Let me start by saying I haven't even received my order yet but I would already order from them again. I received an email from UPS stating that my order had been delivered. I was home at the time it was delivered and we also have cameras and a UPS truck never came to our door. I called the company and without question they already shipped me out a replacement dress. Just the fact that their customer service was wonderful I would order from them again. I cant wait to receive the item, which will be here before the end of the week!
I just ordered about $300 worth of clothes from here. It was my first order from them and I havent received it yet. I googled them to see how long their standard free shipping takes, and I found these reviews in the search. Now Im worried that if there is a problem they have bad customer service and I wont be able to return an item. For an online store - this is a bad reputation to have. I need to be able to count on a store to take something back if I dont like it, because you cant try it on beforehand.
I hope I dont regret my order.
I got a floral dress and some block platform heels. The dress has pockets and it fit true to size. The shoes did also, soooo comfortable. My graduation from college was a major fashion success because of Lulu's. Everything cme in way faster than expected, too.
I have been shopping here since highschool, I am now 23 and it is still one of my favorite sites to order online. Its so rare to find a company with affordable cute clothes as well as great customer service, which they have. I usually only do reviews when something negative happens, but felt inclined to for Lulu's bc they really seem to care about their customers and accommodate me whenever possible. Highly recommend! If any issues arise, which can happen with online shopping, they actually care to resolve the problem.
Most of their items are made in low-wage countries, the quality is poor and won't lost. For the price, I would also expect the items to arrive on time and be the correct size. I ordered a shirt for a trip to Italy, it arrived after 3 weeks two sizes too big. I didn't have time to exchange it before mg trip. They refunded me, however without the shipping cost. They gave me a $15 credit, which is abysmal when considering it wouldn't include free shipping. This company is not worth it, cheap, overly trendy garbage that will last you maybe one season if you're lucky.
While the site offers nice and different items, I'm now having difficulty fixing their problem. When i ordered a belt called 'Golden Yellow' I received a pastel off yellow color belt that was hideous. I sent back the order (By the way, free shipping for returns only lasts a few days unlike the similar site ModCloth that gives you 30 days) and three weeks later I'm still waiting to receive the funds. I've tried to call them within their business hours five business days in a row with no answer, and now I'm sitting here with the live chat window open waiting for "an operator to be with me shortly" just as I have been for the past two hours. It just shouldn't be this hard to correct their mistake.
I have had the worst time dealing with returns from Lulus. I have spent almost three hundred dollars here thinking returns would be easy. Nope. They received my return package for my order on April 12th and I have not received one email regarding my return. It's like nothing even happened. I'm so disappointed because their clothes are so cute and would totally continue to shop here if their returns didn't suck so bad. Having a good return policy and following through is key to online shopping. Will be warning my friends and family about the scammers that run this site unless I get my money soon.
I have tried about 7 different dresses from Lulus. My size is medium and I matched it with their medium size as well online. I bought 2 dresses of the same style but with different colors. One dress will not zip up and the other one was tight at the hips and the waist! Another dress had sequins but then everytime I wore the dress, the sequins kept falling off. Yet still, another dress was a wrap style dress and my boobs were not covered at all by the dress. I give up. I am NEVER buying from them again. They do ship the dresses right away and if you ship things back within 10 days, you can get a full refund. (I really appreciated this, check the fine print first however, if it's a final sale for eg.).
They also offer free shipping on orders >= $50 compared to shopwo.com's $100 order total.

I had an issue with Lulu's the first time-- and posted about it. Their customer service team got in touch and helped out-- indicating they wanted me as a return customer. So I did end up taking the bait and ordering again. My item has been "untrackable" since it cleared Canadian customs. I have contacted their customer service only to be told that they can't do anything on their end-- no responsibility to customers for ensuring the goods arrive? It has been 21 days since I placed the order- this is unlike any other experience I've ever had with an American retailer before. Will NOT be ordering again- and hope my goods arrive because it seems I have no options except to wait and hope.

