I want to know where my product is that was Ordered Dec 3 - still nothing - does anyone receive anything from this company? 1-800 doesn't work, live Chat doesn't work, automated email respones with no answers -- they aren't a US based company are they?

Need to contact the Better Business Bureau and others need to do same and get this place shut down

Their website lists a contact address in California and a billing address in England, but apparently those that have had their items shipped, the tracking is showing they are being shipped from China. The address and contact information on their website is a "front" to make them seem legitimate, which they are not. My husband ordered something from the. The week before Christmas, thinking it was being sent from California to New Mexico, and they took the money right away, but when he tries to check the status of it, it's telling him "no order found". It sounds like people are getting ripped off left and right from this "company".

You will NEVER get in touch with them by phone. EVER. They only respond by email. I have now been trying to get a refund for a returned ring for 9 MONTHS!

I'm going thru the same thing... I ordered it Feb. 3rd and now Feb 20. Paid $28 extra for 3 day shipping and I can't get thru on the 800 number... it's over $100 and I haven't received any tracking info... what a disapointment. Was supposed to be a Valentines day gift. I'm disgusted... asked for my $28 shopping charge back... I'm furious... Ruined MY Valentine's day and my girlfriend is not happy... Ridiculous.
