I have placed 2 orders with dresslily and both have been good experiences. The quality of the items I received was very nice, and I do not mind waiting a little longer for items I cannot find elsewhere at such prices.
There are a few things you need to know before ordering from this site:
1. You may be purchasing internationally. You may have import fees.
2. They are based in Asia, so shipping times will not be as quick as you may expect. They also have different holiday observances, so be aware this may factor into your shipping and delivery times.
3. Tracking may not appear until the item has cleared customs in your country - this may mean that you will not see the package has left the warehouse until it arrives at your local facility.
4. They generally do meet the estimated delivery times. Yes it will probably take 2-3 weeks to receive your order if you get expedited processing.
5. Each item has different measurements - be sure to double check the size chart for each item before selecting your size.

I have ordered 2 dresses and 2 cardigans from this site, one sweater had to be exchanged for another size, one dress had to be returned because it just was not right for me. The quality of each item was very good and the exchange/return policy was easy. I am always a little nervous about estimating sizes, but I feel I can get what I am paying for with lulus.

I will never order from this website again. I placed an order ONE MONTH AGO and didn't receive 2 of the 5 items (one item sat in the warehouse with a shipping label for over 7 business days - continental USA shipping of 5 shirts should NOT take a month!) My offer for this gross mismanagement? 15% off my next order applied retroactively if I contacted customer service after placing the order. Every time I ordered from this website it was a major headache. Most of the time the items are out of stock in my size. On the rare occasion they are not, items get cancelled from my order 3 days later (because they actually WERE out of stock). One may as well order from a knock-off garbage site in China for all this hassle.

I have made 4 purchases from Julia and am extremely pleased with each item. The quality and appearance of each is excellent. I am also excited to be able to purchase alternate sizing without incurring additional fees.

Tip for consumers:
Ships from China - expect longer ship times if ordering internationally.

Ordering from this site is like playing russian roulette with your money and you should expect the entire process of getting your items or refund to take 2-3 months. Not exaggerating- my order was placed 2 months ago and I have just finished dealing with this mess. You might get a very nice item or you may be stuck waiting for months on an item that is out of stock because the website will never inform you that the item you already paid for is out of stock. I would not risk ordering from this site again. If you do decide to be brave, you should know the following:
1. Check the measurements on every item as they vary significantly in sizing.
2. Don't bother contacting customer service, they do not exist. File a dispute if you want anyone to respond to your issue.
3. If your item does not change from "Processing" to "Shipped" in 3-6 days (remember to allow for time differences as the company is in Hong Kong) it means that the item is out of stock and YOU WILL NOT GET IT. You need to file a dispute and select another item or ask for a refund. The company will never alert you to a problem with your order, you have to do all the work.
4. There is a 50/50 chance the item will be very nice or a piece of trash.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from this site - it is not worth the risk.

I only rated this 4 our of 5 because on this particular order one item took much longer to ship and was a little difficult to track down. However, I will continue shopping with Choxi becuase they are usually very quick to ship, have good prices and good merchandise. I ordered several times with NoMoreRack and haven't seen any problems.

I"ve made 2 purchases with Joss and Main - both items looked great... online. The first item was a piece of junk so I returned it. The second was a $660 chest that turned out to be pressboard and one of the hinges had ripped right out of the side! I have one more order that I have already placed, but I"m expecting I will have to return that too! Don't order from Joss and Main unless you like really expensive trash!
