I recommend this brand, especially for shoes! The prices are low but the quality is high. You do have to look through reviews to find your size because it does vary between products, but in my last order I received 2 shoes, and they all fit perfectly! It is surprising how inexpensive they are compared to other brands and shops, but they have extremely similar qualities.
Ordered the Road to Rome Berry Red Wrap Maxi Dress, it's reviews were great so I took a chance. The dress is pretty, it's a bit difficult to figure out how to properly put it on (it's a wrap dress) and it did not include instructions. The fabric however sadly shows EVERY imperfection or undergarment detail. Unsure if I will return the dress and purchase one similar from another site. I think if you are stick thin with no curves then this is the dress for you.
Amazing quality of clothing and unique styles equivalent to specialty dress shops at a fraction of the cost. Just when I think I've seen all the things I can't live without a whole new group of favorites appear. I'm totally addicted to Lulus!

I have ordered 2 dresses and 2 cardigans from this site, one sweater had to be exchanged for another size, one dress had to be returned because it just was not right for me. The quality of each item was very good and the exchange/return policy was easy. I am always a little nervous about estimating sizes, but I feel I can get what I am paying for with lulus.
Lulus is always a decent dining experience. We came for the prefix menu today for Thanksgiving and it was a very nice menu with many items not specific to Thanksgiving. The one issue was the 2nd course. Very strange that all three choices had goat cheese. If you are allergic to goat cheese you are out of luck. Why would a chef design a menu with three goat cheese dishes. Very odd. If someone has an allergy they should be able to do something for them prefix or not. Offer them two soups. It was just bad menu planning.

I was skeptical after reading some reviews but I fell in love with two dresses and took a chance. On the website there is reviews from real customers who can enter their size, weight, etc and it gives you a chance to compare their reviews and your measurements to find the perfect size. Once I found the two dresses I wanted for my bachelorette party that is in a week I opted for three day shipping which was only an extra $9.00. They arrived right on time and I am in LOVE. Exactly how the website described them. I will be order again and recommending to friends.
Great clothes! Everything on this site is super cute. I bought myself the best swimsuit ever. All their clothes are unique. The designs are much more fun and interesting than anything you could find at a local store. This is definitely a site to check out.
Used this dress for my bridesmaids and they all looked beautiful! The dress has adjustable straps that are very helpful as the girls did not need extra alterations done to the chest. My bridesmaid is about 5'1, ordered the XS. The dress was a long for her so she required a hem.
Just received my purchase order and beyond happy that I could not pass up the opportunity to tell everyone! I will admit I was worried about the quality the fit and delivery I ended up purchasing a plan B and C elsewhere so that my disappointment wouldn't be too bad but when my purchase arrived in accordance to the method I chose, my review meter began. As I tried on the piece it blew my mind and exceeded my expectations-

I'm so disappointed in myself for not reading reviews prior to ordering from LuLus. Seems to be a common issue as I received an email regarding my return and it stated that due to hair and fibers, I could only get online credit. I like many others have stated, tried dresses on once, immediately after a shower, no makeup, no deodorant, and no pets. Once tried on, I immediately put back into the packaging and box for return. These were both black dresses and would virtually be impossible not to have a fiber or hair on it. I would bet had I looked closely, I would have seen hairs or fibers upon opening, What a complete disappointment. Due to principle, I will look into options of getting my money back. And I wouldn't have given any stars for a rating but it wouldn't let me post otherwise.
I ordered several beautiful items from Lulu (which I love), but I decided to return a couple. I had two interactions with customer service about the timing of my return and the amount being refunded. Both interactions were quick, easy, and polite. They really worked to appease the transaction and it was so simple! I hate when shopping gets complicated - this was so easy, and I'm a happy girl with beautiful new clothes!
I ordered my wedding dress and got a medium. I called and let them know the medium was too large and they sent out a small promptly! Their quality is great, and customer service is even better! So

I heard about Lulus through a friend and thought I would visit their site. I found items that seemed reasonably priced and on trend. This was my first time ordering clothing online. I received my orders yesterday, they came in two separate shipments - all 4 purchases fit perfectly. I am a bit hesitant to purchase anything from Lulus again however due to the duties applied and the exchange rate. You can expect to pay an additional $50 per $100 spent on Lulus items due to the conversion and when you receive the items an additional $30 per $150 for duties. So in all with two orders I feel like I spent $160 additional. I wish there was a Lulus Canada site.
We ordered a dress and received it quickly but unfortunately, it was not the dress we ordered. I contacted customer service and they reassured me that I would not be charged any return or restocking fees. I sent the dress back and we received a full refund in less than a week. Though our purchase didn't work this time, I would definitely shop with them again.

I followed the instructions from their website on the return. I mailed the item within the 10 day time frame and it's 10 days later from the time I shipped the item and still have not heard an update on if they received it and when my refund is coming. I cannot get someone to answer on the customer service line after multiple calls ( three of which I was disconnected from after holding for over twenty minutes.) Live chat does not work either. Very disappointing bc I have bought items in the past and liked them. If you need to return anything expect weeks before getting your refund.
Update: customer service contacted me after writing the review and were very professional. They processed my refund and explained that they were behind on the returns. They refund still took another 4 days to be received in my account. (I still think it was longer than I'd want to receive a refund so hopefully this changes for the company). They apologized and gave me a 15 dollar credit.
I ordered 3 items. Two dresses, based on the sizing I got an L for both. One was too big, the other too small! The necklace I ordered is totally cheap looking I can't return anything because they were on clearance. First and last time ordering from them!

I was iffy to order off of this site because I am not much of an online shopper and whenever I order something online it never turns out how it's supposed to. However, I just received my order from Lulus today and it is 100% what I wanted and then some! I cannot express enough how happy I am with my order. I typically don't write reviews but I had to in this case. I ordered a dress, heels, and necklace and everything turned out perfectly. It was great quality and great material. Hands down 5/5 stars.
Although dresses were nice and good quality I returned as neither of them fit. Tags were still on dresses as they were only tried on for less than 5 min and then placed back in box for return. LULUs claims tags were not on dress when returned which is false. How do I prove tags were on dress? Lulus refuses to refund- will never buy dress again as there is no way to prove tags were on dress when I mailed back-- total RIP off - do not recommend if you feel dress may not fit! Terrible company.

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!

For this reason, Lulus has no way to predict or control the cost of duties and taxes. If you do make a return, the CBSA may be able to refund you for these customs fees.
