DO NOT ORDER - SCAM

My husband placed an order in November for my Christmas present. Free shipping was to take 9-25 days - well we have exceeded that. We have sent numerous online inquires because prior to the 800# being disconnected (major sign of fraudulent activities) when we would talk to someone on the phone they would disconnect the call as soon as we asked for the tracking information.
Online inquires, more than 8 now; have failed to produce a ring. Our USPS tracking number still shows 11/26/16 - post of origin is preparing to ship.
When I question them about the fact that it does not appear it has left their country, they tell us free shipping cannot be tracked - " so sorry sir."
SUCH a disappointment - I am not sure what the actual ring would have looked like but I was really excited about getting it. Now, I am pretty sure we will never see it.

Website very helpful in viewing rings from all angles, especially on the finger. Sizing accurate, shipments are prompt and quality is great for the price. Really like the amount of styles to choose from; wish more champagne stones were available.

Annoying and very unprofessional

You do not deserve any star at all, my rings faded within a month of purchase looking as though I got them from a lucky pack off the streets. A plastic ring would have performed better. I am greatly disappointed.

Ordered a gift paid the extra for faster shipping. The day it was to be delivered get and email stating package was shipped. Try to track it no information is available they just printed label. Called they said sorry we will give you 10 percent off next order. That's bull $#*!.

Don't do it...

Ordered 12/6/2016, tracking gives no information other than "it was received". It is now 1/16/17, emailed 7 times. Two responses showing the same "canned" answer of "you can track your shipment with 'this' tracking number" I got nothing. The items I purchased were to be Christmas gifts. I have now asked for a refund. And have heard nothing back from them.

Better than expected!

My husband purchased this ring set for me as a belated birthday/ early 5 year anniversary gift and I could not be happier! We were both skeptical when purchasing, but the quality of the stone is so much better than expected! It fits wonderfully (though a little tighter than I was expecting) and looks like he spent more than he did! Overall, I would 100% order from jeulia again and I am already looking for new items to add to my wish list!

I am totally disappointed in this company. Their communication was horrible, customer care even worse. They were late shipping it out, shipped it to the wrong address, would not communicate and the jewelry was lost

Never order through them!

I am very pleased with the ring. It's beautiful. Advertisement says it's sterling silver but I don't see a "925" engraved inside the band. Maybe South Africa has different regulations for sterling silver. The Swarovski stone is gorgeous. The packaging was done meticulously. And they came in very pretty miniature gift boxes. I would recommend this shop. Keep in mind that my order took a while to receive because it was shipped from China, went through customs, and then need paid extra money, but they had refund me some. Thanks for your help.

Sent wrong size, said it was silver, but it's counterfeit alloy, sent 2 phone numbers that don't work. Terrible customer service, reps stubbornly defend the company's mistakes, run out of China and Hong Kong. False address and phone number in CA. No one there. Writes disconnected phone numbers on invoices and emails. Bad experience. Don't order from these frauds.

What a waste!

Please Do not order from this company as it is like throwing your money in the trash. I have gotten better rings out of Candles! I finally caved and ordered a ring and it was laughable. No one would wear this junk. Now trying to get my money back. Yet another joke I am sure.

Shipping Scam

They clearly advertise 1-4 shipping for $20. However, when you clearly point out with documented proof that their delivery took nine days, they respond with, "be sure to choose free shipping next time." No refund of fees. We are looking into filing a class action suit.

Beautiful Ring!

My husband got me this ring in February of 2016. It was even more beautiful in person. Well worth the money. I wear it every day. Whether I'm cleaning or taking a shower, I wear it and it's not lost it's sparkle nor has it turned my finger green. I'd highly recommend it to any lady.
