That is exactly what I was told, however, I paid extra for extradition and should have had my purchase by now. Today, it has been exactly 3 weeks since I ordered. I received very vague answers in response to my questions. Let us just say, I am not a happy customer and will not order from that company again. No communication, and no consistency on their shipping. Looked up my "tracking" and it still said it was processing. Pfft! Whatever! Good luck.

It's for real. Wouldn't recommend. Ring wasn't half as nice as picture suggests. I'm still trying to get through to someone to return the one I got. No reply in over a week! Filed a complaint with paypal hoping they can help me get my money back.

I have my doubts. It also says they are in CA or Texas. But they JUST shipped my order after I turned them into the BBB and they shipped it from.*drum roll* china... So guess what were getting in the mail. Probably junky jewelry. Then after they said I would have it by Christmas they ship it on the 19th and it takes 8-15 days... Good luck! Threaten a lawyer soon via costumer service email eventually they get the point.

My husband bought me a beautiful ring for our anniversary 2 years ago. I wear it 24/7. It still looks as beautiful as the day I received it. Sooo many compliments on it!

Keep complaining each and every day. You MAY be able to get ahold of a live person to complain to. Otherwise, post your negative experience with any and all websites you can. Perhaps this will force them to improve and actually deliver on what they advertise.

I got my rings with no issues, I wear them all the time and haven't had any problems with them. They are beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on them.

I am still waiting for my refund from an order I canceled over a week ago.

They are located in Japan so you have to call at 6 or 7 pm our time in order to speak to someone. I spoke with someone on both the telephone and chat online to my surprise they sent me a tracking number from DHL yesterday. I ordered my ring on the 7th of December paid 28.00 for expedited shipping and finally found out they are in another country not in California. They stated something about processing time is 7 to 10 that is not including in the shipping time. I was able to track my order and it is moving as of yesterday... So my recommendation is do not pay for expedited shipping and remember custom can take addl days... price is good, and other items i have received have been nice but there is no rush to get it to you.

I too had expidite shipping. I ordered my rind a week ago it has not even been shipped out yet. This to me is false advertising. Please please do not pay for extra shipping its a scam on their part to get more money out of you... look them up on BBB they have an F rating I so wished I knew this before I place my order.

I had placed two separate orders for the same ring. They let me cancel the one order that had not been processed and I was refunded my money. The other ring that had already been processed, I did receive it shortly after I ordered it. They are located in China. That's where the package came from. The ring is beautiful. But, I have not worn the ring because of a lot of comments I have read by others who have received their rings and the coating on the ring peeled off. I am still trying to decide if it's worth taking the chance of it being cheaply made. You have 60 days to return for a refund as long as the tag that is on the ring has not been removed. You also have to contact them for permission to return anything you order. I have found the best way to reach anyone is through their Live Chat, to ask questions of Customer Service.
