Very disappointed that this dress was ordered for our daughters graduation and Lulus sent the wrong size! Phoned to get correct size sent overnighted but staff said it had to be two day?! I let them know it was a fault of theirs and two day service is a day too late, her graduation can't be pushed back! Please think twice before ordering something especially if it's for a special occasion!
I ordered a couple of curvy fajas placed the order in SEPTEMBER and it's now DECEMBER and I still haven't received my package I tried emailing them, no response, I reseted my password so I can log in and check up on my package, got an email with absolutely nothing on it just blank. My 13 year old son bought them for me and they basically robbed his money because my package is no where to be found.

Update - I was contacted by customer service after this review and given my full refund which I greatly appreciate.
I have been a fan of lulus for a while and consistently ordered A LOT of their clothing. I have never complained or had issues until this week and after the lack of customer service I received I will stop shopping there. The strap on a bathing suit I ordered broke - I purchased this item in January but have yet to wear it since it just became summer - the tag is still on the item. When I contacted customer service they offered a 25% refund so I could go get their item fixed. No one has time for that. I requested a full refund or simply to send a non-defective one and they refused. The woman had the nerve to tell me I should try the item on when I get it - obviously I tried it on to make sure it fit and obviously it didn't break at that time or I would have contacted them a while ago. Very uncool and upsetting. Be careful.
I had ordered a pair of Free People denim shorts that came in the wrong color/style. I had seen in reviews that this had happened to more than one customer. I called customer service and explained the situation. The woman (I wish I saved her name!) was so patient and helpful. She went as far as to contact the warehouse and have them screenshot a photo of the shorts to her, which she then forwarded to me. We confirmed these were the correct pair and she then also informed me that they were now on sale, so credited me back the difference. I received the correct pair days later. I wish everything was this easy. In a world of ordering online and therefore having more returns that usual- this was such an amazing customer service experience.
I was extremely pleased with the quality of this dress. I bought it a size up so that it would be elegant and still be flattering on my hourglass figure. The color is a more true turquoise blue than shown in the picture, which is fine because I didn't want something that was too purple or too bright. The other great thing about this dress is that the built-in underwire is removable so you don't have to deal with finding an ugly bra underneath!
I absolutely love Lulus! But I did not like two of the skater dresses. It did not conform to my body like I had hoped. Other than that everything else I've ordered is great quality, functional, and I receive so many compliments! I would love to become a model!
Lulu's Fashion Lounge, Inc.'s target market is definitely for the "20 something" age group but there are enough classic designs that even a "Baby Boomer" looking for a nice "After Five" dress can find something. While most of the dresses are modeled by models who are 5'7", there is also a good size guide that provides information on the length of the dress from the shoulder. This is especially helpful for those of us who are a petite 5'0" or under. On the particular dress I purchased, the hemline was just "above the knee" which is where I wanted it instead of being 5 or 6 inches above the knee as shown on the model. The quality of the dress was very good - definitely comparable to what I had originally purchased online and will be returning from Macy's. I would definitely recommend Lulu's.
I have ordered from Lulu's at least 10x and each time has been excellent. I've had seamless return experiences and I love that some of their dresses are Made in the USA. The quality is a lot better than I expected for the price and always really cute. I've been consistently impressed. One piece of advice though, always order one size up.
I ordered this blush maxi dress on Jan. 31 2015 and it arrived to Canada on Feb 12. The quality was magnificiant and I was satisfied that the arrived in less than 2 weeks. Many say that their items are expensive but you get what you pay for plus tracking number included. Thank you Lulu*s! I will order again.

Can't stand this website! I bought a heels from this, after a long time, about two weeks, I received, OK. But to my surprise after just a couple of wears the side has completely came apart. Then I contact with their customer service, they refuse to do anything! I am very angry! It is a cheater.
Very pleased with quality of jumper and dress. Received in 2 days as promised, and only $7.00 for 2 day shipping. An item I returned do to length was free of charge and credited same day as return received, which was 1 business day. Very happy with entire experience. Definitely will shop Lulus again.
As you know when you buy clothing online, you never know what you're going to get. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the clothes ( No extra yarn hanging off, good material, and no defects) For the price point, I highly recommend.
Ordered 3 dresses that looked really cute online. It took several months and several emails to get them. Quality was very poor. Not worth the money I paid. I kept them because I probably would never get my money back. I wanted them for an occasion but because of the poor quality I can only use them to wear around the house. Will NEVER order from them again! Now I carefully read reviews before buying items

I love the clothing, but sucks paying so much for CND prices and I got charged a duty tax of $96 this time for 3 dresses. A USD of $196 cost me over $350 in the end! Yikes. Cute clothing though. Two dresses I have to return for quality (zipper, and one was very sheer) and one I can't because it's Final sale( really pretty but weird in the bust area. But usually everything is awesome.
My dress came in time as it was expected. It came new, never opened, never worn. I was a bit worried about sizing but I checked their size chart, measured myself and ordered "S", even though I usually wear "XS". This is the first time I ordered clothes on this website and will definitely recommend it!
Mistakenly bought $150 gift card for Lulus (should've been lululemon) have contacted them 12 times to try to get a credit-they won't. Contacted Blackhawk (they service Lulus gift cards) they won't. Either could help me but they want to force me to spend my $ there. They're just too lazy to help. Would never shop here!

Tried to get my bridesmaids dresses from here took two times longer than it normally does and I live in the united states. I specifically didn't want it to be signature required because I am never home to accept mail. They don't even give you an option to just have your mail dropped off. Because it came so late it really screwed me. I do NOT recommend this company at all!

Orders placed with standard ground shipping do take an estimated 4-10 business days to deliver, depending on several factors from the shipping carrier such as the volume of packages they're processing, the route the package takes, weather conditions, etc. It looks as though your package was out for delivery on the 4th business day in transit, but the shipping carrier was unable to deliver it as addressed.

I order from Lulus.com more than from anywhere else. They have the cutest clothing and are always offering email coupons and discounts. People consistently compliment anything I buy from Lulus. Returns are free, making ordering something pretty risk-free. I have made a few returns and they were quick and easy. They also have great customer service if you have questions.
To be honest, I had a not so great experience with customer service over a misunderstanding on a return refund, but I totally amend my previous review! A service rep contacted me after seeing my review and not only got my refund, but went beyond and above to give me a discount, which I think is even more than I deserve. Will definitely be ordering again now that I know how much care they give their customers.

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!

As you mentioned in your review, when you initially called us we were unable to provide a replacement for the next day as there is a cut-off for when expedited shipments can be sent by the shipping carrier. As a result, the earliest a replacement could have been delivered using overnight shipping would have been two days later, as it would not be able to ship until the next day. If we had a way to ensure you received the replacement on time we would have gladly sent one - we apologize again that we weren't able to provide a replacement within the time constraints for which it was needed!
We previously refunded your original shipping fee, as we don't want you to have paid for shipping services for an incorrect item. Although the order is outside of our return policy, we can accept it back for a return and full refund to your original payment method! We have sent a pre-paid return label which you're welcome to use to send it back.
