not the dress that I received. It was a horrible material and did not even resemble what I had ordered. I requested a Label to Return it but I have not received any response.
The shipping took weeks to complete despite paying extra.
The cash instead of exchange offer was very good.

I ordered 3 items in a 2X. If I was an XL they might be ok. They do not fit. The fabric feels very hinky and if I ever wash them it will be separately as I suspect the dye will bleed. I am contemplating returning the items but from other people's experience it sounds like engaging the company would be another circle of hell. I am just going to write it off as an unpleasant experience as if I had paid for an unsatisfying bad lunch.

The first time I ordered a couple of hundreds of dollars of clothes in Sept 2024, I was semi satisfied with about 2/3 of it. I ended up donating the rest to the Salvation Army. I made the mistake of ordering 2 orders of approx. 300 each in Dec paying for 3-7 day service. The orders arrived 8 weeks later. 90% of the items don't look like the picture, the sizes are not true to size, the colors are not what was in the picture and quite tacky, the material is incredibly tacky. I asked for a refund. So far I have had weeks of back and forth emails asking for more information while they hold out on providing me with the address for returns. They claimed I need the correct authorization number for returns. They just now emailed me asking if I would take $55 compensation for almost $700 worth of garbage! Still waiting. Plus they have a time limit of 30 days for returns. I am confident that IF I do get a legit address they will either say something doesn't match with the order number, authorization number and/or the 30 days will have passed DUE TO THEM. Bull$#*! rip off con artists. Don't be mislead by the pictures. Total SCAM joke of a company.
Order placed order 1-12-25. Two weeks later no response. Sent e-mail 5days later no response. Sent email. Response 2 days later. I product out of stock.but had not let me know. Told them to credit item not available and send balance, no response. Canceled order 2/3/25. No response. Sent 2nd request.
Please update the situation.

We tried to return a top that was the wrong size, but they didn't have a larger size. We spent $30 for the product and $10 shipping. Their offer was to keep the top and they would refund us $15, or we could return the item and pay $10 shipping again and they would refund us $30. We took the $15 offer but felt that they should have refunded us the $30 and paid for return shipping. We will never buy from them again. The customer service was awful.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
