Took a little longer to recieve than I thought it would. I love the dress, however I wish I had ordered a size larger as it is more form fitting than I thought it would be. Anyway to exchange?
I purchased my item based upon and ad on the internet. After reading reviews I knew that I was taking a chance with my purchase because there were no good reviews pertaining to returns. What I was unprepared for was the deception in the sizing and the material the garment was made of. I am a true 2X and was sent a 2XL which was way to small. I contacted customer service to return and was offered 15% of the purchase price back. I negotiated to get 50% back but had bought the item using Afterpay. I never received the 50% credit back to my AfterPay account even though I notified by email to customer service that that was my form of payment. Took a risk using this site but will never purchase anything on a internet ad again.
I received what I ordered in a timely manner. I need to return one item, so, depending on how easily that process goes, I will make a conclusion about my overall experience.
Everything looks nice on the site, excited to receive the order. It appears the clothes are designed for smaller sized women. Unfortunately I will need to return the clothes. The one item I accidentally ordered the wrong size, I am guessing I clicked the wrong button. The other 2 items are too tight.

Where do I start. I ordered three items, pants, dress, and swim suit. I had a trip to Mexico and needed these things in 8 days. The option for express delivery cost more, but I paid the difference for my trip. Two of the items, the dress and the pants, came three weeks later ( I was in Mexico for two weeks and missed them completely) The swim suit I PAID for? NEVER came. Or I should say - is not here YET. I can't express how disappointed I am with this merchant.
It's been over two months. I never received my order. I want my money back. The communication has been bad as well. No one has responded and give me back my money or give me my dress that I ordered bad service bad performance. I'm gonna report a scam if I don't get my money back or the address in the next couple days

Had to jump through many "hoops" to make the return and refund was not forthcoming until I proved tracking number and other information. Too much of a process!

Selection, ordering, and shipping were fine. The products look and feel lovely. The sizing is small on one of my orders and beyond small on the other. I ordered two 2x dresses. One of them is probably closer to 1x compared to other manufactures, I could button it but there was pulling. The second dress was probably 6 inches too small.

I wear a 2X or 3X, spending on the article of clothing. I got the dress I bought in 3X. It wouldn't even go over my shoulders. Not happy.

I was disappointed there was no PayPal option.
The products did not look nearly as good as pictures. The fabric was low quality and on the black leggings the white flowers looked and felt painted on. The denium dress was shiny and didn't have the white underlays for the neck and hem as pictured. I liked the products in my first order, but the order from July 15,2025 was inferior. My order was received in a timely manner and was what I ordered. I had to return some of the items and that also was very timely as I used UPS to track the return and they were also able to track the return and refund money.

My pkg didn't arrive when it should have, but they made it right by refunding the "expedited shipping" portion of the shipping charges.
The clothing was cheap, not how it looked in the photos. Getting a return was a bit like getting an act of congress... although I did receive it after paying to have the items sent back. Don't waste your time or your money

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
