Jeulia the company is lying about the delivery. Today the company informing me that my parcels have already been delivered to the post office.
I was surprised because all the parcel tracking systems show that the parcels have not yet arrived to Russia. I went to the post office, of course the parcels did not arrive. Sp the company is deceiving me!
I have been writing to them for a week that the status of the parcels is not updated. I asked to start a search, but they answered me, wait. Sp today they answered that the parcels were delivered but it turned out to be a lie. The company is not ashamed to blatantly lie to the buyer. The company has been lying to me for more than a month, at first they could not make an order for a long time, then they lied about sending the order, then they mixed up the tracking number, now they are lying about the delivered order. Please do not trust this company, especially if you are from Russia!

I purchased my ring 4 years ago, and I have put it threw some hard times I have worked on cars, had a job changing oil to working in a warehouse, it has banged on every type of metal from stainless to iron, been caught on shelves, thrown across the room, and still no stones have fallen out it hasn't bent, needs to be cleaned to be shinny again but other than that it's still amazing.
I found the PERFECT wedding ring on Jeulia. It arrived quickly. Within DAYS! Upon opening the box it was even more beautiful than the picture. Absolutely perfect. Great customer service and amazing products. I highly recommend.
I got a beautiful ring at Christmas. Looked amazing. Within months had started to discolour and now 6 months later its so bad! Real silver does not do this! Even the 'gold tone' on the top has come off and discoloured. I would not get anything from jeulia again!

This was NOT an easy return. I purchase $530.45 worth of Jewelry on 1/3/3021. It took at least 3 weeks to get the jewelry. The piece were clean and nice but I felt they just weren't brilliant enough for the money I paid so I wanted yo send most pieces back. After emailing back and forth for about 3 weeks, I began getting frustrated because they kept asking the same question over and over. "Do you want to refund instead of sending back?" Even after I said no…. They still kept on and on about a refund. They finally asked for pictures. I sent them. They finally replied after a while after I emailed them and send me an address to ship back. I do not agree with the refund (they underpaid me my refund $191.23 and I do not recall reading a 35% restocking fees for returns…. But who knows…. It might have been in tiny print somewhere). I even asked fir a phone number to sort all this out with someone, and a phone number was never given to me. I do have the emails as well, if you want proof. I saved them. Seems weird that when asking fir refund, they just kept repeating themselves and then once I retuned the jewelry (I sent back in February, I believe) it still took them forever to refund me. I purchased these items at a discount and when I asked for a breakdown of what I paid fir each item, it took them at least 1 month after several times asking to answer me. Also, If I did not keep sending emails they would never have sent the refund. At the minimum, you would think they would send the refund when they received the product. They did not refund me until I emailed them several times. My refund finally came (after so much hassle) on 6/7. I am not the type of person to give a bad review. I purchase most everything online. It's a shame there are companies out there like this. And all I have to say is, I will never purchase from them again. And I hope the people never make the mistake I did.

I ordered a ring from them on May 5 and paid for expedited shipping. Never received the ring. I filed with PayPal for a refund of the expedited shipping charge ($20.00), which I received; however, because I never received the ring, I want a refund of the $127.00 I paid for that. Here it is July 8, and still no ring. Trying to talk to them is futile. They play dumb like they don't know what you're talking about. I tried to go through PayPal for that refund, but once I received the shipping refund, I couldn't file for anything else. I'm out that money and no ring.

I got a wedding band from here and within a week the paint rubbed off. Looks like a marble piece of metal mow. The insets aren't visable now easily. They will repair it but I have to pay shipping and handling for a "repair" that will probably do no good at all unless they use a anodizing method. The return policy starts when they ship it so you get maybe 2 weeks before you can get a refund. Ridiculous

Very happy with my Starry Night ring. However... one of the Starry Night earrings had a defective clasp. I messaged them about a return. They rejected it, requiring a video of the problem. Why would I want to return ONE earring unless it was defective? I admit, I've ordered a second pair to be able to wear the earrings and ring set, but once that arrives — hopefully in wearable condition — never again.

Extremely cheap items. They literally look like the rings from the quarter machines. They also rip you off for shipping costs both theirs and yours so you'll end up negative $30 when you want to return. DO NOT PURCHASE. Go to the BBB and you'll see all the people they have scammed.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