Fantastic customer service and great selection of clothing! I've only contacted cs once or twice, and they were very fast to respond and help. No problems with returns and exchanges. I have shopped at lulus.com since 2010 and placed over 60 orders total. They use UPS Surepost (UPS to Post Office) for almost all packages - very rarely UPS ground. No problems receiving my orders.
PS My bridesmaids wore dresses from Lulus and looked gorgeous. Best value for the price!
I have been very happy with my dress purchases from Lulu's. I like that I can ask them to alert me when an item I wanted is back in stock. The dresses are priced fairly and are made well. I returned one item and was given a prompt refund. The only complaint I have is that the dresses are so very long. They seem to be made for extremely tall women.
Cant tell you how much I love this company / clothing site. I'm usually hesitant to shop online due to not trying on the clothes before and having to make confusing returns, etc. I have loved every single piece of clothing I've gotten so far (and I have ordered a lot). Everything is outstanding quality and resembles the picture online perfectly. I have made some returns due to sizing, and it is SO easy! They make the return label for you, all you have to do is print it. They also send you emails letting you know they've received your return order, when they are processing the refund, etc. I'm going on vacation and usually would go in person to shop at Express, Maurices, etc. however Lulu is so much easier, better quality, cuter stuff, and just better! Decent pricing too. I told my sister about it and she is already obsessed as well! Thanks lulu!

Great service, great clothing. Most everything has been true to size and we've easily and without concern have returned or exchanged what has not fit. We've had a bit of an issue with zippers where they're tight at gathered or banded waistlines but feel that is to be expected.
I love Lulu's! It has become my fav online website to buy. Their costumer service is great, they are always responding their live chat, email or phone calls, so they never leave you hanging. The quality is really good and well some items may not be able to be returned because is Final Sale and they specify it on their website so I don't know why some people complain about it, you need to read before buying...
Returns are free and exchanges, everything is so easy with them. I'm comparing this to other websites I've bought from and Lulu's is the best SO FAR...!
Do not order from this company! I returned $340 worth of merchandise using their return shipping label. It took me six phone calls with customer service to talk to a human being. Now I am told UPS lost the package and that they will not refund my money! This is outrageous. I will never order from this company again and will warn friends not to order. I have never received such poor customer service from a retailer.

I have ordered 4 things from Lulus: 3 dresses & 1 pair of heels. All 3 dresses I ordered were white, & the only complaint I have is that they were a little bit see through, but other than that, I'm in love! Their dresses are excellent quality, & their shipping & customer service is fantastic. The heels I ordered are very nice as well. Everything I have ordered fits true to size. I 100% recommend Lulus if you need a cute dress for any occasion!
I love this store! I came upon it looking for bridesmaid dresses and was unsure if it was legit initially. After some google research, I learned it was indeed a legitimate business so I decided to order and give it a try. I have not been disappointed since. The size guide is extremely accurate and helpful. The clothes fit how they look in the pix, and they are delivered quickly. I'm very pleased. Each piece I've ordered is even prettier in person.
I have NEVER had a problem ordering from Lulu's. I love their website, I shop with them at least once a month. My clothes always ships and delivers when they are suppose too, Lulus is my favorite shopping website. Just waiting on them to open a store in Texas.
I just received my first order from Lulus. Now I will start by saying that I do a lot of my shopping online. When I received my package, I was impressed with how quickly it got to me (In Canada) and the quality of the fabrics. Now I was aware that I would have to pay duties as It had mentioned it on the Lulus website so it was an extra $85 for 4 dresses. I ordered using the size charts but unfortunately 3 of 4 dresses did not work for me. I contacted lulus to start an exchange and was originally discouraged with the process but after being in contact with a customer service representative, I can honestly say I was very impressed and would not hesitate to order again. They were helpful and happy to assist me in finding a solution. The fantastic customer service will have me ordering again!
I just received my dress today and I am so pleased.
The packaging was beautifully done. The two piece dress was wrapped very nice and they also supplied complementary dress bag! The martial of the dress is very good Quality. I ordered a large the skirt fits perfect on my waist. I'm short so I do have to get it tailored. The top is tight but I also have very big breast. I do wish I could have order a different size for my top and bottom. I might have to buy a size up just for the top. But I will definitely recommend this company!
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!

I'm truly so sorry that you received an incorrectly sized item in your order.
