Both dresses I ordered were too small. I was given ridiculous instructions that were not doable. I paid mid eighty dollars for both dresses. I was offered $40. For both dresses. What a disappointment! I noticed when I sent the email it said it couldn't be delivered - the address wasn't the correct address. 😢
It was a mistake for me to order something without "feeling' the fabric. In this case, it was very thin and slippery Will probably donate it as it was my fault...first time ordering from this company. Sorry to write a poor review.
The company is slow in responding to email requests for return information. Then the company comes back with an offer to discount the items if I am willing to keep. The tops do not fit me. Why would I want to keep them?

Very disappointed with top. It was cheap looking. Did not look like the picture. And it was very late arriving. I wanted to wear it to an event but was not able to. I do not plan to purchasing anything else from the company.
The sweater was not what was ordered and it was too wide and too short for a women's medium size sweater. Delivery took 3 weeks from date of order 12/14/24. No return instructions were provided with the item and it is something I definitely want to return. I am waiting to receive those instructions instead of the option I was offered via email of a $16 refund. For an item costing me $68 dollar + international transaction fee that is a unacceptable reply.

The material and dress was not what it was described. Also, when trying to return it the process was very difficult to reach anyone. I gave up and now very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Should have read reviews before purchasing. Then I would not have ordered.

Items were ordered as Christmas presents for my wife.
Website indicated products would be delivered in time for Christmas.
However to this date, January 3rd 2025, I still have not received.
So as yet I am unable to comment on product quality but can advise delivery to be very disappointing.

This Christmas tree black and white long sleeve tee is described as cotton. It is 100% polyester. The screen print is cute, I will not be returning, but will be wary of anything else I might order. The photos/images are not always true to the item.

These people are frauds! They blame the lack of delievy on not knowing my address which is 3255 Mount Veeder Road in Napa, California. Then they tell me to call a phone number is Southern California to find our about the delivery. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVIDE. I am canceling my order, demanding my money back and filing a fraud claim again these crooks.

Item did not resemble the item I ordered.
When I tried to return the item, it needed to be posted to the US costing $56 for postage (more than the item cost)
Offered a partial refund, but pretty awful service
And threw money away on item I can't wear.
Ordered on 19 spent 122.93 have not received anything it's been a month it's sad,that I just threw my money away I was not able to go shopping now I don't have money to buy anything else total rip off,

I placed my order on 2 Mar 2025, it is currently 25 Mar and I have not received any type of status notification concerning my order. I need this merchandise by 5 April otherwise I will have to find something else for my event and return this order.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
